薬液を収納可能な医療用容器に取り付けられるオスコネクタと、該オスコネクタに下方から接続され薬液を収納可能な他の医療用容器に取り付けられるメスコネクタとを有し、外気から遮断された状態で前記医療用容器間の前記薬液の受け渡しを行うためのコネクタシステムにおいて、
前記オスコネクタは、
上部が蓋部で閉鎖された筒状のオス側本体部と、
前記蓋部に設けられた貫通孔を介して前記医療用容器と連通され、前記オス側本体部の軸線に沿って延びるとともに当該オス側本体部に下方から接続された前記メスコネクタに対して相対的に昇降可能な針管と、
前記オス側本体部に前記軸線に沿って延びるように設けられ、前記針管の外周を離間して囲うとともに前記メスコネクタに対して相対的に昇降可能な針管用筒部とを備え、
前記メスコネクタは、
下部において前記他の医療用容器を取り付け可能な筒状のメス側本体部と、
前記メス側本体部の上部に設けられ、弾性力を有し前記軸線に直交する面に前記針管用筒部を押し込むことで開閉自在なスリットを備える第1弁部と、
前記メス側本体部の内側に設けられ、前記第1弁部の下方に配置され前記針管で貫通可能な第2弁部とを備え、
前記針管用筒部は、該針管用筒部と該針管とが上昇位置にあるときに、少なくとも前記針管の先端を収納するとともに、該針管の先端を収納した状態で前記第1弁部を押し開く位置まで降下可能であり、
前記針管は、前記第2弁部を貫通する位置まで降下可能であることを特徴とするコネクタシステム。
