Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article and a method for producing the same.
Absorbent articles having patterns such as letters, patterns and patterns on the outer surface are known. Such a pattern is located, for example, on the non-skin side surface of the absorbent article and is used to indicate the anterior or posterior portion of the absorbent article, the size of the absorbent article, and the like. As such an absorbent article,
It is preferable to replace the absorbent article in a bright environment, for example, in a bright room. This is because it is easy to check the size of the absorbent article and the front or rear part. However, there are cases where it is necessary to replace the absorbent article in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient, for example, when there is a sleeping person in the room at midnight and it is difficult to brighten the lighting. Such cases include, for example, the case where multiple families are sleeping in one room, the case where multiple care recipients are living, and the case where multiple patients are hospitalized. Be done. In that case, since the illumination cannot be brightened, it is difficult to clearly confirm even if the absorbent article has a pattern on the surface on the non-skin side. Of course, since it is a dark environment, it is difficult to visually recognize the appearance of the absorbent article. Therefore, when exchanging the absorbent article, there is a risk that the front or rear portion of the absorbent article, the size, or the like may be mistaken.
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article and a method for producing the absorbent article, which can visually recognize the display displayed on the surface even in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient and facilitate the exchange of the absorbent article. It is in.
The absorbent articles of the present invention are as follows. (1) An absorbent article having a glossy layer having a pattern on at least one surface on the skin side and the non-skin side, and the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region which is the region where the glossy layer is arranged is determined. An absorbent article having a glossiness higher than that of a region surrounding the glossy layer and a glossiness of 7 or more in the glossy layer arrangement region.
The method for producing an absorbent article of the present invention is as follows. (1) A method for manufacturing an absorbent article having a glossy layer having a pattern, which is located on the surface on the non-skin side, and is a smoothing step for smoothing the surface of a sheet member for the surface on the non-skin side. A method for producing an absorbent article, which comprises a forming step of forming a glossy layer having a pattern on the surface of the smoothed continuous sheet, and has a glossiness of 7 or more in a glossy layer arrangement region including the glossy layer. ..
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article and a method for producing the absorbent article, which can visually recognize the display displayed on the surface even in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient and facilitate the exchange of the absorbent article. it can.
The present embodiment relates to the following aspects.
[Aspect 1] An absorbent article having a glossy layer having a pattern on at least one surface on the skin side and the non-skin side, and the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region, which is the region where the glossy layer is arranged, is An absorbent article having a glossiness higher than that of a region surrounding the glossy layer and a glossiness of 7 or more in the glossy layer arrangement region.
In this absorbent article, a glossy layer is arranged on at least one surface of the skin side and the non-skin side, and the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region including the glossy layer is 7 or more. Therefore, even in a dark environment where the lighting cannot be brightened, the pattern of the glossy layer can be easily grasped with a small amount of light. Therefore, for example, by displaying the meaning of the pattern on the package in advance, when the absorbent article is replaced in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient, for example, the front side or the rear side of the absorbent article indicated by the pattern. It is possible to easily grasp the part, the skin side or the non-skin side, the size, and the like. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate the replacement of the absorbent article even in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient. Further, in a bright environment where the absorbent article has sufficient brightness, the gloss of the glossy layer allows the front or rear portion of the absorbent article to be seen at a glance as compared with the case where there is no gloss layer. In addition to being able to grasp it with certainty, it is also possible to give a sense of luxury or premium to the absorbent article by having a glossy feeling.
[Aspect 2] The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, since the glossy layer is formed of foil, it is possible to suppress the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region from being affected by the unevenness of the base. Thereby, when the absorbent article is to be used, the glossy layer can be easily confirmed even in an environment where the illumination cannot be brightened. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily replaced even in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient.
[Aspect 3] The absorbent article is a disposable diaper having a longitudinal direction and a width direction and having ventral, dorsal, and crotch portions arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the ventral side of the disposable diaper. The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, either the ventral or dorsal part of the disposable diaper has a glossy layer on the non-skin side surface. Therefore, for example, by displaying in advance whether the pattern is located on the ventral side or the dorsal side with a package or the like, the front part (ventral part) of the disposable diaper can be displayed even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened. ) And the rear part (dorsal side) can be easily grasped.
[Aspect 4] The ventral portion is provided with a target tape on the surface on the non-skin side, and the dorsal portion is provided with a pair of engaging tapes for engaging with the target tape at both ends in the width direction. The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, the glossy layer is located in the target tape area. Therefore, the position of the target tape of the disposable diaper can be easily recognized even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened, whereby the pair of engaging tapes can be easily engaged with the target tape. Then, it is possible to avoid the trouble that the engaging tape is engaged with the portion other than the target tape and the engaging tape is disengaged.
