Note that the end face of the opening at the top of the container 2 that accommodates the object to be processed A and the bottom face, which is the lower end of the container 2, are substantially parallel, and when placed on a substantially horizontal surface, the opening of the container 2 is substantially horizontal. shall be.

Note that the object to be processed A is, for example, food, paint, etc., and is not particularly limited.

(frame part)
As shown in FIG. 1, the frame portion 30 includes:

The lid member 19 is formed of, for example, a disc-shaped acrylic plate that is larger than the opening of the container 2, and has a shaft insertion hole 19a in the center thereof, which is a hole through which the stirring shaft 5 is inserted. The size of the shaft insertion hole 19a is formed to be larger than the shaft diameter of the stirring shaft 5, so that the lid member 19 can be slid up and down even when the stirring shaft 5 is inserted therethrough.

The stirring shaft 5 is inserted from below into the shaft insertion hole 19a with the lid portion 70 attached to the lid holding member 17, and its upper end side is connected to the rotating shaft 11a via the joint 11b.

Note that the shape of the lid member 19 is not limited to a disk shape, and may be other shapes such as a rectangular shape depending on the shape of the container 2.

A lid-side engaging member 20 made of, for example, a sheet metal such as stainless steel is fixed to the upper surface of the lid member 19 with screws. The lid-side engaging member 20 has a shaft insertion hole 19a similar to that of the lid member 19 formed in its center, and an engaged portion 20a is formed by a portion bent in a substantially U-shape upwardly from the left and right. .

Although the left and right engaged parts 20a of the lid-side engaging member 20 are made of one continuous sheet metal, they may be made of separate members.

Then, when the engaged part 20a of the lid part 70 is inserted into the notch part 18a of the engaging part 18 of the lid holding member 17 and accommodated in the engaged part accommodating part 18b, the lid member 19 and the lid side engaging member 20, the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15 are integrally suspended and held by the lid hanging member 14. In this embodiment, since a hanging structure is used on the left and right sides, the lid member 19 can be supported so as to be slidable up and down by the slide member 15 while maintaining the left and right balance.

(Detection part)
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a proximity switch 13 as a detection unit 80 is provided on the left side of the pedestal 8. A detected object member 15b attached to the upper end side of the slide member 15 is located below the proximity switch 13.

Note that the lid hanging members 14 may be formed integrally on the left and right sides. Furthermore, the proximity switch 13 on the left side may be provided on the right side, as long as it is provided on at least one side.

The proximity switch 13 includes, for example, a magnetic sensor, and detects that the slide member 15 is located at a predetermined position. Further, the detection unit 80 may be an optical type or a mechanical type, and is not particularly limited.

Then, at a pressing position H4 (see FIG. 11(b)), which will be described later, it is possible to detect that the detected object member 15b attached to the upper end of the slide member 15 has slid by a slide stroke S, that is, that it has been positioned at a predetermined position. The proximity switch 13 is fixed at a certain position.

When the detected object member 15b and the proximity switch 13 come close to each other, it is detected that the slide member 15 is in a predetermined position, and the signal is sent to the operation panel 12, allowing power to be supplied to the electric motor 11. It becomes a state. When the operation button 12b of the operation panel 12 is turned on in this state, power is supplied to the electric motor 11 and the electric motor 11 is controlled to be driven.

Further, by separating the detected body member 15b and the proximity switch 13, control is performed such that the power supply to the electric motor 11 is cut off.

(control unit)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3A, the rear frame 4b is provided with an operation panel 12 as a control section 90 for supplying electric power to the electric motor 11 and controlling its rotational speed and the like. Although not shown, the operation panel 12, electric motor 11, and proximity switch 13 are electrically connected by electric wires or the like.

The operation panel 12 is provided with, for example, a power indicator light 12a, a run button 12b for the electric motor 11, a stop button 12c, and a speed adjustment switch 12d, which are connected to a control board (not shown). By operating the buttons 12b, 12c and the speed adjustment switch 12d on the operation panel 12, it is possible to drive and stop the electric motor 11 and control the rotational speed.

