Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise safety of a motor-driven opening and closing device by a method in which a normal act ion signal is sent out at a fixed time interval during a self-normal action period for an abnormally sensor, and when a controller does not receive the signal in a fixed time period during the opening end closing period, the motor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:An anomaly sensor 10 is provided to a motor-driven shutter or blind set on the entrance or window of a building to detect abnormally, e.g., presence of foreign matter, etc., and a motor 6 is controllably stopped by e controller 1. From the sensor 10, normal action signal is sent out at a fixed time interval during the self normal action period. In case where the normal action signal from the sensor 10 is non received during the opening and closing action for a fixed time period, the motor 6 is controllably stopped until the signal can be received. The occurrence of trouble with opening and closing due to disorder of battery in the sensor 10 without confirmation of safety can thus be avoided.

[Prior art] In vertically movable opening/closing equipment such as electric shutters and electric blinds installed at building entrances and windows, foreign objects are caught between the end of the vertically movable opening/closing body such as the shutter or blind and the floor or threshold. If the vertically movable opening/closing body is operated with these parts in place, the vertically movable opening/closing body may be deformed or damaged, and if a person is caught in the body, it may lead to serious personal injury. Pressure sensors and pressure switches are placed in contact areas such as floors and thresholds, and an abnormality detection device is installed to detect abnormalities in response to the output of these pressure sensors and pressure switches. If the motor is caught, the abnormality is detected based on the operational outputs of these pressure sensors and pressure switches, and the power to the motor is cut off to stop the opening/closing operation. However, in such vertically movable opening/closing body equipment, when considering the shutter, the driving device side of the vertically movable opening/closing body equipment is located on the side of the lintel near the ceiling, and the abnormality detection device is included in the cost price. When installing shutters on a building, there are problems with waterproofing on the floor, and it is not recommended for safety reasons to power the abnormality detection device from a commercial power source, as there is a risk of electrical leakage or electric shock. , a battery is used as a power source for the abnormality detection device. An infrared transmitter is installed at the bottom of the guide rail of the shutter, and an infrared detector is placed at the upper side of the guide rail to output the output signal of the abnormality detection device. It was also sending a low battery signal to the abnormality detection device. Here, the dead battery signal is a signal generated when the battery voltage of the abnormality detection device decreases, and the foreign object entrapment signal is a signal generated when the pressure sensor or pressure switch is operated. Then, in response to these signals, a safety function is activated on the driving device side of the vertically movable opening/closing body device, and the driving of the shutter is stopped.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As described above, in a vertically movable opening/closing device such as a shutter, the driving device side thereof is on the ceiling side, and the abnormality detection device is included in the cost price. When installing shutters on buildings, etc., there are problems with waterproofing on the floor, and it is not desirable for safety to use commercial power as the power source for the abnormality detection device. use The output signal of the abnormality detection device is provided by an infrared transmitter installed at the bottom of the guide rail of the shutter, and an infrared detector placed opposite to this at the upper side of the guide rail to detect foreign objects caught in the infrared signal. It was sending a signal and a low battery signal for the abnormality detection device. Then, in response to these signals, a safety function is activated on the driving device side of the vertically movable opening/closing body device, and the drive of the shutter is stopped.

However, the dead battery signal is a signal that is emitted only when the battery voltage of the abnormality detection device drops, so if the battery voltage drops until the abnormality detection device becomes inoperable, a signal indicating that the battery is dead is output. Can not. Furthermore, if the abnormality detection device is unable to transmit these signals for some reason, the control section of the power supply switching device cannot detect the abnormality. Therefore, even if a foreign object is caught, the shutter cannot be stopped.

In this way, this device generates a jamming signal when the abnormality detection device detects jamming, and also generates a normal operation signal at fixed time intervals during the normal operation period of the device, and also generates a normal operation signal when the device detects a jamming. In addition, if the control unit that controls the opening/closing drive of the vertically movable opening/closing body receives a pinch signal or a dead battery signal during the opening/closing operation, it will generate a dead battery signal and control the motor to stop for a certain period of time. When the normal operation signal cannot be received, the motor is provided with a function to stop the motor until the normal operation signal is received. Therefore, (1) Even if the battery becomes extremely low and the abnormality detection device 10 stops functioning, the normal operation signal will not be received at this time, so the opening/closing operation of the vertically movable opening/closing body (shutter) will continue. disappears.

Therefore, when a vertically movable opening/closing body is pinched by a foreign object, the motor is always turned off and the operation is stopped, and the abnormality detection device may run out of battery and become inoperable, or the optical path of the infrared signal may be interrupted, causing the signal to fail. Even if a stop command cannot be sent or received when transmission becomes impossible, foreign objects may remain trapped.
Dangerous operations such as continuous opening and closing operations can be avoided.

[Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, according to the present invention, when a foreign object is caught in the lower end of the vertically movable opening/closing body, the motor is always powered off and the operation is stopped, and the abnormality detection device is activated. When the battery becomes inoperable due to a dead battery, or when the optical path of the infrared signal is interrupted and signal transmission becomes impossible, the device will continue to open and close with a foreign object trapped in it even if it is no longer able to send or receive a stop command. It is possible to provide an electric opening/closing device for a vertically movable opening/closing body that can avoid dangerous situations and dramatically improve safety.