[Aspect 5] The ventral portion comprises a target tape located on the non-skin side, the target tape is arranged in a target tape region, and the dorsal portion is located at both ends in the width direction. The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, the glossy layer is located on a pair of engaging tapes. Therefore, the position of the pair of engaging tapes of the disposable diaper can be easily recognized even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened. In particular, the pair of engaging tapes are easily laid under the body when changing disposable diapers, and are difficult to see in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened. Therefore, the pair of engaging tapes can be easily seen by the glossy layer, so that the absorbent article can be easily replaced.
[Aspect 6] Each of the pair of engaging tapes has another glossy layer having another pattern on the surface on the non-skin side, and the glossy layer is located in the central portion of the target tape region in the width direction. A mode in which the pair of engaging tapes are engaged with the target tapes on both sides of the central portion of the target tape region in the width direction when the disposable diaper is worn. The absorbent article according to 4 or 5.
In this absorbent article, when wearing a disposable diaper, a pair of engaging tapes are engaged on both sides in the width direction in the target tape area. That is, by wearing the disposable diaper so that the glossy layer is located in the central portion and the other glossy layers are located on both sides of the target tape region in the width direction, the diaper can be worn correctly. Thus, the absorbent article can guide the pair of engaging tapes to be placed at optimal positions on the target tape. Therefore, even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened, the positions of the target tape and the pair of engaging tapes of the disposable diaper can be easily recognized, and the pair of engaging tapes can be easily engaged with the target tapes at the optimum positions. Can be done. Then, at this time, by arranging the other glossy layer, the glossy layer, and the other glossy layer in this order along the width direction on the target tape, the pattern expression that is completed only when they are engaged is used. It is possible to produce a high degree of design and luxury.
[Aspect 7] The glossy layer includes a base material and a glossy cambium that is located on the base material and forms the pattern and has gloss, and the base material is a part of the target tape. The absorbent article according to any one of
In this absorbent article, the gloss-forming layer of the gloss layer is supported by the target tape (base material). Therefore, the smoothness of the gloss-forming layer can be suppressed from being affected by the unevenness of the base, and the gloss of the gloss-forming layer can be maintained. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region from being affected by the unevenness of the base of the glossy cambium. Thereby, when the absorbent article is to be used, the glossy layer can be easily confirmed even in an environment where the illumination cannot be brightened. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate the replacement of the absorbent article even in an environment where the brightness is not sufficient. Further, by forming the gloss forming layer on the target tape, after visually recognizing the gloss forming layer, the engaging tape can be engaged on the gloss forming layer and its surroundings, and a wider area can be secured for engagement. .. Thereby, the engagement between the target tape and the engaging tape can be further stabilized.
[Aspect 8] The target tape has a first tape portion located on one side of the target tape region in the width direction and a first tape portion located on the other side of the target tape region in the width direction. The glossy layer comprises a second tape portion that is separated, and the glossy layer includes a substrate and a glossy cambium that is located on the substrate and forms the pattern and has gloss. The absorbent article according to any one of
In this absorbent article, the glossy cambium of the glossy layer is supported by the substrate. Further, since the gloss-forming layer is formed on the base material other than the target tape (first tape portion + second tape portion), the engaging tape is not engaged on the gloss-forming layer. As a result, it is possible to prevent the gloss-forming layer from peeling off due to engagement and the gloss-forming layer from becoming invisible after engagement.
[Aspect 9] The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, the substrate is composed of a non-woven fabric in which a film is laminated. Therefore, the smoothness of the gloss-forming layer can be more suppressed from being affected by the unevenness of the base material below the base material, and the glossiness of the gloss-forming layer can be further maintained. It is possible to further suppress the glossiness of the glossy layer arrangement region from being affected by the unevenness of the base material below the base material. That is, the glossiness of the glossy layer can be increased as compared with the case where there is no film. Thereby, when the absorbent article is to be used, the glossy layer can be more easily confirmed even in an environment where the illumination cannot be brightened.
[Aspect 10] The absorbent article includes an absorbent body, and at least one of the ventral side portion and the dorsal side portion is located in the central portion in the width direction, and the elasticity in the width direction is low. And a pair of high stretchable regions that are adjacent to both sides of the low stretchable region in the width direction and have high elasticity in the width direction, and include the pair of high stretchable regions in the width direction in a plan view. The third aspect of
In this absorbent article, the glossy layer is located on the non-skin side of at least one of the ventral and dorsal low stretch areas. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the shrinkage of the glossy layer and make it difficult to form irregularities and wrinkles. Therefore, even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened, the position of the ventral or dorsal portion of the disposable diaper can be easily recognized, and the absorbent article can be easily replaced.
[Aspect 11] The absorbent article comprises a post-treatment tape arranged on the non-skin surface side of the central portion of the dorsal side in the width direction, and the glossy layer is a non-treatment tape of the post-treatment tape. The absorbent article according to
In this absorbent article, the glossy layer is located on the post-treatment tape. Therefore, the position of the post-treatment tape of the disposable diaper can be easily recognized even in an environment where the lighting cannot be brightened. As a result, when the disposable diaper is replaced, the used diaper can be appropriately treated with the post-treatment tape in a rolled state, and the absorbent article can be easily replaced.

