Description
Claims (6)
- 情報処理装置と接続される操作デバイスであって、
所定の操作部材に対するユーザーの操作を受け付けて、当該操作の操作量を示す操作情報を前記情報処理装置に送信する情報送信部と、
前記操作部材を操作する前記ユーザーに対して、当該操作の操作量に応じて決定される内容の力覚を提示する力覚提示処理を実行する制御処理部と、
を含み、
前記情報送信部は、前記操作量を示す操作情報とは別に、当該操作量に応じた前記力覚提示処理の実行状態を示す状態情報を前記情報処理装置に送信する
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の操作デバイスにおいて、
前記制御処理部は、予め定められた複数の制御状態のうち、前記ユーザーの操作内容の変化に応じて決定される制御状態に応じた力覚提示処理を実行し、
前記情報送信部は、前記複数の制御状態のうちどの制御状態に応じた力覚提示処理を実行中かを示す状態情報を送信する
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。 - 請求項2に記載の操作デバイスにおいて、
前記制御処理部は、予め定められた複数の動作モードのうち、前記情報処理装置から指示された動作モードで動作し、当該複数の動作モードのそれぞれに対して、前記複数の制御状態が予め定められている
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。 - 請求項3に記載の操作デバイスにおいて、
前記制御処理部は、前記操作量と、現在の制御状態と、に応じて次の制御状態を決定する
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。 - 請求項4に記載の操作デバイスにおいて、
前記操作部材は、ユーザーによる押し込み量を計測可能なボタンであって、
前記制御処理部は、現在の前記ボタンの押し込み量と、現在の制御状態と、に応じて次の制御状態を決定する
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の操作デバイスにおいて、
前記操作部材は、ユーザーの操作に応じて動く可動部を有し、
前記操作デバイスは、前記操作部材を操作するユーザーに対して力覚を提示する力覚提示部材であって、前記可動部の位置に応じて位置が変化する力覚提示部材を備え、
前記制御処理部は、前記力覚提示部材の位置に応じて前記力覚提示部材が提示する力覚の内容を変化させ、
前記状態情報は、前記力覚提示部材の位置を示す位置情報を含む
ことを特徴とする操作デバイス。