(About the position of the pedestal)
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in this embodiment, the positions when the pedestal 8 is raised and lowered include a rising limit position H1, a standby position H2, a contact position H3, a pressing position H4, and a lowering position H1. There is a limit position H5, each of which will be explained below.

(Ascent limit position)
As shown in FIG. 10(a), the ascent limit position H1 is located above the standby position H2, and is a position where the upper surface of the pedestal 8 comes into contact with the upper stopper 7a of the elevating support section 40, and is locked with the locking member 4c. This is the limit position when the pedestal 8 is raised to engage or disengage the engaged member 7d.

(standby position)
As shown in FIG. 10(b), the standby position H2 is located below the upper limit position H1, and the lock engaged member 7d of the pedestal section 50 is engaged with and held by the lock member 4c of the frame section 30. This is the position of the pedestal 8 where the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a are taken out from inside the container 2 and the container 2 can be replaced.

(Abutting position)
As shown in FIG. 11(a), the contact position H3 is located below the standby position H2, and as the pedestal 8 descends, the lid member 19 suspended from the lid suspension member 14 that descends together with the pedestal 8. The lower surface is the position of the pedestal 8 where it comes into contact with the opening, which is the upper end of the container 2 . When the pedestal 8 is further lowered from this position, the lid member 19 changes from the "suspended state" by the lid hanging member 14 to the "placed state" on the opening of the container 2 (see FIG. 7A). .

(Pushing position)
As shown in FIG. 11(b), the pressing position H4 is located below the contact position H3, and by further lowering the pedestal 8 by a slide stroke S from the contact position H3, the lower surface of the lid suspension member 14 is pressed. This is the position of the pedestal 8 where the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 comes into contact.

Further, the pressing position H4 is a position where the pedestal 8 is placed on the lid holding member 17 via the lid hanging member 14, and the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 is at the pressing position H4 of the pedestal 8. This is the positioning part. This is the position where the stirring blade 5a is inserted at a predetermined position suitable for blocking the opening of the container 2 and for processing such as stirring the object A contained in the container 2.

In this position, the pedestal 8 presses the lid member 19 against the opening of the container 2 in a substantially vertical direction by its own weight, and holds the container 2 between the container mounting table 3 and the lid member 19 in a substantially vertical direction. It can stabilize your posture.

This is also a position where the proximity switch 13 is in close proximity to the detected object member 15b, and power can be supplied to the electric motor 11, allowing processing such as stirring.

(Lower limit position)
As shown in FIG. 11(c), the lowering limit position H5 is located below the pressing position H4, and is a position where the lower surface of the pedestal 8 abuts the lower stopper 7b of the lifting support section 40, and the container 2 is placed on the container. This is the limit position at which the pedestal 8 is lowered when it is not placed on the pedestal 3.

Further, this position is set at such a position that the lower end of the stirring shaft 5 or the stirring blade 5a does not come into contact with the juice receiving tray 3c provided below the container mounting table 3. This is also a position (second standby position) where the stand 8 can be placed on standby without having to be raised to the standby position H2 after taking out the container 2. In this case, the stirring shaft 5 is By locating the stirring blade 5a inside the juice receiving tray 3c which is inserted into the container and is below the container mounting table 3, it is possible to prevent the stirring blade 5a from coming into contact with the operator.

(Removal and installation of the lid member from the lid holding member)
Next, a description will be given of how the engaged portion 20a provided on the lid-side engaging member 20 of the lid member 19 is engaged with the engaging portion 18 provided on the lid holding member 17.

With the pedestal 8 positioned at the standby position H2 as shown in FIG. 3A, the shaft cover 8c is removed from the pedestal 8, and the stirring shaft 5 is removed from the joint 11b.

As shown in FIG. 9B, lift the lid part 70 and position the engaged part 20a of the lid side engaging member 20 at the same height as the notch part 18a provided in the lid holding member 17 of the lid hanging part 60, The lid member 19 is pulled out in the horizontal direction through the notch 18a.

In this way, the lid member 19 can be removed from the lid holding member 17.

Moreover, when the lid member 19 removed from the lid holding member 17 is reattached to the lid holding member 17, it is attached as follows.

