One method is to allow the air to be purified to pass through the activated carbon sheet in a perpendicular direction. However, among activated carbons, fine particulate activated carbon, which has a high adsorption capacity, is not easy to form into a filtration membrane by itself, and even if it were possible to form a filtration membrane using some kind of carrier, it would easily peel off from the carrier. There is a problem that it gets washed away. For these reasons, it is desired to develop a technology that can effectively utilize the above-mentioned particulate activated carbon as a material for air purifying filters.

In addition, sheets in which fine particulate activated carbon is attached to a porous foam material, sheets in which fine fibers are dispersed and fixed in a web, etc. have been proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-4934). Even with various techniques, the adsorption capacity and ease of desorption of activated carbon remain unsatisfactory.

。The present invention was made in view of these circumstances, and
The aim is to create an air purifying filter that has good breathability, excellent adsorption performance for foul-smelling gases, and also has good workability such as bending, which is generally required. Our goal is to propose an adsorbent sheet that is optimal as an adsorbent material for purification filters.

0 to 80 parts by weight ■ Supporting fibers with an external surface area of 112/g or less: 5 to 5
The gist is that it contains 1 to 30 parts by weight of water-swellable fibers or heat-fusible fibers.

The present invention was completed based on the discovery that an air purifying filter with good processability can be obtained without impairing the properties of the adhesive sheet.

60 to 1 according to semi-sieve (JIS Z8801)
It is necessary that the thickness is 50 μm, more preferably 10 μm.
It is about 0 to 150 μm. That is, if the average particle diameter is less than 60 μm, the ventilation resistance becomes too large, and if it exceeds 150 μm, not only is it easy to fall off, but also the bending processability when used as an air purifying filter is poor. In addition, the mixing ratio of fine particulate activated carbon and other fibers (■ and ■ above) should be set within a suitable range, since the more fine particulate activated carbon there is, the higher the adsorption ability, but on the other hand, the strength of the adsorbent sheet tends to decrease. It is necessary to select. From this point of view, the mixing ratio of particulate activated carbon needs to be 90 parts by weight or less. On the other hand, if the amount is less than the ungrooved portion, good adsorption cannot be obtained. The adsorption performance of fine particulate activated carbon is determined according to JIS K147 as a standard for determining the adsorption ability for malodorous gases.
For example, the amount of toluene adsorbed when measured according to No. 4 is preferably 2031% by weight or more.

Considering air permeability and paper-making properties, its outer surface area is 1 m2/

It is preferable that the short fibers are short fibers with a length of 3 vn.If the fiber length is less than 3 vn, air permeability will be poor, and if it exceeds 20 mm, paper-making properties will be poor.

Water-swellable fibers include polyvinyl alcohol fibers, and heat-meltable fibers include polyethylene fibers and polypropylene-polyethylene composite fibers. Can be mentioned. These fibers preferably have a fiber length of 20 mm or less, and the mixing ratio of these fibers is 1 to 30 mm.
Must be expressed in parts by weight. That is, if it is less than 1 part by weight, it can function as an adhesive component, and if it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the adhesive property is relatively reduced. The preferred proportion of this fiber is 5 to 20 parts by weight.

This breathable reinforcing sheet must not cause an increase in ventilation resistance, so it needs to be thin and have a rough structure, and it needs to be appropriately tough. For this reason, when forming the reinforcing sheet, the weight ratio of the fiber component and binder is 60/40 to 80/2.
