Description
Claims (19)
- 内部導体及び外部導体、並びに、前記内部導体と前記外部導体との間に挟まれた誘電体を有する同軸ケーブルを含むマイクロ波ケーブル装置を備え、該マイクロ波ケーブル装置は、前記内部導体の端面、前記外部導体の端面及び前記誘電体の端面を含んだ傾斜端面を有し、
マイクロ波エネルギーを前記ケーブル装置に供給するように構成されているマイクロ波発生器を備え、
所望の指向性を有するマイクロ波エネルギーの指向性放射を前記傾斜端面から提供するため、前記マイクロ波発生器によってケーブル装置へ供給されるマイクロ波エネルギーの、周波数、振幅及び/又は電力を選択するように構成されたコントローラをさらに備え、前記マイクロ波エネルギーの放射場は、前記同軸ケーブルの長手方向軸線を中心としたn回回転対称ではない、
マイクロ波システム。 - 前記マイクロ波システムは、組織のマイクロ波アブレーションを実行するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面は前記同軸ケーブルの長手方向軸線と傾角をなす、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記外部導体の片側が前記内部導体より長く、前記外部導体の反対側が前記内部導体より短い、請求項1-3の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面は平面である、請求項1-4の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面の形状は楕円形である、請求項1-5の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面は曲面及び/又はファセット面である、請求項1-4の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記周波数及び/又は電力は、前記ケーブル装置の反射係数、治療すべき組織の特性、加熱すべき組織の容積、治療の種類の少なくとも1つに基づいて選択される、請求項1-7の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の指向性は、組織内への所望の侵入深さ、所望の放射パターン、所望の線形性、照射される容積の所望のプロファイルの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1-8の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記同軸ケーブルは可撓性である、請求項1-9の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーブル装置が挿入可能なカテーテル又はトロカールを更に備える、請求項1-10の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーブル装置は前記傾斜端面の少なくとも一部分を覆う被膜を更に備える、請求項1-11の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記被膜は生体適合である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーブル装置は前記外部導体を囲むジャケットを更に備える、請求項1-13の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面の前記同軸ケーブルの長手方向軸線に対する傾斜角度は、10°から85°の間である、請求項1-14の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面の前記同軸ケーブルの長手方向軸線に対する傾斜角度は、治療すべき組織の容積、治療すべき組織の特性、治療すべき組織の誘電率、治療の種類の少なくとも1つに基づいて選択される、請求項1-15の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記周波数は900MHzから30GHzの間である、請求項1-16の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記同軸ケーブルの直径は0.1mmから25mmの間である、請求項1-17の何れかに記載のシステム。
- 前記傾斜端面は組織特徴部に向けて放射するように組織特徴部と整列可能である、請求項1-18の何れかに記載のシステム。
