Hereinafter, embodiments of the repair waterproof structure and the repair waterproof construction method using the repair support stand and the repair support stand of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

First, the outline of the repair waterproof structure using the repair support stand will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 1, an existing support member 3 and an existing waterproof layer 4, which are installation object support members for fixing an installation object, are provided on the base 5, and a repair support stand 1 and a new waterproof layer 2 are provided on the existing support member 3. It shows a refurbished waterproof structure. The repair support pedestal 1 is installed so as to cover the entire existing support member 3 and is fixed on the base 5. Then, an installation object (not shown) will be installed on the upper part of the repair support stand 1.

Next, the main configuration of the support stand for repair will be described with reference to FIG.
The repair support stand 1 is composed of a main body 1a, an object mounting portion 1b, and an overhanging portion 1c.

The main body 1a includes an upper plate 1a-1 and a side plate 1a-2 that supports the upper plate 1a-1. FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the support stand 1 for repair, and the main body 1a of FIG. 4 has a substantially cylindrical shape with the upper plate 1a-1 as the upper surface and the side plates 1a-2 as the side surfaces. The shape of the main body 1a may be not only a substantially cylindrical shape but also a substantially prismatic shape such as a square pillar, and the side plates 1a-2 may be formed of continuous surfaces as in the case where the main body 1a in FIG. 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape. It may also be composed of a plurality of columnar plates that support the upper plate 1a-1.

The main body 1a includes an opening S surrounded by an upper plate 1a-1 and a side plate 1a-2 that supports the upper plate 1a-1. The opening S is a space opened on the opposite side of the upper plate 1a-1 of the main body 1a. The opening S has a size sufficient to cover the entire existing support member 3 installed on the base 5, and the width w and height h of the opening are the width w'of the existing support member 3 and the base. It is larger than the height h'from 5 (see FIG. 3 (3-2)).

The main body 1a can be made of synthetic resin, metal, wood, or the like, but is preferably made of metal from the viewpoint of strength and durability, and more preferably steel. When made of metal, the thickness of the metal plate used is preferably 1.0 mm to 20 mm, and more preferably 3.0 mm to 10 mm in consideration of strength and cost. Further, when it is made of metal, a material whose surface is coated with a synthetic resin or the like can also be used.

The other object mounting portion 1b is provided on the upper plate 1a-1 of the main body 1a. The other object mounting portion 1b may be a threaded portion having a male screw as shown in FIG. 2, a screw portion having a female screw, a flange shape, a rail shape, or the like, which can take a form according to the mounted object to be mounted. Is. From the viewpoint that various installation objects can be installed regardless of the shape of the connection portion of the installation object, it is a preferable embodiment to use a screw portion having a male screw.

Here, the other object mounting portion 1b is provided on the upper plate 1a-1 of the main body 1a, but as shown in FIG. 2, the contact portion between the other object mounting portion 1b and the upper plate 1a-1 is fixed by welding or adhesion. You may be. It is preferably fixed to the upper plate 1a-1 by welding from the viewpoint of being more firmly fixed. In the case where the other object mounting portion 1b is a threaded portion having a male screw, a ready-made bolt or the like can be locked to the female screw formed inside the upper plate 1a-1 or in the hole formed in the upper plate 1a-1. By inserting the bolt from below and locking the nut inserted from the end of the male screw portion of the bolt from above, the other object mounting portion 1b can be provided on the upper plate 1a-1.

The overhanging portion 1c is for fixing the repair support pedestal 1 to the base 5 in contact with the ground, and is on the side of the main body 1a of the repair support pedestal 1 facing the upper plate 1a-1 of the side plate 1a-2. The end portion is provided so as to project to the outside of the main body 1a as shown in FIG. A screw or the like is usually used as a fixing means for fixing the repair support pedestal 1 to the grounding ground 5. Therefore, the overhanging portion 1c may be provided with a screw hole in advance.

Subsequently, the repair waterproof structure using the repair support stand will be described with reference to FIG.
The existing support member 3 is fixed on the base 5 by bolts 3b, and the repair support stand 1 is installed on the base 5 so as to cover the entire existing support member 3, and is fixed to the base 5 by screws. There is. A heat insulating material 6 is laid and fixed on the base 5 except for the periphery where the repair support pedestal 1 is installed, and a waterproof sheet 4a, which is an existing waterproof layer 4, is laid and fixed on the base 5. In FIG. 1, the installation object such as the solar panel was fixed to the other object mounting portion 3a of the existing support member 3 via the rail or the like, but was temporarily removed at the time of repair.

