Description
The present invention relates to a work plan generation system, and more particularly to a technique for allocating an individual work item to each worker when processing a plurality of items, which are an aggregate of a plurality of work items, within a fixed time.
At beauty salons, services are provided to customers according to menus such as cut, perm, and coloring, but it is common to accept reservations from customers in advance, and at the time of making this reservation, In addition to the visit date and time, the menu is designated and the person in charge is designated.
Here, if one staff member is exclusively involved with one customer from the beginning to the end, the reservation can be processed simply by considering the average processing time of each treatment.
For example, if there is a record that it takes an average of 1 hour and 30 minutes for customers of "Cut" from visiting the store to leaving the store, to receive the next reservation for the staff who has a reservation for the cut, It is sufficient to specify the
However, even if it is simply called "cut", the menu contains multiple detailed work processes such as shampoo and blow in addition to the cut, and the staff of the hairdressing salon will perform the treatment based on their skill and experience. Since the possible roles have been decided, in reality, multiple staff members are taking turns handling one customer.
Therefore, even if the staff who is in charge of the cutting process confirms that there is a space during a certain time slot and accepts the reservation for “cut”, the staff in charge of the subsequent process will perform other tasks at the timing when the cutting process ends. If it is blocked by, it will make the customer wait for a long time. Therefore, the "cut" reservation time should be set in anticipation of the availability of each staff member in charge of the subsequent process.
However, it has been extremely difficult to receive an optimal reservation while grasping the work divisions that have been subdivided, the roles of the staff, the required time for each work process, and the like.
As a result, inefficiencies such as increased waiting time for customers and increased idle time for staff have occurred.
In addition, even on the day of work, it is rare that the processing proceeds according to the reservation made in advance, and unexpected situations such as cancellation of reservations, change of menu, sickness of staff who were relied on, visit of diving customers may occur. It is normal. For this reason, it is necessary to flexibly change the work assigned to each staff.
However, it was difficult to reallocate optimal work to each staff while many services for a plurality of customers were running in parallel.
As a result, inefficient situations such as waiting customers more than necessary and increasing idle time of staff have occurred.
For example, in the case of the online reservation service described in Non-Patent
As a result, the beauty salon can save the time and effort involved in making a telephone reservation, but whether or not to accept the reservation is left to human judgment as before.
The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems that have occurred at work sites such as beauty salons, and efficiently allocates a large number of work items related to a plurality of cases to a plurality of workers having different authorities. In the case of the work plan generation system described in
FIG. 1 illustrates the "basic method of allocating work items to each worker" which is the basic concept of the present invention.
First, at a certain work site (for example, a specific beauty salon), there are "personal restrictions" such as the number of workers (staff) and individual authority.
In addition, each worker has a “time constraint” of working hours (shift) on the work day, and the beauty salon itself also has a “time constraint” of business hours of the day.
Further, although not shown, there are “equipment restrictions” such as the number of set stands and shampoo stands.
On the other hand, for "work matter (service menu, etc.)" that is the work target, the combination and order of a plurality of work items (work process), the average required time of each work item, the start time and the completion time At least one of them is preset as a processing condition.
For example, if the item is a "cut menu" at a beauty salon, subordinates are "(1) Reception (required time: 5 minutes)", "(2) Counseling (required time: 5 minutes)", "( 3) Cut (Time required: 18 minutes), "(4) Shampoo (Time required: 10 minutes)", "(5) Blow", "(6) Settlement (Time required: 5 minutes)" Items are included, and processing must be performed in the order of (1) to (6).
In addition, at the time of reservation (order) of each item, the start time (visit time) and the completion time (deadline) are usually set.
Depending on the type of “project”, “moving” to the work site and “returning” to the establishment are also considered as one of the work items.
Thus, it can be said that the subject of the present invention is to more efficiently allocate work items to each worker under a situation where many constraints and conditions are set.
Here, "efficiently" means processing as many cases as possible within the business hours of the store and the working hours of each worker, for example.
Alternatively, minimizing the idle time of each worker and the waiting time between work items, or increasing the sales amount per unit time can be recognized as “efficient”.
Note that what is “efficient” is defined in advance as a rule (details will be described later).
Specifically, a work block having a size corresponding to the time required for the work item of each case is arranged on the timeline (time axis) corresponding to the working hours of each worker.
At this time, in principle, it is prohibited to arrange a plurality of work blocks that temporally overlap each other on the time line of the same worker, so that the remaining work blocks are arranged on the time lines of other workers.
Further, each work item is arranged on the timeline of a worker who has the authority to process the work item.
When a "designation" that specifies a worker is set for each item, it is necessary to follow the specification when arranging the corresponding work item.
A specific work plan (combination of the type of work item and start time to be performed) for each worker is generated by extracting the disclosure time and end time of the work block placed on each worker's timeline. To be done.
In principle, whether or not to accept a new reservation (order) is determined by whether or not there is room on the timeline of each worker for arranging each work block included in the item.
However, if the existing work block is displaced within a preset allowable range or the worker's timeline is extended to make the arrangement space available, it can be determined that the work space is acceptable.
The present invention was devised with the aim of improving the efficiency of accepting reservations at a beauty salon, but it can be widely applied to other business fields.
For example, by considering the target item as an order for a specific dish, the work items as the preparation of each ingredient, cooking, serving, etc., and considering the worker as the cooking staff, it is applied to the order processing work of the restaurant. be able to.
The point is that if the business category requires processing of a project consisting of multiple work items under limited conditions such as limited personnel with different authority and limited time and equipment, the application of this invention It is possible to improve efficiency.
The method of assigning each work item included in the case to the working hours of each worker is not limited to the method of arranging the work blocks on the timeline.
For example, records that associate the assigned “work item” with the “work time zone” within the working hours of each worker are sequentially registered in a predetermined database, and this database is used when a new work item is assigned. It is also possible to adopt a method of adding a record in which a work item of lower rank and a work time period of a specific worker are associated with each other only when there is no conflict with the time period of the registered work item ..

