Description

The present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program.

Systems are known that allow users to pick up purchased products at a store (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In conventional technology, when a user collects a purchased item at a store of their choice, the process of appropriately distributing the profits was cumbersome.

The present invention was made in consideration of these points, and aims to make it possible to distribute the price of a product according to the outcome of the transaction.

The information processing device of the first aspect of the present invention has a record control unit that records on a blockchain a token indicating the right to receive a product, the token associating distribution conditions indicating the conditions for distributing the consideration paid when the product is sold with one or more providers that are one or more businesses that can provide the product and are candidates for receiving a distribution of the consideration paid, and a transfer processing unit that, when the distribution conditions for the product are satisfied, executes a process for transferring assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration paid to the provider, and records the transfer of assets on the blockchain.

In the program of the third aspect of the present invention, a computer is caused to execute the steps of: recording on a blockchain a token indicating the right to receive a product, the token associating distribution conditions indicating the conditions for distributing the consideration paid when the product is sold with one or more providers who are one or more businesses that can provide the product and are candidates for receiving a distribution of the consideration paid; executing a process to transfer assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration paid to the provider when the distribution conditions are satisfied; and recording the transfer of assets on the blockchain.

According to the present invention, the price of the product can be distributed according to the outcome of the transaction.

[Overview of Information Processing System S]
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining an overview of an information processing system S. The information processing system S is a system for promoting commercial transactions. In the information processing system S, when a predetermined condition is met, a process is performed to distribute the price of selling a product to the seller or provider of the product related to the transaction. More specifically, in the information processing system S, when the condition included in the token recorded in the blockchain B is met, the price of purchasing the product is transferred. Note that in the information processing system S, services may be traded, and the term "product" hereinafter includes cases where the object of the transaction is a service. The information processing system S has an information processing device 1, an information terminal 2, and a store terminal 3.

The information processing device 1 is a node that can access the blockchain B. In the blockchain B, tokens indicating the right to receive the provision of a traded product are recorded, and transactions related to the transfer of the recorded tokens and the provision of products are recorded. The information processing device 1 provides the information terminal 2 used by the user with a function to accept transactions such as the purchase of products and the transfer of tokens.

The information terminal 2 is a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer used by the user who purchased the product. The user has an address, which is information for identifying the holder of the token recorded in the blockchain B. The information terminal 2 displays the issued token on the screen in response to the user's operation of the token.

The information terminal 2 may store the issued token in the information terminal 2, or may obtain the token from a server that manages a wallet app installed in the information terminal 2 or from the blockchain B. The store terminal 3 is a terminal device used by a business that actually provides the user with the product that the user purchased. The store terminal 3 is, for example, a POS (Point of Sale) cash register.

The processing in the information processing system S will be described. The information processing device 1 issues a token on the blockchain B to a user who has purchased a product but has not yet received the purchased product ((1) in FIG. 1). The token is associated with at least a distribution condition and a provider. The information processing device 1 may issue a token on the condition that assets equivalent to the price of the product are transferred from the account of the user who purchased the product to the account of the business that sold the product (hereinafter referred to as the "sales business"). The information processing device 1 may also issue a token when a product is purchased, and transfer assets equivalent to the price of the product from the account of the user who purchased the product to the account of the sales business at a predetermined timing after the token is issued.

The distribution conditions indicate the conditions for distributing the consideration for the purchase of a product. One example of the distribution conditions includes that, when the product that is the subject of the transaction is delivered, the consideration is paid to the business that delivered the product. The distribution conditions may also indicate that, when the validity period of the transaction expires, all or part of the consideration paid is transferred to the provider. The distribution conditions may include multiple conditions.

The provider is a business that can deliver the product purchased by the user. The provider is also a candidate for a business that will receive a share of the payment. The token issued in the information processing system S may be an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or an SFT (Semi-Fungible Token). The information processing device 1 transmits the issued token to the information terminal 2.

The user displays the issued token on the information terminal 2 and presents the token displayed on the information terminal 2 at the store of the provider ((2) in FIG. 1). For example, the information terminal 2 displays the token in the form of a QR (Quick Response) code (registered trademark). At the store where the token is presented, the store terminal 3 acquires the presented token and authenticates the acquired token ((3) in FIG. 1). Specifically, the store terminal 3 reads the token displayed on the information terminal 2 and verifies that the read token is genuine and that the holder of the read token is the user who presented the token. The store terminal 3 may transmit the read token to the information processing device 1 to request authentication of the token, and acquire the result of the token authentication executed by the information processing device 1 from the information processing device 1.

