Claims (1)
縁層及び第二電極を順次具える構造を有するＥＬ
パネルにおいて、 前記基板を、耐熱性を有する絶縁基板とし、第
二電極を透明電極とし、前記基板の第二電極側を
封止する透明封止板を具えて成る ことを特徴とするＥＬパネル。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] EL having a structure in which a substrate includes a first electrode, a first insulating layer, a light emitting layer, a second insulating layer, and a second electrode in this order.
