・録音回路を作動させ、前記通信端末の状態を「留守」
にするとともに、前記外出タイマを始動させるタイマ始
動手段と、前記外出タイマが始動してから一定時間経過
したことを判定し、前記通信端末の状態を「在宅」にす
る時間在宅設定手段と、前記通信端末の状態が「留守」
である場合に、着信があって前記着信通信回路をあらか
じめ一定時間作動させても応答がないことを判定し、前
記自動応答・録音回路を作動させ、前記外出タイマを再