With the stirring shaft 5 removed from the joint 11b, lift the removed lid part 70 and connect the engaged part 20a of the lid side engaging member 20 with the notch part 18a provided in the lid holding member 17 of the lid hanging part 60. The lid member 19 is placed at the same height position and inserted horizontally through the notch 18a.

After the engaged portion 20a of the lid-side engaging member 20 contacts the edge of the engaged portion accommodating portion 18b of the engaging portion 18, the position of the lid portion 70 is lowered so that the engaged portion 20a is covered. It is accommodated in and engaged with the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d of the engaging portion accommodating portion 18b.

In this way, the lid member 19 can be attached to the lid retaining member 17 as shown in FIG. 3A.

Thereby, since the engaged portion 20a is accommodated in the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d, it is possible to prevent the lid portion 70 from shifting in the horizontal direction when the pedestal 8 is moved up and down. Then, when the pedestal 8 is positioned at the contact position H3 or the pressing position H4, the lid member 19 can be made to reliably cover the opening of the container 2.

Furthermore, when the stirring shaft 5 is removed from the joint 11b and the pedestal 8 is located at the upper limit position H1, standby position H2, contact position H3, or lower limit position H5, or between the respective positions. When moving up and down, the position of the engaged portion 20a is regulated by the inner side of the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d, thereby preventing the lid member 19 from unintentionally falling off from the lid holding member 17. can do.

Furthermore, when the stirring shaft 5 is attached to the joint 11b and the pedestal 8 is located at the pressing position H4, as shown in FIG. The regulated engaged portion 20a moves upward as the lid member 19 is pressed against the opening of the container 2. The engaged portion 20a is accommodated in the upper engaged portion accommodating portion 18c.

Since the position of the engaged part 20a accommodated in the upper engaged part accommodating part 18c is regulated by the inner side of the upper engaged part accommodating part 18c, processing such as stirring is started in this state, Even if the lid member 19 vibrates due to the vibration of the container 2, the position of the lid member 19 can be prevented from shifting.

In other words, it is possible to prevent the lid member 19 from shifting from the opening of the container 2, or the rotation shaft 11a, joint 11b, or stirring shaft 5 from coming into contact with the inner side of the shaft insertion hole 19a due to movement of the lid member 19. It can be prevented. Further, it is possible to suppress the noise generated when the engaged portion 20a comes into contact with the inner side of the upper engaged portion accommodating portion 18c.

Note that although the shaft insertion hole 19a provided in the lid member 19 of this embodiment is circular, it may have a different shape. For example, when the stirring shaft 5 is attached to the joint 11b, the engaged portion 20a cannot be removed from the engaging portion 18, and therefore the lid member 19 cannot be removed from the lid holding member 17.

Therefore, the shaft insertion hole 19a is formed into a notch that extends from the outer peripheral edge of the back side of the stirring device 1 of the lid part 70 to the position of the stirring shaft 5, so that even when the stirring shaft 5 is attached to the joint 11b, the lid part 70 can be closed. It may also be removed from the holding member 17.

(Method for processing objects to be processed)
Next, a description will be given of the operation when the stirring device 1 according to the present embodiment performs processing such as stirring of the object A to be processed.

The operation of the stirring device 1 is as follows:
After confirming that the parts necessary for processing such as stirring have been attached to the stirring device 1, the container 2 containing the object to be processed A is placed on the stirring device 1, the pedestal section 50 is lowered, and the stirring blade 5a is moved. an operation preparation step of inserting into the container 2 and covering the opening of the container 2 with a lid member 19 to prepare for the next processing step;
A processing step in which the workpiece A accommodated in the container 2 is stirred or the like using the stirring blade 5a, and the pedestal 50 is raised to take out the stirring blade 5a from the container 2 containing the workpiece A and stirred. an operation end step of taking out the container 2 from the device 1;
Consisted of.

(operation preparation step)
The first operation preparation step will be explained.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, make sure that the pedestal 8 is in the standby position H2, and check that the lid part 70 is attached to the lid holding member 17 or that the stirring blade 5a is attached to the joint 11b of the rotating shaft 11a. Check whether the shaft 5 is attached, and whether the motor cover 11c and the shaft cover 8c are attached to the pedestal 8.

