[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is to wire various cables for power, telephone, or OA equipment signals inside a storage cabinet, cupboard, or similar furniture, and connect them to the inside or outside of the furniture itself. This relates to a cable wiring device for furniture that has entrances and exits for these cables such as outlets, and allows wiring to telephones, electrical appliances, etc. used in offices, etc., and cables are wired internally between the furniture bodies that are placed side by side. A frame body with a space is provided to facilitate wiring in the vertical direction of the furniture body through this cable wiring space, and frame members at the front and rear of the frame body can be removed to allow cable wiring within the space or change of wiring. In addition, a wiring duct is installed vertically within the wiring space so that the position can be freely selected, making it easy to route cables in the vertical direction and making it convenient for wiring changes, etc. It is.

Reference numeral 23 denotes a wiring duct having a U-shaped cross section and installed vertically in the cable wiring space A, the lower end of which fits into the guide grooves 16, 16, etc. of the lower frame member 6 in a position-selectable manner, and the upper end and the middle part of the wiring duct. The upper frame member 5 and the intermediate support plate 18 are hooked by downward hooks 24 and 25 provided on the upper frame member 5 and the intermediate support plate 18, respectively, by being hooked onto the upper hook edges 11a and 18a. By lifting the wiring duct 23 slightly upward, the hooks 24 and 25 will come off the respective hooking edges 11a and 18a, and the lower end will also come off the guide groove 16, so that it can be removed. Further, this wiring duct 23 can be installed in either left or right direction, and its upper and lower ends are attached to the cover of the upper frame member 5 or the lower frame member 6 so that the cable a can be wired to the furniture bodies 1 and 1' on both sides. An appropriate gap may be provided between the guide groove 16 and the bottom of the guide groove 16. Further, a plurality of wiring ducts 23 may be provided corresponding to the guide grooves 16, 16, etc., if necessary.
Alternatively, a plurality of guide grooves may be integrally formed.

Since the cable wiring device of the present invention has the above-described structure, the frame 2 can be firmly attached between the furniture bodies 1 and 1' by the screw shaft 13 of the upper frame member 5 and the intermediate retainer bolt 19. At the same time, as mentioned above, the front and rear frame members 3, 4 are hooked with the downward hooks 9, 10 at the middle and lower portions thereof, respectively, on the retaining bolts 19 and the latching portions 14 of the lower frame member 6,
Since the upper inward engaging piece 8 is fixed to the upper surface of the end of the upper frame member 5 with the mounting screws 17, it is extremely easy to attach and detach.By removing this, the cable in the wiring space A can be removed. The wiring, wiring changes, maintenance and inspection, etc. can be easily performed, and as mentioned above, the wiring duct 23 is installed in the space A so that the position can be selected freely, and it is made detachable. Coupled with the fact that the members 3 and 4 can be easily attached and detached, this arrangement has practical effects such as being extremely convenient for wiring cables in the space A or changing the wiring.
