クする電流制御回路と、点灯開始時に前記放電ラ
ンプに高圧を供給する起動器とを有する装置にお
いて 前記装置は、その内部で漏電が発生すると生じ
る過電流の検出回路と、この過電流検出回路に接
続されて所定値以上であれば前記半導体スイツチ
ング素子の駆動を停止する漏電発生制御回路を有
