Claims (8)
- キャリア基板上に分離層を形成する段階と、
前記分離層の一面上にカラーフィルタアレイを形成する段階と、
前記カラーフィルタアレイ上にオーバーコート層を形成する段階と、
前記オーバーコート層上にタッチセンサーアレイを形成する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に第1保護フィルムを形成する段階と、
前記キャリア基板を前記分離層から分離する段階と、
前記分離層の他面上に第2保護フィルムを形成する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に形成された第1保護フィルムを分離する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に基材フィルムを形成する段階と、を含む、タッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタの製造方法。 - 前記分離層と前記カラーフィルタアレイとの間に保護層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタアレイと前記タッチセンサーアレイとの間に屈折率調節層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記屈折率調節層の屈折率は、1.5〜1.87であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- キャリア基板上に分離層を形成する段階と、
前記分離層の一面上にカラーフィルタアレイを形成する段階と、
前記カラーフィルタアレイ上にオーバーコート層を形成する段階と、
前記オーバーコート層上にタッチセンサーアレイを形成する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に第1保護フィルムを形成する段階と、
前記キャリア基板を前記分離層から分離する段階と、
前記分離層の他面上に第2保護フィルムを形成する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に形成された第1保護フィルムを分離する段階と、
前記タッチセンサーアレイ上に基材フィルムを形成する段階と、
接合層を媒介にして前記分離層と有機発光ダイオードを接合する段階と、を含む、タッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタを含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記分離層と前記カラーフィルタアレイとの間に保護層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタを含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタアレイと前記タッチセンサーアレイとの間に屈折率調節層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタを含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記屈折率調節層の屈折率は、1.5〜1.87であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタッチセンサーと一体化したフレキシブルカラーフィルタを含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
