It is necessary to irradiate the face with an illuminance of 25,000 lux or more. Conventional phototherapy 1 This is mainly performed in specific treatment facilities that have many general light sources such as fluorescent lights installed on the ceiling of the treatment room. In order to ensure a high illuminance level effective for treatment, as many light sources as physically possible are installed on the ceiling. Problems to be Solved Conventional phototherapeutic facilities (as treatment facilities become larger) require therapists and patients to travel to the facility, which limits treatment opportunities and covers a wide range of areas. It requires a large amount of equipment and electricity to illuminate at a high illuminance level, and it is not economical.Means for Solving the ProblemsThe present invention solves the above problems. Light stimulation is applied to the face by illuminating the face with a light source 1 whose spectral energy distribution peaks around 50 Or+m and an illumination lamp 1 consisting of a reflecting/shading part.
An illumination lamp 2 consisting of a light source 2 having a wavelength of nm or less and a reflecting/shading part
The above-mentioned structure illuminates the head overhead, and the illumination lamp is controlled to blink by a timer and a control unit. One aspect of the present invention: With the above-described configuration, the light source illuminating the face has a wavelength that peaks around 500 nm, which is in line with the action curve on the physiological rhythm. The treatment effect was efficiently enhanced by lighting the face with a light source with special characteristics and illuminating the head with a light source in the wavelength range of 600 nm or more and 814 nm or less, which easily penetrates the skull, by controlling blinking using a timer and control unit. Embodiment A The first embodiment is characterized by the following: The first embodiment easily provides optical stimulation effective for phototherapy through simple operations.
l is a light source 1.2 is a light source 2.3 is a reflection/light shielding part 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes a reflection/light shielding section 2, and 5 denotes a control section.About the phototherapy device of this embodiment configured as described above,
The operation will be explained below. The light emitted by the light source 1 is set to be irradiated onto the face 3 by the reflection/shading part 1.On the other hand, the light emitted by the light source 2 is
The reflection/shading part 2 is set so that overhead is illuminated. These are blinked by the control unit to achieve the optical stimulation necessary for optical therapy. The action curve of the optical stimulation that enters the eye, which is involved in biological rhythm, is shown in Figure 3. From this, by using a light source with a peak wavelength near 500 nm as the light source 1, it is possible to obtain optical stimulation with a phototherapeutic effect most efficiently. On the other hand, by using a light source that emits red light including infrared radiation as the light source 2, the wavelength range that efficiently transmits through the skull and scalp is approximately 600 nm or more and approximately 814 nm or less. Second Embodiment 1 A light stimulus effective for phototherapy can be easily provided with high precision through simple operations. In FIG. 2, 6 indicates a light source 1; 7 is a light source 2, 8 is a reflection/light blocking section 1, 9 is a reflecting/light blocking section 2, and 10 is a control m
11 is a timer.

提供するものであり、その実用効果は大き1.Xc。Regarding the phototherapy device of this example configured as above,
The operation is explained below. The light emitted by the light source 1 is set to be irradiated onto the face by the reflection/shading part 1.On the other hand, the light irradiated by the light source 2 is set to be directed over the head by the reflection/shading part 2. The blinking time of these lights is controlled by a timer, and the control unit blinks to achieve the light stimulation necessary for light therapy. However, the lights are used to treat symptoms caused by disturbances in biological rhythms, such as seasonal affective disorders and sleep disorders. Treatment ζ: Correcting disturbances in the circadian rhythm of the biological rhythm by appropriately applying optical stimulation. In this embodiment, the timer was provided to match the lighting cycle to the diurnal cycle. As described above, the present invention provides light stimulation effective for phototherapy. It can be provided effectively and easily by simple operation, and its practical effect is 1.Xc.
