Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a VTR to record a body only when it moves by providing a movement detection circuit detecting the presence or absence of the moving body from the output signal of a camera and recording the output signal of the camera with the aid of the output of this circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of the camera 2 photographing the state of the cashing service corner 1 of a bank or the like is supplied to the movement detection circuit 5. The circuit 5 compares it with the status of one preceding display screen by a memory 6 and a subtraction circuit 7 and detects whether the moving body exists or not.