Next, the processing procedure in the first work
First, an administrator who has received a reservation from a customer by telephone or the like accesses the
This reservation information has at least a customer ID, a target menu, and date and time data items. Here, it is assumed that the customer (ID: K-1121) inputs the reservation information of "Cut & Color &Treatment" at 10:15 am on October 16, 2015.
This reservation information is transmitted to the
Upon receiving this reservation information (S10), the
Here, the timeline means an area having a length corresponding to the working hours of each staff member.
Next, the
For example, as shown in the figure, if
That is, for "cut", "reception" is defined as the top work item in the menu setting information (see FIG. 4). Also, "reception" is defined as the role of "receptionist" in the role setting information (see FIG. 3(b)).
Therefore, the
Here, the "work block" means an information element having a work item name and a dimension corresponding to the time required for the work item. At the time of being placed on the timeline, the start time and end time of the work Is specified.
For example, for the work item "Reception", the required time of "5 minutes" is set in the menu setting information, so the start time of this work block is "10:00" and the end time is "10:05". Becomes

Next, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the
First, the

Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
Since the already registered reservation information on that day ends with the above two items, the
When arranging this work block, the
For example, the following is applicable as this distribution rule.
■ In case of appointment with appointment, make sure that the stylist assigned is responsible for the work item for the appointment stylist.
■ Limit the number of staff involved with one customer to a certain number (for example, 4 or less).
■ The same staff is in charge of the work of “shampoo → treatment”.
■ With regard to "perm", if there is a free staff, two people can operate at the same time.
The above “distribution rule” is merely an example, and it is naturally possible to set other finer distribution rules.
For example, the following sorting rule is applicable.
■ Prioritize work items to staff with high technical level.
* Separately, prepare a database that defines the technical level of each staff.
■ Prioritize work items to fixed pay staff.
* Separately, prepare a database that defines the salary form of each staff (fixed salary/proportion salary).
■ Prioritize work items to staff who have less work time in the current month.
* Separately, prepare a monthly cumulative work time database for each staff.

Next, the
Next, the
The reason why the "Cut & Color & Treatment (K-1121)" is set to start at 10:10 as above is as follows.
In other words, if this reception start time is set to 10:05 when the receptionist (REC001) is free, the assistant (ASS001) and the assistant (ASS002) both precede at the time of 10:33 which is the coloring start time. There is a situation where the work is not completed and the customer is kept waiting.
For this reason, the assistant (ASS001) was free to set the start time of coloring at 10:38, and the start time of each work preceding this was calculated backwards, resulting in 10:10 as the reception start time. Have been guided.
As a result of the above, all the work blocks included in "Cut & Color & Treatment (K-1121)" could be placed on the timeline of each staff member, so the

The
Here, the work plan information includes, for example, data items such as a reservation ID, a customer ID, a work date, a menu identification code, a work item (work block) identification code, a start time, an end time, and a staff member ID. These are created and registered in units of work items.
(S18/N)。 In the above, only two reservations were made in advance, so in S16 above, the work blocks included in the "Cut & Color & Treatment (K-1121)" reservation were placed on each staff timeline. Although it was possible to place it, if a large number of reservations have already arrived on that day, there is a high probability that it will conflict with the work block that was placed in advance, and in some cases it will not be possible to place all or some of the work blocks included in the reservation information. Comes (S18/N).
In this case, the

