Description
Claims (14)
- 体内で器具をナビゲート及び位置決めするためのシステムであって、前記器具は前記体内の組織の光学検査用のセンサを有し、前記器具は組織信号を生成するように構成され、前記システムが、
タイムスタンプTsに対応する時間において前記器具から前記組織信号を受信するように構成される組織型決定装置であって、前記器具からの前記組織信号に基づいて組織型を示すパラメータのセットを決定するように更に構成される、組織型決定装置と、
前記体の内部の画像を形成するように構成される医用イメージング装置であって、画像の時系列を記録するように構成され、各々の画像は、タイムスタンプTfに対応する時間的距離によって前記時系列における隣接する画像から離され、隣接する前記タイムスタンプTfの間の間隔は隣接する前記タイムスタンプTs間の間隔よりも小さい、医用イメージング装置と、
前記組織型決定装置と時間同期する画像処理ユニットであって、(i)現在の器具位置、及び(ii)前記タイムスタンプTsに対する組織信号読出し位置に対応する前記器具の以前の空間位置における組織型の表示を有する各々のタイムスタンプTfにおける前記体の内部の複合画像を確立するように構成され、前記画像処理ユニットは、前記体の内部の複合画像が前記現在の器具位置と、前記対応するタイムスタンプTsに対する前記組織信号読出し位置に対応する前記器具の前記以前の空間位置における組織型の前記表示との両方を有する、画像処理ユニットと、
前記体の内部の複合画像を表示するための表示ユニットと
を有する、システム。 - 前記組織の光学検査用のセンサが、血液、水、脂肪、コラーゲン、胆汁、ベータカロテン量、血液の酸素化及び散乱特性を決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 彩度レベルが前記組織型を示すパラメータの測定量を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織型決定装置が前記組織型決定装置からの信号をスペクトルに変換するように構成される分光器に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織型を示すパラメータが前記スペクトルに基づいて決定される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織型を示すパラメータが実線として表示され、線の幅が不正確さの指標である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記器具からの組織信号に基づく組織型を示すパラメータのセットが、
PCA若しくは部分最小二乗法判別分析などの多変量統計解析を実行することを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 体内で器具をナビゲート及び位置決めするためのシステムの作動方法であって、前記器具は前記体内の組織の光学検査用のセンサを有し、前記器具は組織信号を生成するように構成され、前記システムが、組織型決定装置、医用イメージング装置、画像処理ユニット、及び表示ユニットを有し、
前記組織型決定装置が、タイムスタンプTsに対応する時間において前記器具から前記組織信号を受信し、前記器具からの前記組織信号に基づいて組織型を示すパラメータのセットを決定するステップと、
前記医用イメージング装置が、前記体の内部の画像を形成し、画像の時系列を記録するステップであって、各々の画像は、タイムスタンプTfに対応する時間的距離によって前記時系列における隣接する画像から離され、隣接する前記タイムスタンプTfの間の間隔は隣接する前記タイムスタンプTs間の間隔よりも小さい、ステップと、
前記画像処理ユニットが、前記組織型決定装置と時間同期と同期し、(i)現在の器具位置、及び(ii)前記タイムスタンプTsに対する組織信号読出し位置に対応する前記器具の以前の空間位置における組織型の表示を有する各々のタイムスタンプTfにおける前記体の内部の複合画像を確立するステップであって、前記画像処理ユニットは、前記体の内部の複合画像が前記現在の器具位置と、前記対応するタイムスタンプTsに対する前記組織信号読出し位置に対応する前記器具の前記以前の空間位置における組織型の前記表示との両方を有する、ステップと、
前記表示ユニットが、前記体の内部の複合画像を表示するステップと
を有する、方法。 - 決定された組織パラメータの量をあらわす彩度レベルを決定するステップをさらに有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記組織パラメータが光学センサを用いて決定され、前記方法が前記組織パラメータを決定するために前記光学センサからの信号から決定されるスペクトルを使用するステップを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記組織パラメータが実線として表示され、線の幅が不正確さの指標である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記組織型を示すパラメータのセットの決定が、
PCA若しくは部分最小二乗法判別分析などの多変量統計解析を実行するステップを有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 請求項8に記載のステップを有する方法を、デジタルプロセッサ上で実行されるとき、コンピュータに実行させる命令を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 前記組織パラメータが実線として表示され、線の幅が不正確さの指標である、請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