If the token is authenticated, the business provides the user with the product indicated by the token. When the product is provided, the store terminal 3 may send a notification indicating that the product has been provided (hereinafter referred to as a "provision notification") to the information processing device 1. The information processing device 1 then executes a process to transfer all or part of the value of the product based on the distribution conditions included in the token ((4) in FIG. 1). Specifically, assets equivalent to the amount to be transferred based on the conditions indicated by the distribution conditions are transferred from the account of the sales business to the account of the business that provided the product. As an example, the information processing device 1 obtains account information of the business related to the transaction that the token is the subject of, and transmits an instruction to transfer assets between the accounts to the blockchain after specifying the business's account. The information processing device 1 records in the blockchain B that the value has been transferred and that the product has been handed over.

Here, an overview of the consideration transfer process in the information processing system S will be described with reference to FIG. 2. FIG. 2(a) shows the distribution conditions included in the issued token. The distribution conditions shown in FIG. 2(a) include that at the time of purchasing the product, 10% of the consideration is transferred to the provider, and 90% of the consideration is transferred to the seller. The distribution conditions shown in FIG. 2(a) also include that 80% of the consideration is transferred from the seller to the provider when the product is provided. The distribution conditions may also include conditions for when the validity period of the token expires.

When a transaction is made based on distribution conditions (1), (2), and (3) in FIG. 2(a), the consideration is transferred based on the distribution conditions as shown in FIG. 2(b). That is, when a product is purchased, assets are transferred from the purchaser of the product to the seller and provider, and when a product is provided, assets are transferred from the consideration transferred to the seller of the product to the provider of the product. Note that when a product is provided, the transfer process for when the token expires is not executed. Note that when a product is provided, the transfer of assets based on the conditions for when the expiration date expires is not carried out.

In the above transaction example, if there are multiple providers offering the purchased product, a portion of the assets acquired by the seller when purchasing the product, for example the transfer amount (10% of the price) indicated in distribution condition (1), may be distributed to each of the multiple providers. In this case, the information processing device 1 may transfer assets to the providers at the time of selling the product by apportioning the transfer amount distributed under distribution condition (1) to the multiple providers, or may distribute or transfer the assets at a predetermined distribution rate. Then, if the product is provided by a single provider, the assets distributed to the multiple providers under distribution condition (1) that were distributed to providers that did not provide the product are transferred to the provider that provided the product.

The information processing system S has the effect of being able to distribute the price of a product according to the outcome of the transaction.

3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an information processing device. The information processing device 1 has a communication unit 11, a storage unit 12, and a control unit 13. The communication unit 11 is a communication interface for transmitting and receiving data to and from other devices via a network. The storage unit 12 is a storage medium including a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), an SSD (Solid State Drive), a hard disk drive, etc. The storage unit 12 pre-stores the programs to be executed by the control unit 13.

The control unit 13 is a processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The control unit 13 executes the programs stored in the storage unit 12, thereby functioning as a recording control unit 131, a transfer processing unit 132, an acquisition unit 133, and an authentication unit 134.

The recording control unit 131 records a token indicating the right to receive a product in the blockchain B. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the data structure of a token recorded by the recording control unit 131. In the token shown in FIG. 4, a "token ID", "holder", "product", "value", "issue date and time", "validity period", "sales company", "provider", and "distribution conditions" are associated with each other. The "token ID" is an ID (Identification) that identifies the token. Note that a URI (Universal Resource Identifier) for accessing information indicating at least one of the "product", "value", "issue date and time", "validity period", "sales company", "provider", and "distribution conditions" may be recorded on the blockchain in the token, and in this case, information indicating at least one of the "product", "value", "issue date and time", "validity period", "sales company", "provider", and "distribution conditions" may be managed outside the blockchain B.

"Owner" refers to the holder of the token. "Owner" includes, for example, the address of the holder of the token. "Product" refers to the product that is the subject of the transaction that the token is the target of. "Product" may include multiple products that are the subject of the transaction.

