射装置において、被処理物を外部から照射窓4の
直下へ運びさらに外部へとり出す搬送コンベアが
主コンベア31と、主コンベア31の両側に設け
られたふたつの補助コンベア8,8とよりなり、
主コンベア31は直方体形状の筐体6の中を上下
に折曲つた軌跡にそつて適数枚のX線遮蔽板35
,36の狹い開口を通つて周回運動しており、主
コンベア31と補助コンベア8の接続部は、内部
に補助コンベア8を支持する中板15を有する遮
蔽箱体7によつて囲まれており、遮蔽箱体7は内
部の気体を強制排気するための排気口9を備え、
遮蔽箱体7の主コンベア31と補助コンベア8と
を仕切る前仕切板13が鉛であるか或は鉛板が貼
付けてある事を特徴とする電子線照射装置用コン
