Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a preparation time of a frozen food by icing the outside surface of a cooling container with materials to form a frozen food, scraping off the frozen food with a conveying means and conveying the scraped frozen food to a discharge port. もどすことにより、材料全体を冷却せしめ、徐々に全体
