Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute a mass production by rounding the long fiber of an acetate having a wave in a cylinder shape, forming a column, unwinding the wound body of the band nonwoven fabric of a polypropylene, wrapping the column, forming a cylinder body, and cutting it. CONSTITUTION:A column 1 is formed by rounding the long fiber of the acetate having the wave in a cylinder shape. A wound body 3 of a nonwaven fabric 2 of the band of the polypropylene is unwound, simultaneously, the column 1 is wrapped, it is made to proceed in one direction, next, both side peripheries of the band nonwaven fabric 2 is sized 4, and a cylinder body (a) is formed. Next, the cylinder body (a) is cut in a fixed length L, further, the central part of each length L is cut in leaving one part (m), and plug bodies 5 and 5 are formed at right and left. When they are utilized for noseplugs, the long fiber of the acetate absorbs much better a snivel by a capillary phenomenon between respective fibers, simultaneously, a water retention is executed, and simultaneously, a danger that the deep part of a nostril is stuffed up by the plug body 5 of one side can be prevented by the one part (m).

In addition, porous nasal plugs made of open-cell polypropylene are highly water-absorbing and have no risk of tearing, but air circulation is insufficient and the cross section of the end face of the nasal plug has sharp protrusions due to the presence of air bubbles. It has the disadvantage that it touches the inner surface of the nasal cavity and irritates it, and is hard as a whole and does not fit into the nasal cavity.

(Effects of the Invention) When the production method of the present invention is used, since the acetate long fibers have waves, they can be easily rolled into a cylinder shape, easily forming a cylinder 1, and a polypropylene strip paper is attached to this cylinder. Not only can a pair of nose plugs made of rolled medically safe material be produced in large quantities, but the left and right plug bodies 5.5 are connected by a part of m for safety, and the end surfaces are made of long acetate fibers. Because it consists of a cross-section, there is no risk of it being torn apart like with conventional monofilament absorbent cotton, and the laminated long acetate fibers elastically expand and contract in the radial direction to fit inside the nasal cavity, allowing each long fiber to The capillary phenomenon in the slits between the nasal passages effectively absorbs nasal secretions and retains water.

In addition, the left and right plugs 5.5 shown in Fig. 6 are solid monofilament m1.
The nose plug connected by this method securely connects the pair of left and right plug bodies 5.5 so that the single fibers are not cut unnecessarily, and is made of synthetic resin made by spirally curling the left and right plug bodies 5.5 as shown in Fig. 7. A nasal plug connected by a single fiber m2 has a length l of the single fiber m2.
Not only does it not come out of the aperture, but it also expands and contracts, so one of the plugs can be inserted deep into the nasal cavity, and the folded cross section of the nonwoven fabric can be seen at the end of the plug 5 shown in Figure 8. Unlike the end surface of conventional open-cell polypropylene porous nasal plugs, it does not produce sharp protrusions and does not irritate the inner surface of the nasal cavity, making it safe and allowing air to circulate well through the folded gap and due to its elasticity. Since it fits into the nasal cavity and can be formed from a single material, a band-shaped nonwoven fabric of polypropylene, it has the effect of reducing the number of parts.