"Consideration" indicates the amount of consideration for the sale and purchase of the product. The amount of consideration may be indicated in units of fiat currency or virtual currency. "Issue date and time" indicates the date and time when the token was issued. "Validity period" indicates the period during which the token can be exchanged for a product, and indicates the period during which the product can be provided. In other words, a token presented outside the validity period cannot be authenticated for the provision of a product. In a token, an expiration date may be included instead of "validity period". "Seller" indicates the business that sold the product. "Provider" indicates the business that can deliver the product. "Seller" and "Provider" may include the address of the business in blockchain B. A token may include multiple different providers.

The "distribution conditions" include a "trigger," a "distribution destination," and a "transfer amount." The "trigger" indicates the trigger for performing the process of distributing the consideration. The "distribution destination" indicates the provider that will receive the transfer of the consideration when the trigger is pulled. The "transfer amount" indicates the amount of the consideration that will be transferred when the trigger is pulled. The "distribution conditions" may include a "distribution source" that indicates the source of the consideration to be transferred. Note that if the token targets multiple products, distribution conditions may be set for each product.

When the distribution conditions for the product are met, the transfer processing unit 132 executes a process for transferring assets equivalent to all or part of the paid consideration to the provider, and records the transfer of assets in the blockchain B. In other words, when the target token includes multiple providers, the transfer processing unit 132 requests the management server to transfer the assets to the provider that is the distribution destination among the providers included in the token and corresponds to the distribution conditions that correspond to the pulled trigger.

By configuring the information processing device 1 in this manner, it is possible to distribute the price of the product according to the outcome of the transaction.

[Token issuing process]
An example of a token issuing process in the information processing system S will be described with reference to Fig. 5. The acquisition unit 133 acquires an application for purchasing a product from the information terminal 2 ((1) in Fig. 5). The acquisition unit 133 refers to information indicating whether the product can be provided stored in the storage unit 12, and if the acquired product is available for sale, the acquisition unit 133 accepts the purchase of the requested product ((2) in Fig. 5).

The acquisition unit 133 transfers assets associated with the user who purchased the product as payment for the sale of the product to the account of the sales company ((3) in FIG. 5). Note that the information processing system S may be configured to transfer the user's assets to the sales company via a settlement server (not shown).

The recording control unit 131 records the token in blockchain B and issues the token, on the condition that the price for the product has been paid and the product has been sold ((4) in Figure 5). As an example, the memory unit 12 stores a product table that associates products, providers that can provide the products, and distribution conditions for the products, and the recording control unit 131 refers to the product table and issues a token for the sold product. The recording control unit 131 records the token in blockchain B and issues the token.

The payment of the price for the sale of the product may occur after the issuance of the token. In this case, the recording control unit 131 may issue a token when it acquires information indicating that the product has been sold from the sales company, which is the business selling the product, before the price for the product is paid. In other words, the transfer of the user's assets may occur after the recording control unit 131 records the token in blockchain B and issues the token.

Note that, although FIG. 5 illustrates an example in which the information processing device 1 performs the process for purchasing a product, this is not limiting. The process for purchasing a product may be performed between an external device (not shown) used by a sales business and the information terminal 2, and the recording control unit 131 may issue a token when the information processing device 1 receives a notification from the external device indicating that the product has been sold.

[Distribution of consideration based on distribution conditions]
The distribution conditions included in the token will be described in detail. The distribution conditions include distributing the paid value when the product is provided. In the token shown in FIG. 4, "distribution condition (2)" indicates that the value is distributed when the product is provided as a trigger. As an example, in the information processing system S, the store terminal 3 reads the presented token, and when the information processing device 1 authenticates the read token and obtains a provision notification, it is determined that the product has been provided.

When the provider authenticates the token and provides the product, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration already paid to the provider based on the distribution conditions. As an example, the authentication unit 134 acquires an authentication request requesting authentication of the token holder from the store terminal 3 of the business to which the token was presented. The authentication request includes information for identifying the holder who presented the token (referred to as the "holder ID") and information contained in the presented token. The authentication unit 134 confirms the authenticity of the acquired token and the authenticity of the token holder based on the acquired information. As an example, the authentication unit 134 verifies the authenticity of the token by comparing the hash value of the token with the hash value of the token recorded in the blockchain B.

The authentication unit 134 also determines whether the holder ID of the acquired token matches the most recent holder of that token recorded in blockchain B. If it can be verified that the holder matches, the recording control unit 131 refers to the transaction information recorded in blockchain B for the presented token, and determines that the product in the transaction targeted by the presented token has not already been provided.

