に設けたサーミスタその他の感温素子12で、そ
の湯温の高温時は作動を停止させるようにした。
そして出湯蛇口5の導入路6には、第2図に示す
ようにワツクスサーモ或は形状記憶合金からなる
温度検知素子13と該温度検知素子13に連結さ
れて流路を絞る絞り弁14とを設けた。

給湯時はその湯温による温度検知素子13の作動
により絞り弁14は開放されて給湯のさまたげに
なることがない等の効果を有する。