Next, the
The tape-
As described above, in the tape-

The

In the present embodiment, the material of the foil is a foil composed of five layers: a base film / release layer, a coloring layer, a thin-film deposition layer, and an adhesive layer. The foil is transferred to the object to be transferred by a foil stamping method (hot stamping method). By the foil stamping method, the release layer to the adhesive layer are transferred to the transferred material, leaving the base film. Therefore, in this case, the foil of the
The base film is a layer for carrying a release layer, a colored layer, a thin-film deposition layer and an adhesive layer, and is formed of, for example, a predetermined synthetic resin. The release layer is a layer for facilitating the separation of each of the colored layer, the vapor-deposited layer, and the adhesive layer from the base film, and is formed of a predetermined synthetic resin. The colored layer is a layer that expresses the color of the foil. For example, when it is desired to develop a golden color on the foil, a coating film using a yellow paint is exemplified as the colored layer. The thin-film deposition layer is a layer that gives gloss. For example, when it is desired to develop a golden color on the foil, examples of the vapor-deposited layer include an aluminum thin film and a tin thin film vapor-deposited on the colored layer. The yellow coating film (colored layer) on which an aluminum thin film or a tin thin film (deposited layer) is vapor-deposited looks golden. The adhesive layer is formed by applying an adhesive to the vapor-deposited layer. As the adhesive, a suitable type is selected depending on the material to be transferred to which the foil is transferred. For example, when the material to be transferred is a non-woven fabric, a laminate, or a film, an adhesive layer suitable for each is selected. The adhesive adheres to the object to be transferred by heat and pressure. If you want to change the color of the metallic luster of the foil, for example, change the color of the colored layer. The tin thin film is preferable because it can avoid the reaction of the metal detector in the inspection by the metal detector at the time of manufacturing diapers and the like.

In the present embodiment, the target tape region AA is specifically composed of a central portion AC located in the center in the width direction W, one side portion AEa located on both sides of the central portion AC, and the other side portion AEb. have. The
In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, when the tape-

In the present embodiment, the
As described above, in the tape-
The

Here, when a non-woven fabric is used as the

Here, when a non-woven fabric is used as the

The configuration of the

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing another configuration example of the tape-
In each of the above configuration examples, the

However, examples of the sheet member for the
Among the methods for producing the tape-type diaper 1 (the method for forming the
Here, the smoothing step may include a heat treatment step of applying heat to the sheet member and a pressure step of applying pressure to the sheet member (heat press). Examples of the heat treatment step include a step of passing a sheet member between a pair of heating rolls. The temperature of the heating roll is preferably equal to or higher than the softening point of the material of the sheet member and lower than the melting point. Specifically, although it depends on the material of the sheet member, for example, 80 to 180 ° C. is mentioned, and 90 to 150 ° C. is preferable. The heating time is, for example, 0.01 to 2 seconds, preferably 0.05 to 0.1 seconds. Examples of the pressure step include a step of passing a sheet member between a pair of pressure rolls. Examples of the pressure of the pressure roll include 0.1 to 5 MPa, preferably 0.3 to 3 MPa. The pressurization time is, for example, 0.01 to 2 seconds, preferably 0.05 to 0.1 seconds. However, the heat treatment step and the pressure step may be performed at the same time. In that case, for example, a step of passing the sheet member between the pair of rolls can be mentioned. The roll temperature, roll pressure, heating or pressurizing time are as described above.
The "softening point" and "melting point" are the "endothermic start temperatures" when measuring the endothermic behavior that changes from a solid state to a liquid at a temperature rise rate of 10 ° C./min, respectively, with a differential scanning calorimeter. And "peak top temperature".
The smoothing step can improve the smoothness of the sheet member. The density of the sheet member is used as an index of the smoothness of the sheet member. This is because in a sheet member such as a non-woven fabric, as the density increases, the distance between the fibers becomes shorter and the fibers come close to each other to reduce surface irregularities, and thus smoothing progresses. The density of the sheet member after the smoothing step is preferably about twice or more the density before the smoothing step. As a specific density of the sheet member, for example, 0.07 g / cm 3 or more is preferable, 0.09 g / cm 3 or more is more preferable, and 0.2 g / cm 3 or more is even more preferable.
On the other hand, the forming step is a foil pressing step in which a foil containing a metal having a pattern is thermocompression bonded to the surface of the smoothed sheet member, or a pattern is formed on the surface of the smoothed sheet member with a paint containing a metal. Includes a printing process, which prints.
In the foil pressing process, the foil is pressed against the transferred material (example: sheet member) by heat and pressure, and the layer having the color of the foil (example: the metal foil itself, the five-layer foil coloring layer and the vapor deposition layer). Is a method of thermocompression bonding to the transferred material. The foil stamping method is preferable because it is a dry method in which a metallic color (metallic luster) can be easily expressed on the transferred material and does not use a solvent, unlike ordinary printing. In the above-mentioned five-layer foil, the release layer to the adhesive layer are transferred to the transferred material by the foil pressing method, leaving the base film. However, when the foil pressing process is used as the forming process, smoothing is not always necessary because of the characteristics of the foil, which has a constant shape and thickness and is not easily affected by the smoothness of the substrate.
The printing process is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include pad printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, and printing, and pad printing is preferable. The reason is that since printing is performed with an elastic silicon pad, it is possible to print on uneven surfaces such as the surface of non-woven fabric, and because transfer printing can be performed multiple times at the same location, the film thickness increases. This is because it is possible to increase the film thickness even though it is printed, and it is easy to enhance the glossiness. In the case of the printing process, the printing process may be repeated a plurality of times in order to make the gloss layer 50 (gloss forming layer 51) a desired thickness.
Before the forming step, a step of forming a base coat layer on the surface of the smoothed sheet member may be provided. Further, after the printing step, there may be a step of forming a top coat layer on the