For these alternatives, the
The administrator who confirms the reservation unacceptable message and the list of alternatives on the
In S16 described above, some work blocks included in the reservation information cannot be placed on the timeline as they are, but some existing work blocks may be slightly shifted forward or backward, or a specific work block may be the same. If there is room to place a work block for a new reservation by relocating it on the timeline of another staff member who belongs to the category, move the existing work block according to a certain rule to accept the new reservation, The
In this case, a rule for allowing the existing work block to be moved is set in advance in the condition setting
This rule is, for example, "the increase in waiting time for pre-order customers should be paid within 5 minutes", "the increase in waiting time for staff (pause time) should be paid within 5 minutes", "each staff "Increasing overtime hours within 5 minutes", "Extending the business hours of the store within 30 minutes", etc.
In addition, when the above rule is met, the
Specifically, the fact that it is currently unacceptable, and that it is acceptable if the waiting time for a specific customer is allowed to increase by 3 minutes is displayed on the screen of the
In the above description, the description is omitted to simplify the description, but when the
For example, when arranging shampoo work blocks related to certain reservation information, even if there is sufficient free space in the assistant's timeline, a plurality of shampoo work blocks related to other reservation information are arranged in parallel at that time. If the number has reached the upper limit of the hair wash table, the
Further, when the reservation information includes a “designation” that restricts work to a specific staff (stylist), the

On the reservation status display screen, although not shown, the work items assigned to each staff member on the corresponding day are arranged in a horizontal row along the time series (timeline) for each staff member. By browsing this screen, the administrator can visually grasp the degree of reservation reservation and the busyness of each staff member on that day.
Of course, it is naturally possible to display on the management terminal 16 a screen in which reservation items (visit time, menu, customer name, nomination) on the relevant day are simply listed in chronological order.

An example of the correction will be described below.

■Reservation change on the same day If the customer's request changes the arrival time or menu on the same day, the work

By browsing this screen, the administrator can carry out a time service (time sale) for a specific menu, etc., given the room (number of cases) for accepting reservations on that day.

In the above, the method of making reservations in order based on requests from customers was explained, but the ideal reservation acceptance pattern (combination of menu type and start time) for one business day was set in advance on the system side. It is also possible to improve the efficiency of the processing by adopting a method in which a large number of items are prepared and the reservations matching these are accepted in principle.

