Abstract

PURPOSE:To receive the service of calling-back function at a moving destination anywhere a subscriber moves by executing the designating registration of the automatic call-back from the subscribing station of a distant place via a general telephone line with the subscriber for which the automatic calling-back service is registered to an accumulating type telephone line exchange. CONSTITUTION:Since the subscriber receives the automatic remote calling-back service at the moving destination, a recognizing number 8 is dialed from an arbitrary telephone set 22 and an exchange 3, to which the subscriber originally subscribes, to be allowed the automatic remote calling-back function is called. After that, the subscriber dials a code number 9 of itself from a telephone set 2 by a PB (push button) signal. Next, time information 10 to desire to receive a call-back and a subscriber number 11 of the telephone set 2, which desires to receive the call-back, are dialed from the telephone set 2 to the exchange 3 by the PB signal. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional automatic call-back service described above, the telephone that can receive the automatic call-back service is limited to the registered subscriber's own telephone. Even if the subscriber's exchange allows an automatic call-back function, if the subscriber moves to a remote location far from his or her own telephone, it may not be possible to receive the automatic call-back service. There was a drawback.

In order to achieve the above object, the automatic remote call-back service system according to the present invention allows a subscriber who has registered automatic call-back service in a storage type telephone line exchange to call from a subscriber station in a remote location via a general telephone line. The subscriber performs automatic call-back designation registration with the storage-type telephone line exchange to which the subscriber has registered, and the storage-type telephone line exchange connects the subscriber station in a remote location specified by the subscriber to the general telephone line. It automatically calls back at the specified time via the route.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a subscriber who has received automatic callback registration moves to a remote location other than the telephone 1 that received the registration. In order to receive the automatic remote callback service at the destination, the subscriber dials the identification number 8 from any telephone 2 and calls the exchange 3 to which he or she has originally subscribed and is permitted to have the automatic remote callback function. In the case of FIG. 1, the exchange 3 is called via the outgoing trunk 5, the telephone line 6, and the incoming trunk 7.

Exchange 3, which has received identification number 8, recognizes that the call is a registration request for automatic remote callback, and sends a response signal back to telephone 2. As a result, a communication path between the telephone set 2 and the exchange 3 is established.

Thereafter, in order to prevent this service function from being used maliciously by others, the subscriber must input his/her personal identification number 9 from the telephone 2.
is dialed using the PB (button button) signal. Exchange 3 receives the PIN number 9 and checks its validity.
If the result is negative, release the call and reject the registration request. - On the other hand, if the PIN number 9 is recognized as valid by the exchange 3, the subscriber then inputs the time information 10 for receiving a call back and the subscriber number 11 of the telephone 2 for receiving a call back to the telephone. From 2, use the PB double signal and dial to exchange 3. The exchange 3 that receives these stores the time information 10 and the subscriber number 11. By the above-described operation, automatic call-back registration acceptance from a remote location is completed. In the case of FIG. 2, the same procedure as in FIG. 1 is performed.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, when the time reaches the registered time as described above, the exchange 3 sends the registered telephone number 1
A call is automatically made to telephone number 1 and telephone number 2 is called back. The subscriber who receives and answers the call knows that he or she has been called by the automatic remote call-back service by waiting for the announcement message sent from the exchange 3. The above-described operations complete the remote automatic callback, whereby the subscriber receives a callback at the remote location.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the function of the present invention is required only for the exchange 3 that requires an automatic remote callback function, and if there is another device between the exchange 3 and the telephone 2. Even if the exchange 4 intervenes, there is no function required of the exchange 4. Further, since the call charges for the automatic callback shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are charged to the subscriber 1 who subscribes to the exchange 3, there is no problem in terms of billing.