After confirming that each member is attached, as shown in FIG. 2, the container 2 in which the object to be processed A is previously stored is placed on the container mounting table 3 corresponding to right below the stirring shaft 5. . At this time, the lower end of the container 2 is placed on the seat surface 3a. Thereby, the stirring shaft 5 can be located in the center of the container 2, and the movement of the container 2 in the horizontal direction can be restricted.

After confirming that the container 2 fits into the seat portion 3a, insert the power plug into the outlet and confirm that the power indicator light 12a on the operation panel 12 lights up.

Then, grasp the handle 8a of the pedestal 8 with your hand and raise the pedestal 8, which is in the standby position H2 shown in FIG. 10(b) etc., to near the upper limit position H1 shown in FIG. and the lock engaged member 7d to release the locked state of the pedestal 8.

When the handle 8a is grasped by hand and the pedestal 8 is lowered along the lifting rail 7 while the engagement between the lock member 4c and the lock engaged member 7d is released, the lid member 19 is also moved through the lid hanging portion 60. The lower surface of the lid member 19 comes into contact with the opening, which is the upper end of the container 2, and covers the opening of the container 2. This position of the pedestal 8 becomes a contact position H3 of the pedestal 8 shown in FIGS. 7A and 11(a).

When the pedestal 8 is further lowered from this contact position H3, as shown in FIG. 9C, the lid holding member 17 is lowered while the lid member 19 is in contact with the opening, which is the upper end of the container 2. The joint portion 20a moves within the engaged portion accommodating portion 18b and moves from the state where it is in contact with the inner side of the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d (see FIG. 9A) to the inside of the upper engaged portion accommodating portion 18c. It will be in contact with the side. Then, the weight of the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15 is applied to the lid member 19 .

When the pedestal 8 is further lowered, the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15, together with the lid member 19, remain in the opening at the upper end of the container 2 without lowering. On the other hand, the lid suspension member 14 is lowered together with the pedestal 8 along the slide member 15, and the upper surface of the lid suspension member 14 is separated from the lower surface of the retaining member 15a of the slide member 15 and the detection target member 15b. . In other words, the lid member 19 together with the slide member 15 and the lid holding member 17 are sliding upward so as to approach the descending pedestal 8.

At this time, the lid member 19 changes from the previous "suspended state" by the lid suspension member 14 to the "placed state" on the opening, which is the upper end of the container 2. Together with the lid member 19, the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15 are placed on the container 2.

As shown in FIG. 7B, when the pedestal 8 is further lowered and the lower surface of the lid suspension member 14 and the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 come into contact, the pedestal 8 does not descend any further and the pedestal 8 is suspended from the lid suspension. It is placed on the lid holding member 17 via the member 14.

The pedestal 8 has descended by a slide stroke S from the contact position H3 to the pressing position H4. At the pressing position H4, the length of the stirring blade 5a inserted into the container 2 from the lower surface of the lid member 19 is the length of the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a that protrude from the lower surface of the lid member 19 in the "suspended state". Meanwhile, the state in which the engaged portion 20a is in contact with the inner side of the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d (see FIG. 9A) is changed from the state in which the engaged portion 20a is in contact with the inner side of the upper engaged portion accommodating portion 18c (see FIG. 9A). The length is the sum of the length of the slide stroke S (see FIG. 9C) and the length of the slide stroke S.

Thereby, with the lid member 19 covering the opening of the container 2, the height position of the stirring shaft 5 within the container 1 can be lowered by the above amount. When the stirring blade 5a inserted into the container 2 does not touch the object A when changing from the "suspended state" to the "mounted state", the position of the pedestal 8 in the "mounted state" is further changed. When the stirring blade 5a is lowered, it is possible to prevent the processed material A, which is scattered when the stirring blade 5a touches the processed material A, from scattering to the outside of the container 2.

At this time, the engaged portion 20a of the lid-side engaging member 20 moves upward within the engaged portion accommodating portion 18b and is housed in the upper engaged portion accommodating portion 18c, so that the lid The position of the member 19 is regulated in the horizontal direction with respect to the lid holding member 17, and the member 19 is prevented from coming off.

