Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various resin containers have been widely used for containing liquid contents.
This type of resin container includes a body for containing a liquid content, a small-diameter neck connected to the body, and a spout for taking out the liquid content to the outside at the tip of the neck. Resin containers are known (see
In a resin container configured to take out a liquid content to the outside through a neck portion having a diameter smaller than that of a body portion, even if the liquid content enters the neck portion during storage and the spout is directed upward, the liquid content will remain unchanged. In some cases, the contents do not fall off the neck and form a puddle.
When the resin container in such a state is opened, there is a risk that the accumulated liquid contents may jump out at the same time as the container is opened.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve such problems, and to provide a resin container in which liquid pooling is less likely to occur.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors conducted extensive studies and found that the above problems can be solved by including a cyclic olefin copolymer in the inner wall surface of the resin container and making the upstream side of the spout have a predetermined diameter. The inventors have found that it is difficult to generate such a phenomenon, and have completed the present invention.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is provided with a resin container body for containing a liquid content, wherein the container body includes a body portion for containing the liquid content and a spout having a smaller diameter than the body portion. wherein the inner wall surface of the container body in contact with the liquid content contains a cyclic olefin copolymer, and at least a part of the flow path of the liquid content on the upstream side of the outlet is Provided is a resin container having a diameter of 0.5 mm or more and 8.0 mm or less.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the resin-made containers which a liquid pool is hard to form can be provided.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, embodiment about the resin-made containers of this invention is described, referring a figure.

The unevenness of the connection portions 31' and 32' after the breakage may adversely affect the tactile sensation when holding the resin container.
In addition, the burrs on the periphery of the spout may interfere with the normal dripping of droplets of the liquid content that should otherwise be dripped by gravity.
However, in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the above problems from occurring because the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9, the

In this embodiment, PE-LD is included in the second layer L2, so that the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, since PE-LLD is contained together with COC in the first layer L1, the difference between the first layer L1 and the second layer L2 is higher than in the case where PE-LLD is not contained. It can improve affinity.
Therefore, when the first layer L1 and the second layer L2 are heat-sealed and integrated by lamination, excellent adhesiveness is exhibited between them, and delamination occurs between them. can discourage people from doing so.

The PE-LLD preferably contains 1-hexene or 1-octene as a comonomer, and more preferably contains 1-hexene as a comonomer, from the viewpoint of exhibiting the effects of the present invention more remarkably. .

It is preferable that the PE-LLD introduces short chain branches into the molecular structure by the comonomer, thereby reducing the degree of crystallinity and lowering the density.
The short-chain branch is preferably introduced at a ratio of 5 to 100, more preferably 10 to 50, per 1000 structural units of ethylene.
That is, in the PE-LLD, the ratio of the comonomer to the total amount of ethylene is preferably in the range of 0.5 mol% to 10 mol%, and the ratio is in the range of 1 mol% to 5 mol%. It is more preferable to be inside.

<Evaluation>
2 comprising a first layer (inner layer) containing a cyclic olefin copolymer and a linear low-density polyethylene in the compounding ratio (%) shown in Table 1, and a second layer (outer layer) containing a low-density polyethylene. A layered resin container was produced. Also, a resin container having a two-layer structure including a first layer (inner layer) containing low-density polyethylene and a second layer (outer layer) containing low-density polyethylene was produced.
The resin container was manufactured by a blow-fill-seal method so as to form a connected body in which five resin containers were connected.
An opening was prepared by twisting and tearing the lid of the resin container.
A buffer solution (containing 0.6% by mass of sodium hydrogen phosphate and 0.07% by mass of sodium dihydrogen phosphate) was prepared, and the resin container was pressed with the opening facing downward to expel the air inside. It was slightly expelled, the opening was brought into contact with the liquid surface of the buffer solution, and the force pushing the containing part was relaxed to suck up the buffer solution from the opening.
The amount of the buffer solution was adjusted by adjusting the force of pushing the containing portion so that the neck portion of the container could be filled.
Next, the container was fixed so that the opening faced upward, and the time required for the liquid level at the opening to drop by 10% of the length of the neck was measured (time A).
The amount of buffer in the neck at time A was measured.
Similarly, the resin container of each test example sucked up the buffer solution, and the amount of the buffer solution in the neck was measured when the time A had passed since the container was fixed so that the opening faced upward.
According to
[Formula 1]
Degree of residual improvement (%) = {1-(liquid volume at the neck of the container of the example/liquid volume at the neck of the container not containing COC)} × 100
The container of each test example was measured five times, and the average of the degree of residual improvement was taken as the residual improvement degree of the test example. The results of evaluation according to the evaluation criteria are shown in the table.
◎: residual improvement of 30% or more ○: residual improvement of 20% or more and less than 30% △: residual improvement of less than 20%
From the above, it can be seen that the resin container of the present invention is less susceptible to liquid pooling at the neck.