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to the present examples. In this example, the glossy layer on the non-woven fabric was examined.
(1) Evaluation of processing suitability (1-1) Sample As a base (corresponding to the first base material) for forming a glossy layer, a plurality of non-woven fabrics having different densities (measured in advance) were prepared. Then, each of the plurality of non-woven fabrics was stamped with gold foil (5 layers) to form a plurality of glossy layers with a base.
(1-2) Evaluation method The processing suitability of each sample was evaluated. The processability was visually inspected for peeling of the foil, lifting of the foil, and presence / absence and degree of tearing of the foil. However, the evaluation was as follows: ×: defective (many peeling, lifting and tearing), 〇: good (less peeling, lifting and tearing), and ◎: peeling, lifting and tearing could not be confirmed.
(1-3) Evaluation results The evaluation results of processing suitability are shown in Table 1 below. It was found that when the density of the underlying non-woven fabric is 0.04 g / cm 3 or more, a glossy layer with less peeling, lifting or tearing can be formed. It was also found that the higher the density, the less likely it is that peeling, lifting or tearing will occur. The density is preferably 0.07 to 1.0 g / cm 3 , more preferably 0.09 to 0.5 g / cm 3 , and even more preferably 0.09 to 0.15 g / cm 3. It turned out to be.

Examples 12 to 15: A glossy layer was formed by stamping with a golden foil (5 layers) using an SB non-woven fabric as a base. However, the foil pressing pressure was the lowest in Example 12, gradually increased, and the highest in Example 15.
(2-2) Evaluation method The glossiness of each sample was measured, and a sensory test was further performed. However, the glossiness was measured with a gloss checker IG-331 (manufactured by HORIBA, Ltd.). The incident angle and the light receiving angle of the gloss checker IG-331 were both 60 ° C., and the measurement area was an ellipse having a major axis of 6 mm and a minor axis of 3 mm. At the time of measurement, white high-quality paper was placed under the base so that the measurement area contained the glossy layer as much as possible. The same measurement point was measured a plurality of times (example: 10 times), and the average value was taken as the glossiness. In addition, as a sensory evaluation, it was evaluated whether the glossy layer was visible at 9 lux under the miniature bulb. However, the evaluations were: ×: poor (invisible; difficult to discriminate the pattern of the glossy layer), 〇: good: (visible; the pattern of the glossy layer can be discriminated), ⊚: excellent (goodly visible; glossy layer) The pattern can be easily identified).
(2-3) Evaluation results The evaluation results of glossiness are shown in Table 2 below. It was found that when the glossiness is 7 or more, the glossy layer can be visually recognized, that is, the pattern of the glossy layer can be discriminated. Further, it was found that the higher the glossiness, the better the glossy layer can be visually recognized, that is, the pattern of the glossy layer can be easily discriminated. Then, it was found that the glossiness was preferably 10 or more, more preferably 20 or more, and further preferably 30 or more. Other types of non-woven fabrics gave almost the same results.