Then, the weight of the pedestal 8 acts on the lid part 70 via the lid hanging member 14 and the lid holding member 17, thereby pressing the lid member 19 toward the opening of the container 2 in a substantially vertical direction. . In other words, the lid member 19 is pressed against the opening of the container 2 in a substantially vertical direction due to the weight of the pedestal 8 .

In this way, the pedestal 8 is placed on the lid member 19, and the position of the pedestal 8 at this time becomes the pressed position H4 of the pedestal 8 shown in FIG. 7B and FIG. 11(b).

Also, at this time, the stirring blade 5a that has descended together with the pedestal 8 descends to a predetermined position within the container 2.

When the pedestal 8 descends to the pressing position H4, the slide member 15 protrudes to the upper surface side of the lid hanging member 14 by the amount of the slide stroke S, and the detected body member 15b and the proximity switch 13 come close to each other.

Then, a signal is sent to the operation panel 12, and the electric motor 11 becomes ready to be driven. In addition, the stirring blade 5a is placed at a predetermined position within the container 2, making it possible to carry out processes such as stirring. This completes the operation preparation step.

(processing step)
Next, processing steps performed after the operation preparation step will be described using FIG. 7B and FIG. 11.

The rotational speed of the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a is set by operating the speed adjustment switch 12d of the operation panel 12 according to the object to be processed A stored in the container 2. For example, select from low speed, medium speed, or high speed. By selecting each rotation speed, for example, the rotation speed of the stirring blade 5a is set to 800 rpm at low speed, 1700 rpm at medium speed, and 3500 rpm at high speed.

Next, when the operation button 12b of the operation panel 12 is pressed, the electric motor 11 is driven at the selected rotation speed, the rotating shaft 11a rotates, and the stirring shaft 5 and stirring blade 5a rotate via the joint 11b. This state is continued for a predetermined period of time (time required for stirring the object to be processed A), and the object to be processed A accommodated in the container 2 is subjected to processing such as stirring. At this time, the material to be processed A is subjected to processing such as stirring while being stirred by the stirring blade 5a.

For example, in a case where the stirring device 1 is used in a kitchen where large quantities of food are consumed, and the object to be processed A is beaten eggs used for oyster soup etc., the object to be processed A is 13 kg of raw eggs (approx. 200 pieces) were placed in container 2, and stirred (stirred, mixed) at low speed for about 3 minutes.

For example, if the processed material A is onion dressing, the processed material A, onions (approximately 3 kg), water (3 kg), salad oil (3 kg), seasonings, etc., are stored in the container 2 and the Stirring and other treatments (stirring, mixing, crushing, cutting) are performed for about 5 minutes. Especially in the case of foods, if the processing time is too long, the texture will deteriorate. In this way, each object to be processed A is processed at a suitable individual processing time.

At this time, the object to be processed A in the container 2 may flow violently and scatter within the container 2 . In addition, if the object to be processed A contains solid matter, the object to be processed A may collide with the inside of the container 2 during processing such as stirring, making the posture of the container 2 unstable during processing such as stirring. There is.

In the stirring device 1 of this embodiment, processing such as stirring can be performed while the lid member 19 is pressed substantially vertically toward the opening of the container 2 by the weight of the pedestal 8 positioned at the pressing position H4. Thereby, it is possible to more reliably suppress the object A being processed, such as stirring, from scattering to the outside of the container 2 from the opening of the container 2.

Furthermore, even if the posture of the container 2 becomes unstable during processing such as stirring, the lid member 19, which is pressed against the opening of the container 2 by the weight of the pedestal 8, and the bottom surface, which is the lower end of the container 2, are placed. By sandwiching the container 2 between the seat portion 3a of the container mounting table 3, stirring and other processes can be performed while maintaining the container 2 in a stable position and posture.

During processing such as stirring, the pedestal 8 is located at the pressing position H4, but even if the pedestal 8 were to be raised by mistake from the pressing position H4, the slide member 15 would move by the amount of the slide stroke S. While sliding, the lid member 19 remains covering the opening of the container 2. Thereby, it is possible to suppress occurrences such as the object to be processed A stored in the container 2 scattering to the outside of the container 2, the pedestal 8 rising and the stirring blades 5a being exposed and being touched by an operator, etc.