If the product in the transaction targeted by the presented token has not yet been provided, the information processing device 1 transmits a notification to the store terminal 3 indicating that the token has been authenticated and that the product has not yet been provided. When the product is provided to the user, the store terminal 3 is operated and transmits a provision notification to the information processing device 1. The provision notification includes the token ID of the target token and an ID for identifying the provider. The provision notification may further include information indicating the provided product. When the provision notification is obtained, the recording control unit 131 records in the blockchain B that the product has been provided in the transaction targeted by the presented token. Then, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets to the provider to whom the token was presented, based on the distribution conditions included in the token.

Note that if the token targets multiple products, only some of the products may be provided. In this case, the authentication request further includes information indicating the products to be provided. If the token can be authenticated, the recording control unit 131 refers to the transaction information recorded in the blockchain B for the presented token and determines that the products to be provided have not already been provided. If the products to be provided have not already been provided, the information processing device 1 sends a notification to the store terminal 3 indicating that the token has been authenticated and that the products to be provided have not already been provided.

Then, the acquisition unit 133 acquires a provision notification including the provided product. The record control unit 131 stores in the blockchain B that the provided product has been provided using the presented token. The transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets to the provider that was presented with the token, based on the distribution conditions associated with the provided product included in the token.

The distribution conditions may include a condition indicating that the consideration is distributed before the product is provided. In other words, the distribution conditions included in the token include distributing the paid consideration at a specified timing after the consideration is paid but before the product is provided. In the token shown in FIG. 4, "distribution condition (1)" includes that when the user pays the consideration, 10% of the consideration is not transferred from the user to the sales business, but is transferred directly from the user to the business included as the provider.

The transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration already paid to the provider based on the distribution conditions at a predetermined timing. That is, if the distribution conditions indicate that the consideration is to be transferred to the provider when the user pays the consideration, and the acquisition unit 133 acquires information indicating that the user has paid the consideration, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer the amount of assets indicated by the distribution conditions to the destination business indicated in the distribution conditions. This configuration enables flexible transactions.

The distribution conditions may include a condition for distributing the consideration if the product is not provided before the expiration of the token's validity period. The "distribution condition (4)" for the token shown in FIG. 4 includes distributing a portion of the consideration already paid to the business included in the "provider" if the token's validity period expires before the product is provided.

When the validity period included in the token expires, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration already paid to the provider. In the case of the token shown in FIG. 4, when the validity period expires without the acquisition unit 133 acquiring a provision notification, the transfer processing unit 132 requests the management server to transfer assets equivalent to 10% of the consideration to each provider in an amount apportioned by the number of providers. Note that the distribution conditions may include a gradient in the distribution amount between providers.

If the product is provided before the expiration date included in the token, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets equivalent to all or part of the consideration already paid to the provider. The processing performed when the product is provided before the expiration date has already been described.

For example, if the provision of a product is discontinued or otherwise the product cannot be provided despite no problem attributable to the user, the user will need to be refunded the price already paid.

In such a case, the acquisition unit 133 acquires a non-provision notification. The non-provision notification is a notification indicating that the product cannot be provided. For example, the acquisition unit 133 acquires the non-provision notification from a device used by the seller of the product. The distribution conditions may include the direct transfer of assets equivalent to a portion of the price of the product to the provider when the product is sold. In this case, when the price of the product has been paid and information indicating that the product has been sold has been obtained from the selling company, the transfer processing unit 132 executes processing to transfer assets from the user who purchased the product to the provider based on the distribution conditions.

Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing the flow of processing in the information processing device 1. The flowchart shown in Fig. 6 starts from the point in time when a token is issued.

The recording control unit 131 records the token in the blockchain B and issues the token (S01). The acquisition unit 133 waits for an event regarding the issued token (S02). Examples of events include the expiration of the token, the receipt of an instruction to transfer the token, the receipt of a provision notification, or the receipt of a provision unavailability notification.

The transfer processing unit 132 determines whether the expiration date included in the token has passed (S03). If the expiration date has passed (YES in S03), the transfer processing unit 132 transfers assets based on the distribution conditions stored in the token (S04). As an example, the transfer processing unit 132 transfers assets equivalent to the amount indicated in the distribution conditions from the account of the seller who sold the product included in the token to the account of the provider included in the token. The record control unit 131 records in the blockchain B that the transfer of the consideration has been completed, in association with the token (S05).

If the expiration date has not passed (NO in S03), the acquisition unit 133 determines the event that has occurred (S06).