Therefore, the differences between the two systems will be mainly described below, and duplicate description of common configurations will be omitted.
First, the reservation acceptance
The reservation acceptance
Furthermore, in addition to the above-mentioned "staff setting information", "role setting information", "menu setting information", "business hours setting information", "attendance schedule information", the condition setting
The "reservation target setting information" is, for example, as shown in FIG. 11, accepted for one day for each treatment menu such as "cut", "cut & color", "cut & color & treatment", and "cut & perm". Information that defines the number of reservations (= number of customers) is applicable.
This “number” naturally changes depending on the scale of the beauty salon, business hours, and management policy.
At the store, it is possible to accept 5 reservations for "Cut", 4 for "Cut &Color", 3 for "Cut & Color &Treatment", and 2 for "Cut &Perm" per day. It is preset as the most ideal state in business strategy.
Next, the procedure for generating the reservation acceptance pattern will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, when the
The setting information read here corresponds to, for example, "reservation target setting information", "worker setting information", "business hours setting information", "menu setting information", "role setting information", and the like.
Next, the reservation acceptance
That is, as shown in FIG. 13, in the case of “cut”, which is one of the menus, since the number of cases is set to “5” in the reservation target setting information, 5 of cut (1) to cut (5) are set. It is expanded (replicated) to the case. Further, in the case of "Cut &Color", the number of cases is "4", so it is expanded to 4 cases of Cut & Color (1) to Cut & Color (4).
In this way, after expanding each menu to the number corresponding to the number of received cases and rearranging the arrangement order of each menu in a brute force manner, a huge number of
However, among the
For example, "Cut (1) → Cut (2) → Cut (3) → Cut (4) → Cut (5)" and "Cut (5) → Cut (1) → Cut (2) → Cut (3) → Since "Cut (4)" is common in that the menu of "Cut" is lined up five times in succession, one pattern is left.
Also, “Cut (1) → Cut & Color (2) → Cut & Perm (2)” and “Cut (2) → Cut & Color (1) → Cut & Perm (1)” are also “Cut → Cut & Permanent (1)”. Since the menu of "Perm → Cut &Perm" is lined up in order, only one pattern is left.
Next, the reservation acceptance
For example, as shown in FIG. 14, in the case of the
Therefore, the reservation reception
Next, the reservation acceptance
Next, the reservation acceptance
Next, the reservation acceptance
Next, the reservation acceptance
As is clear from the above description, the process of arranging the work blocks on the timeline at the time of generating the reservation acceptance pattern is substantially common to that at the time of the reservation acceptance process by the
Although illustration is omitted, the reservation acceptance
Then, when the work blocks of all the menus are arranged, the reservation acceptance
The start time of the first work item (reception) of each menu becomes the reservation time (visit time) of the menu.
Since the store visit time set in each menu of the
For this reason, when the store visit time is a fraction, it is desirable to convert it into a numerical value with good sharpness according to a certain rule.
FIG. 15 shows an example of adjusting the arrival time of a store, and even if fractions are lined up at the arrival time as shown in FIG. 15(a), reservation acceptance is performed as shown in FIG. 15(b). The
Of course, it is also possible to adjust at other time intervals such as every 5 minutes or every 10 minutes.
The reservation acceptance
Each reservation acceptance pattern is, for example, a data item such as a reservation acceptance pattern ID, an ID and order of a configuration menu, an ID of a work block included in each configuration menu, a start time of each work block, and an ID of a staff member in charge of each work item. Is equipped with.
Next, the reservation acceptance
The following is an example of a reservation acceptance pattern that does not meet the criteria.
(1) The time when the last work item is completed exceeds the business hours of the store by a predetermined time (for example, 30 minutes) or more.
(2) For any staff, a waiting time of a predetermined time (for example, 30 minutes) or more will occur.
(3) For any customer, a waiting time of a predetermined time (for example, 10 minutes) or more occurs.
Each reservation acceptance pattern generated as described above includes all of the predefined menus in the reservation target setting, does not extremely exceed business hours, and the waiting time of staff and customers is within the allowable range. However, it is guaranteed that the reservation plan optimized for the store will be executed regardless of which reservation acceptance pattern is selected.
However, each reservation acceptance pattern is prioritized according to a certain rule in advance, and the content of the highest-accepted reservation acceptance pattern (menu configuration, store visit time, etc.) is displayed as an ideal form (target) on the screen of the
As the above rule, for example, the average waiting time of each customer is arranged in ascending order, the staff free time is arranged in ascending order, and the final end time is arranged in ascending order.
The set (combination) of reservation acceptance patterns described above can be generated as common to all stores for a certain store, but can be prepared in more detail according to the circumstances of the store.
For example, when it is expected that the staff composition and the number of visitors will change depending on the day of the week, the reservation acceptance pattern storage is performed by changing the composition of the reservation target menu and the worker setting for each day of the week to generate a different reservation acceptance pattern set. It is stored in the
It is also possible to separately prepare a reservation acceptance pattern set for weekdays and a reservation acceptance pattern set for holidays and store each in the reservation acceptance
Alternatively, a separate reservation acceptance pattern set may be generated for each day and stored in the reservation acceptance

In this
However, despite the fact that the reservation target date is approaching soon, in a situation where the reservation is not filled up well, even if there is no matching reservation acceptance pattern, we would like to accept the reservation information. It is assumed that the administrator wishes.

In other words, in a certain
As described above, the following two methods can be considered as a coping method in the case of accepting irregular reservation information not prepared in the reservation acceptance pattern.
(1) After accepting irregular reservation information, the
(2) When the irregular reservation information is accepted, the reservation acceptance pattern for the relevant day is modified (regenerated), and thereafter, the reservation information is accepted according to the modified reservation acceptance pattern.
The processing procedure in the case of (2) will be described below with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, when a request for "exceptional reservation acceptance" is transmitted from the

The setting information read here includes "reservation target setting", "worker setting", "business hours setting", "menu setting", "role setting", and the like.
Next, the
Next, the
At this point, if inconsistency occurs between each fixed reservation menu and the temporary reservation menu, for example, the staff for the fixed reservation menu is blocked, and the temporary reservation menu should be placed on the timeline as it is. If it is not possible, the
Next, the
If the menu currently included in the priority frame is “cut: 2 cases”, “cut & perm: 1 case”, and “cut & color: 2 cases”, the difference is as follows.
(1) Cut: 5-2=3
(2) Cut & Color: 4-2=2
(3) Cut & Color & Treatment: 3-0=3
(4) Cut & Perm: 2-1=1 In addition, when a minus difference occurs for any menu, the