Then, while the slide member 15 is sliding by the slide stroke S, that is, while the pedestal 8 is positioned between the contact position H3 and the pressing position H4 of the pedestal 8, the lid member 19 is attached to the container 2. Since it covers the opening, by adjusting the distance of the slide stroke S, the timing at which the lid member 19 comes off from the opening of the container 2 can be controlled to some extent, and processes such as stirring can be performed safely.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the proximity switch 13 is provided on the moving direction line of the sliding slide member 15, but the position of the proximity switch 13 is removed from the moving direction line of the sliding member 15. , may be fixed so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the slide member 15.

As a result, when the pedestal 8 is between the contact position H3 and the pressing position H4, the proximity switch 13 detects that the slide member 15 has come to a close position, and the workpiece A accommodated in the container 2 is detected. Processes such as stirring can be performed. Also, while stirring or other processing is being performed, the handle 8a is grasped and the pedestal 8 is moved up and down between the contact position H3 and the pressing position H4 to adjust the mixing of the objects A in the container 2. be able to.

In addition, in this case, the predetermined position of the slide member 15 that can be detected by the proximity switch 13 can be widened in the vertical direction, and even when the pedestal 8 is located at the contact position H3, the electric motor 11 operates the stirring blade. 5a can be rotated.

(Operation end step)
Next, the operation termination step performed after the processing step will be explained.

In the state shown in FIG. 7B, when processing such as stirring is completed (predetermined time has elapsed), the stop button 12c of the operation panel 12 is pressed to cut off the power supply to the electric motor 11 and stop the electric motor 11.

Next, after confirming that the stirring blade 5a has stopped rotating, the user grasps the handle 8a by hand and raises the pedestal section 50.

When the pedestal 8 begins to rise from the pressing position H4, the lid suspension member 14 rises together with the pedestal 8, the lower surface of the lid suspension member 14 and the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 are separated, and as the pedestal 8 rises, The stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a also rise.

At this time, since the slide member 15 slides downward through the slide member through hole 14a of the lid hanging member 14, the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15, together with the lid member 19, are held at the upper end of the container 2 by their own weight. Maintain the state placed in the opening. This continues while the pedestal 8 moves up by the slide stroke S from the pressing position H4 in FIG. 11(b) to the contact position H3 in FIG. 11(a).

That is, the lid part 70 is raised with a delay with respect to the rise of the pedestal part 50.

Further, the proximity switch 13 also rises together with the gantry 8 and separates from the detected object member 15b of the slide member 15, so that the power supply to the electric motor 11 is cut off. In this state, even if the operation button 12b of the operation panel 12 is turned on, the electric motor 11 is not driven because the power supply to the electric motor 11 remains cut off.

When the pedestal 8 rises to the contact position H3 shown in FIG. 11(a), the upper surface of the lid hanging member 14 comes into contact with the retaining member 15a of the slide member 15 and the lower surface of the detected object member 15b.

When the pedestal 8 is further raised, the slide member 15 is raised on the upper surface of the lid hanging member 14, and the engaged portion 20a of the lid side engaging member 20 is moved downward within the engaged portion accommodating portion 18b. After the lid member 19 moves to a state where it comes into contact with the inner side of the lower engaged portion accommodating portion 18d, the lid member 19 rises via the slide member 15 and the lid holding member 17.

At this time, together with the lid member 19, the lid holding member 17 and the slide member 15 return from the "placed state" on the opening of the container 2 to the "suspended state" by the lid suspension member 14. Further, as the pedestal 8 rises, the lid member 19 and the stirring blade 5a also rise further.

When the pedestal 8 passes through the standby position H2 in FIG. 10(b), is once raised to near the upper limit position H1 in FIG. 10(a), and is then lowered to the standby position H2, the locking member 4c and the locked By engaging with the mating member 7d, the pedestal 8 is held at the standby position H2. By setting the pedestal 8 to the standby position H2, the stirring blade 5a is completely removed from the container 2, so that the container 2 can be removed or replaced.

