Description
The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard box, and more particularly to a corrugated cardboard box for accommodating bag-filled products such as bag confectionery or retort pouches, stand pouch products and the like.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, products that have a soft exterior and are easily changed in shape, such as packaged products such as confectionery bags or retort pouches, and stand pouch products, have a flap on the top, so-called A-type cardboard boxes (commonly known as mandarin oranges). The exhibition and sales method has been adopted in which the products are stored in a box shape and transported, and then cardboard boxes are unpacked and displayed on display shelves at stores.
In addition, to save labor costs and reduce waste, we cut out a part of the cardboard boxes used for transportation to form openings, and instead of rearranging the products from the cardboard boxes to the display shelves, There is also a sales form in which products are displayed on shelves and displayed and taken out.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is possible to transport and store products whose shapes are easily changed, and at the same time, the products are displayed nicely at the time of sale and are stacked and displayed. The purpose is to provide a cardboard box that can.
The product display method according to the present invention includes a rectangular tube portion including a front wall portion and a rear wall portion facing each other, and a pair of side wall portions facing each other, and a first outer portion extending from a top surface side edge of the front wall portion. A first outer flap including a flap, a second outer flap extending from the top surface side edge of the rear wall portion, and a bottom wall portion that closes the bottom surface of the square tubular portion and flatly stacks a plurality of products. The top surface of the square tubular portion is closed by bending the second outer flap against the front wall portion and the back wall portion and abutting them against each other, and the second outer flap is passed through the first outer flap from a part of the front wall portion and the second outer flap portion is closed. A corrugated cardboard box having a breaking guide wire that is continuous with a part of the outer flap and is cut away from the top wall side edge of the rear wall portion so that a cut portion can be cut off. This is a method of cutting a cutout portion to form an opening, and displaying a plurality of products through the opening in a posture rotated by 90 degrees so that the front wall faces upward and the back wall faces downward.
It is preferable that the breaking guide wire is arranged such that the minimum value of the distance to each side wall portion is 7 to 25% with respect to the distance between the pair of side wall portions.
Also, including a pair of inner flaps extending from the top surface side edge of the pair of side wall portions, respectively, the inner flap length, the inner flap length is less than the minimum value of the distance from the breaking guide line to each side wall portion. Is also preferably short.
It is preferable that the first outer flap and the second outer flap are fixed by an adhesive tape extending along the abutting portion of each other and extending from the top surface of the rectangular tube portion to the pair of side wall portions.
Preferably, the adhesive tape has higher tear resistance in the direction along the abutting portion than in the direction orthogonal to the abutting portion.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the breaking guide wire arranged on the first outer flap and the breaking guide wire arranged on the second outer flap are displaced from each other at the abutting portions in the directions along the abutting portions.
Further, it is preferable that a push-in portion for starting cutting of the cut-out portion is formed in a part of the breaking guide wire. Alternatively, the breaking guide wire has a pair of ends that are separated from each other, and a cut portion is formed at each of the pair of end portions, and for cutting the cut portion on the corrugated paper between both cut portions to start cutting. It is preferable that a cut tape is attached.
The corrugated cardboard according to the present invention is the corrugated cardboard used in the above-described product display method.
According to this invention, there is a break guide wire that enables cutting of a cutout portion that continues from a part of the front wall portion to a part of the second outer flap through the first outer flap, and The cutout is cut off to form an opening, and multiple products are displayed through the opening in a posture rotated 90 degrees so that the front wall faces upward and the back wall faces downward, so the shape changes. The product can be easily transported and stored, and at the time of sale, the product can be displayed nicely and stacked and displayed.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The

Here, for convenience, it is assumed that the corrugated paperboard P extends on the XY plane, and the

Further, the
The breaking guide line B may be a perforated line that penetrates from the front surface to the back surface of the corrugated paper, or may be a score line that cuts only the back surface of the corrugated paper and the corrugated material inside. As shown in FIG. 1, a push-in portion B1 is formed in a part of the breaking guide wire B arranged on the
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the breaking guide wire B is formed over the
In addition, below the remaining portion Z of the upper
In addition, since the abutting portions of the upper
It is preferable that the adhesive tape T has higher tear resistance in the direction along the abutting portions than in the direction orthogonal to the abutting portions of the upper

Therefore, with the top surface side of the

As shown in FIG. 7, with the
At this time, if the adhesive tape T has a higher tear resistance in the direction along the abutting portions than in the direction orthogonal to the abutting portions of the upper
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the length L2 of the
Similarly, when a self-standing stand-pouch product is used as the
Therefore, it is not necessary to use a dedicated cardboard box for storing the product in a self-supporting state, and it is not necessary to install a partition plate in the cardboard box, and the stand pouch product can be safely and easily stored and transported. In addition to being able to do so, it will be possible to hold a good-looking exhibition.
The breaking guide line B is formed continuously from the upper
With this configuration, when the corrugated paperboard is broken along the breaking guide line B, the shearing force acting on the adhesive tape T attached on the butted portion is twisted due to the deviation amount ΔL. As a result, the adhesive tape T can be cut more easily to form the opening D.
The value of the deviation amount ΔL may be set based on the strength and tearability of the adhesive tape T, and can be set within a range of ±10 mm, for example.
