来る。2は予告制動灯で、センサー1に連動し
て、該センサー1によつて得た情報(車間距離、
速度)を自動的に後方車へ知らしめる為のもの
で、例えば、色付ランプを以て幾種類かを配列す
るものとし、車間距離及び速度の増減に対して色
による区別を行つたり、点燈(点滅)するランプ
数によつて各段階に定めておく等の手段が講じら
れるが特に限定はせず、要は3台の車が連なつて
走行している場合に前2台の走行状態を後端車が
知りうる表示方法であれば、ランプ灯表示で無く
ともデジタル表示にしても構わない。尚、渋滞時
や車庫入れ等の場合には前方車(或いは障害物)
との間隔は非常に狭いものとなるが追突事故につ
ながる危険度は低いものとなるから、低速の場合
にはセンサー1及び予告制動灯2は作動しないも
のとしても良く(例えば作動開始速度を時速30Km
と設定し、且つ安全車間距離を30mと設定してお
けば、自動車3が時速30Km以上となつた時にセン
サー1が作動し前車との間隔が30m以下になつた
