通常月に、各店舗の品種について、年度当初の月については、前期の繰越を期首棚卸高とし、翌月以降は、前月の期末棚卸高を期首棚卸高に振り替える期首棚卸高算出手段と、
通常月に、各店舗の品種について、売上金額×前記マスタの対応する粗利率により粗利額を算出し、売上金額-粗利額より売上原価を算出する売上原価算出手段と、
通常月に、各店舗の品種について、期首棚卸高+仕入金額-売上金額+粗利額より期末棚卸額を算出する期末棚卸高算出手段と、