At this time, the stirring blade 5a is taken out from the container 2 and exposed, but the proximity switch 13 and the detected object member 15b are separated and the power supply to the electric motor 11 is cut off. Even if the operation button 12b of the operation panel 12 is turned on, the electric motor 11 is not driven and the stirring shaft 5 and stirring blade 5a do not rotate, allowing safe work.

Next, the container 2 is taken out from the container mounting table 3. At this time, the object to be processed A is attached to the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a, and the object to be processed A may flow downward and fall.

However, since the processed material A that has fallen from the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a passes through the opening 3b provided in the container mounting table 3 and is received by the liquid receiving tray 3c, the upper surface of the container mounting table 3 and the stirring It is possible to prevent the floor surface or the like of the installation location of the device 1 from getting dirty. The juice tray 3c that has become dirty after receiving the object to be processed A can be removed from the container mounting table 3 and washed.

In addition, when processing the same object A to be processed continuously, an operation preparation step of placing the next container 2 on the container mounting table 3 is performed, and then a processing step is performed.

In addition, when processing a different object A in succession, remove the stirring shaft 5, stirring blade 5a, and lid member 19 to which the previous object A has adhered, wash them, and then reinstall them, or use a separately prepared cleaning method. Attach the stirring shaft 5, stirring blade 5a, and lid member 19 that have been completed. After that, an operation preparation step is performed in which the next container 2 is placed on the container mounting table 3, and then a processing step is performed.

In addition, when finishing the process, remove the power plug from the outlet, remove and clean the stirring shaft 5, stirring blade 5a, lid member 19, etc. to which the processed material A has adhered, and prepare for the next processing such as stirring. .

(Emergency stop during processing step)
Next, in the processing step, during a process such as stirring the workpiece A, for example, an operator may accidentally come into contact with the stirring device 1 and the pedestal 8 may be lifted up, or the worker may accidentally lift the pedestal 8 during a process such as stirring. The operation when the pedestal 8 unintentionally rises, such as when being lifted, will be explained.

As shown in FIG. 7B, during the processing step, that is, when the electric motor 11 is driven and the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blades 5a are rotating, the pedestal 8 is moved from the pressing position H4 (see FIG. 11(b)). When the lid suspension member 14 begins to rise, the lid suspension member 14 rises together with the pedestal 8, and the lower surface of the lid suspension member 14 and the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 are separated from each other. As the pedestal 8 rises, the stirring shaft 5, stirring blade 5a, and proximity switch 13 also rise from their predetermined positions.

The detected object member 15b at the upper end of the slide member 15 and the proximity switch 13 are separated, and the power supply to the rotating electric motor 11 is cut off, but the rotating shaft 11a of the electric motor 11 remains unchanged for a while. , the stirring shaft 5 and the stirring blade 5a continue to rotate due to inertia.

However, even in such a case, the lid member 19 is moved by the lid holding member for a certain amount of time while the pedestal 8 rises from the pressing position H4 to the contact position H3, that is, when the rising distance of the pedestal 8 is within the slide stroke S. 17, the slide member 15, and the lid member 19 themselves maintain a state placed in the opening at the upper end of the container 2 by their own weight.

Therefore, the material to be processed A is stirred by the stirring blade 5a which is still rotating due to inertia, but since the opening of the container 2 is still covered with the lid member 19, the material to be processed continues to flow out of the container 2. It is possible to suppress scattering of the object A. Further, it is possible to prevent the stirring blade 5a during inertial rotation from being exposed from the container 2 and coming into contact with the operator.

(About the pressing position when changing to a container with a different opening height)
Next, with reference to FIG. 12, a description will be given of changes in the pressing position H4 when containers 2 and 2' having different opening heights are used for continuous processing. As an example, after the processing in the container 2 is completed, the container 2 is removed from the container mounting table 3, and the container 2', which has an opening higher than the container 2, is placed on the container mounting table 3 and processing such as stirring is performed. We will explain the case when doing this.

