(従来技術)
この種のスイッチング電源回路としては第2図に示すよ
うな回路構成となっており、電源投入時の突入電流を抵
抗器によって防止していた。即ち第2図で入力電源1の
起動用スイ・ソチ6とDC−DCコンバータ2の入力コ
ンデンサ3との間に直列に抵抗器7を接続し、この抵抗
器7と並列に該抵抗器の端子間をショートする素子5を
接続し、起動時には前記素子5を開いて突入電流を抵抗
器で低減させ、その後の足動時には素子5を通して電源

突入電流防止手段は抵抗器ではなく定電流回路4によっ
て構成されている。定電流回路4の両端子間には該回路
