るヘツドフオン用スピーカーの組み立て構造の改
良に関する。

などの手段により構成してあるが、これ等のいづ
れの構成においても、その機構部をケースに固定
する手段として、該部をケース内壁に糊付けする
か、または、ケースの開口後端部を加熱変形させ
てこれにより最後に組み付けた部品がケース開口
端から抜脱しないように阻止するかなどの一体化
手段が採られていた。

り完成品の再生を計ることができず、そのまま廃
品として処分されており、その結果、これによる
損失が大きいところであつた。

し用の切溝を構成し、前記環状壁中にスピーカー
構成部品を順次投入して組み付け、張出耳片付き
端子板の該耳片を前記係架爪位置に圧入係止せし
めて、前記スピーカー構成部品を前記環状壁中に
固定するように構成したことに存する。

て、スピーカー構成部品をケースに固定すること
ができるので、従来品における糊付け或は熔着な
どの固定手段によることがなくて、組み付け作業
がきわめて容易であると共に、特に、この係止手
段による組み付けによれば、一旦組み付けた後に
前記耳片部分をドライバー刃先あるいは治工具に
よつてこじることで、係架爪から外すことができ
るので、完成品の性能検査において不良が発見さ
れたときに部品交換等による再生が可能で、その
結果、製品の歩留が良くて、製品コストの低減に
効果があるなど、本考案スピーカーは実用に供し
て極めて有用なるものである。

次投入して組み付け、張出耳片付き端子板の該
耳片を前記係架爪位置に圧入係止せしめて、前
記スピーカー構成部品を前記環状壁中に固定す
るように構成したことを特徴とするヘツドフオ
ン用スピーカー。 (2) 前記スピーカー構成部品の中心磁極付きヨー
クと前記端子板との間に介在せしめるレジスタ
ーを発泡ウレタン等の弾性シートで構成してな
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のヘツド
フオン用スピーカー。 (3) 前記係架爪が前記環状壁の肉厚を一部削ぎ落
した溝内に構成された逆止爪であるところの実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のヘツドフオ
ン用スピーカー。