In a kitchen where large quantities of food are consumed, there are at most 3 to 4 different heights of the opening of the container 2 used to process the food material that is processed material A, and the difference in height is The length will be 20mm to 80mm.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 12(a) and 12(b), if the height of the opening of container 2 is 320 mm and the height of the opening of container 2' is 380 mm, the difference in the height of the opening of the containers X is , 60mm. When the height of the opening of the container 2, 2' changes, the height at which the lid member 19 is placed changes, and the height of the upper surface 17a of the lid holding member 17 also changes. In this case, the difference Y in the top surface height of the lid holding member 17 is also 60 mm.

However, even if the height of the opening of the container 2, 2' changes, the state in which the lid member 19 is placed on the opening that is the upper end of the container 2, 2', and the pedestal 8 is placed on the lid member 19. Then, since that becomes the pressing position H4, the difference in height of the pedestal (difference in height between the pressing position H4) Z is also 60 mm, and X=Y=Z. In other words, even if the height of the opening of the container 2, 2' changes, the pressing position H4 can be automatically changed to correspond to the height of the opening of the container.

At this time, even if the height of the opening of the containers 2, 2' changes, the slide stroke S from the contact position H3 to the pressing position H4 does not change.

Therefore, it is possible to press the containers 2, 2' by the gantry 8 and to drive and stop the electric motor 11 without changing the setting of the lowering position of the gantry 8 or performing complicated control.

Note that the pressing position H4 corresponds to the height of the opening of the container 2, 2', but since the relationship between the contact position H3 and the pressing position H4 is unchanged, the position from the contact position H3 to the pressing position H4 is The operations associated with the raising and lowering of the gantry 8 are as described above.

Furthermore, although the present embodiment has been described using the container 2' whose opening height is higher than that of the container 2, it goes without saying that the same holds true for containers whose opening height is lower than that of the container 2.

As explained above, according to the stirring device 1 of the present invention, even when the container 2' has the same opening height as well as the container 2' whose opening height differs, the pedestal 8 can be attached to the container 2'. By lowering the lid member 19 to the pressing position H4 where it is placed on the opening at the upper end, the electric motor 11 can be driven while pressing the lid member 19 against the opening at the upper end of the container 2 by its own weight. can.

As a result, while the lid member 19 is pressed by the pedestal 8 against the openings that are the upper ends of the containers 2 and 2' having different opening heights, the electric motor 11 is driven to rotate the stirring blade 5a, and the container It is possible to perform processing such as stirring of the food material, which is the processed material A in the parts 2 and 2'.

Furthermore, by performing processing with the pedestal 8 at the pressing position H4, the lid member 19 can be pressed against the opening of the container 2 by the weight of the pedestal 8, and the containers 2 and 2 with different opening heights can be pressed against each other. It is possible to more reliably prevent the object A being processed from scattering from the opening of '. In addition, even if vibrations caused by the rotating stirring blade 5a or the violent movement of the processed material A within the containers 2, 2' act on the containers 2, 2' during processing such as stirring, the containers 2, 2' , 2' can be processed while keeping them in stable positions and postures.

Further, since the stirring shaft 5 rotates only when the lid member 19 is placed over the openings at the upper ends of the containers 2 and 2' having different opening heights, it is possible to prevent the operator from coming into contact with the rotating stirring blade 5a. can do.

As described above, according to the method for treating the object A and the stirring device according to the present embodiment, even if the container containing the object to be processed is replaced, the mount 8 can be simply lowered to the pressing position H4. The lid member 19 is pressed against the container by its own weight, and by detecting that the lid member 19 is pressed against the opening of the container, processing such as stirring can be performed.

Furthermore, even if the container is replaced with a container having a different opening height, the mount 8 can be adjusted based on the position where the lid member 19 contacts the opening of the container without changing the setting of the lowering position of the mount 8 or performing complicated control. By simply lowering it, it is possible to detect the position at which the lid member 19 is pressed, which corresponds to the height of the opening of the container. Then, it is possible to stably perform processing such as stirring in accordance with the pressing position H4 corresponding to the height of the opening of the container.

Furthermore, even if the pedestal 8 unintentionally rises during processing such as stirring, scattering of the material A in the container 2 is suppressed, and the worker is prevented from coming into contact with the stirring blade 5a. It can be prevented.

Note that the above embodiments are essentially preferable examples, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, its applications, or uses.