Here, in FIG. 1, the existing waterproof layer 4 is discontinuous in the peripheral portion of the repair support frame 1. This is because the existing waterproof layer 4 and the heat insulating material 6 around the overhanging portion 1c of the repair support stand 1 are partially removed in order to directly ground the overhanging portion 1c on the base 5. In this repair structure, it is not necessary to remove the existing support member 3, and the existing support member 3 may be removed as much as possible to cover the repair support frame 1 and to secure a space for grounding and fixing to the base 5. There is no need to worry about a lot of waste material. Further, in FIG. 1, the structure is such that the heat insulating material 6 is provided under the existing waterproof layer 4, but for example, in the case where the waterproof sheet 4a which is the existing waterproof layer 4 is provided directly on the base 5. The repair support stand 1 can be stably installed and fixed on the base 5 without removing the existing waterproof layer 4, and it is not always necessary to partially remove the existing waterproof layer 4 in the repair waterproof structure of the present invention. is not. When the existing waterproof layer 4 and the heat insulating material 6 around the repair support frame 1 are partially removed as shown in FIG. 1, the space around the repair support frame 1 is filled with the heat insulating material 8 or the like. Can prevent condensation.

An inorganic plate 7'which is an insulating layer 7 is laid and fixed on the existing waterproof layer 4, and a waterproof sheet 2a is laid and adhered from the inorganic plate 7'to form a new waterproof layer 2. The end of the waterproof sheet 2a is raised along the side plate 1a-2 of the portion protruding from the newly installed waterproof layer 4 of the main body 1a of the repair support frame 1, and the waterproof sheet 2a and the side plate 1a-2 are joined in a watertight state. Has been done.

It is preferable that the insulating layer 7 is laid between the existing waterproof layer 4 and the new waterproof layer 2. As the insulating layer 7, an insulating sheet, an inorganic plate, or the like can be used. Further, since the waterproof sheet 2a and the side plates 1a-2 are joined in a watertight state, it is preferable that at least the surface of the repair support pedestal 1 has good adhesion to the waterproof sheet 2a. For example, if the waterproof sheet 2a is made of a polyvinyl chloride resin, it is preferable that the surface of the repair support frame 1 is covered with the polyvinyl chloride resin.
The joint end edge of the new waterproof sheet 2a and the repair support frame 1 may be terminally treated with a sealer or the like.

The repair waterproofing method using the repair support stand will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
FIG. 2 shows the existing waterproof structure before the repair. The existing support member 3 is fixed on the base 5 by bolts 3b, and the heat insulating material 6 is laid and fixed on the base 5 except for the portion where the existing support member 3 is installed, and the waterproof sheet 4a is further laid and fixed on the base 5. Is laid and fixed. The upper surface of the existing support member 3 and the upper surface of the waterproof sheet 4a in the peripheral portion of the existing support member 3 are covered with an additional sheet 4b, and the respective boundary surfaces are joined by adhesion or welding to form the existing waterproof layer 4. ing. In FIG. 1, the installation object such as the solar panel was fixed to the other object mounting portion 3a of the existing support member 3 via the rail or the like, but was temporarily removed at the time of repair.

First, the existing waterproof layer 4 and the heat insulating material 6 at the peripheral portion D of the existing support frame 3 shown in FIG. 3 (3-1) are removed. The state after removal is shown in FIG. 3 (3-2). Subsequently, the overhanging portion 1c with the existing support pedestal 3 housed in the opening S of the repair support pedestal 1 so as to cover the repair support pedestal 1 shown in FIG. 4 from above the existing support pedestal 3. Is directly grounded on the exposed base 5 and the overhanging portion 1c and the base 5 are fixed with screws (FIG. 1).

For the purpose of preventing dew condensation, the space around the repair support pedestal 1 installed as shown in FIG. 1 is filled with the heat insulating material 8 as necessary. An insulating layer 7 which is an inorganic plate 7'is laid and fixed on the existing waterproof layer 4 as needed, and a waterproof sheet 2a is laid on the existing waterproof layer 4 to bond and fix the inorganic plate 7'and the waterproof sheet 2a. The end of the waterproof sheet 2a is raised along the side plate 1a-2 of the portion protruding from the newly installed waterproof layer 4 of the main body 1a of the support stand 1 for repair, and the waterproof sheet 2a and the side plate 1a-2 are joined in a watertight state. ..

By adopting the repair support frame of the present invention and the repair waterproof structure using the same, it is not necessary to remove most of the existing support members and the existing waterproof layer, the work is simple, and a large amount of waste material is not generated.
