Description

The present invention relates to an extrusion latch device used for an opening door of furniture.

In order to make it easier for a user to grip the edge of a door in an open door of furniture, there is an extrusion latch device that slightly pushes the door to the open side when the closed door is pushed to the close side (for example, Patent Document 1). The push latch device includes a case, a push rod that is received by the case and is displaced between a protruding position and a retracted position, a spring that biases the push rod toward the protruding side, and a push that holds the push rod in the case at the retracted position. -It has a push mechanism. In the push rod of the push latch device according to Patent Document 1, the base end portion and the tip end portion are coupled to each other by a screw, and the tip end position of the push rod is adjusted by rotating the tip end portion with respect to the base end portion. It is possible to adjust.

Japanese Patent No. 4843463

However, in the push-out latch device of Patent Document 1, the distal end portion and the proximal end portion are simply screwed together, and thus the distal end portion may fall off from the proximal end portion due to excessive rotation.

In view of the above background, an object of the present invention is to prevent a component from falling off during adjustment in a position-adjustable push-out latch device.

In order to solve the above-described problems, an aspect of the present invention includes a cylindrical case (3), a protruding position that is received by the case and has a large protruding amount from the case, and an immersion that has a small protruding amount from the case. A movable body (7) movable between positions, a biasing member (5) provided between the case and the movable body and biasing the movable body toward the protruding position, and the case And a push-push mechanism (8) that switches between coupling and release of the movable body and the case when the movable body at the immersive position is displaced to the immersive position side. A pressing member (6) disposed at the projecting end of the movable body, screwed into the movable body by a screw, and displaceable in the displacement direction of the movable body with respect to the movable body by screwing or unscrewing of the screw. The movable body and the pressing portion The, and providing a locking portion for restricting the movement of the said pressing member is moved away direction with respect to the movable body at a predetermined position (67, 75).

According to this aspect, the locking member prevents the pressing member from falling off the movable body. Thus, the user can easily adjust the position without worrying about parts falling off.

In the above aspect, one of the movable body and the pressing member has a shaft portion (70) extending in a displacement direction of the movable body, and the other of the movable body and the pressing member has the shaft portion. A cylindrical portion (60) for receiving, the shaft portion has a male screw portion (73) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and the cylindrical portion is formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof; An engaging female thread portion (65), and the locking portion is provided on the shaft portion side locking portion (75) provided on the shaft portion and the shaft portion side locking portion. It is good to have the cylinder part side latching | locking part (67) coupleable with a part.

According to this aspect, since the shaft portion is inserted into the cylindrical portion, the movable body and the pressing member are arranged coaxially.

Further, in the above aspect, the shaft portion side locking portion and the tube portion side locking portion are such that the shaft portion is received by the tube portion, and the male screw portion and the female screw portion are disengaged from each other. In a state, it couple | bonds together and it is good to regulate the movement to the direction which the said press member leaves | separates with respect to the said movable body.

According to this aspect, when the shaft portion side locking portion and the tube portion side locking portion are locked to each other, the pressing member can idle with respect to the movable body. Therefore, in a state where the shaft side locking portion and the cylinder side locking portion are locked to each other, a load (rotational force) applied to the pressing member by the user is not applied to the movable member, and the extrusion latch device In addition, damage to furniture or the like to which the push latch device is attached is prevented.

Further, in the above aspect, the shaft portion side locking portion is an elastic piece (75A) having flexibility, and may be elastically contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion.

According to this aspect, a frictional force is generated between the shaft portion and the cylindrical portion, and unintended rotation of the pressing member is prevented. That is, unintended movement of the tip position of the pressing member is prevented. Further, the position of the shaft portion with respect to the tube portion is stabilized.

Further, in the above aspect, the shaft portion side locking portion protrudes radially inward and extends in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion, and the shaft portion rotates when the shaft portion rotates with respect to the tubular portion. It is preferable to provide a protrusion (66) that bends.

According to this aspect, since the pressing member does not rotate unless an external force that can bend the shaft side locking portion is applied, unintentional movement of the tip position of the push rod is hindered. Further, the push latch device can give a sense of moderation (click feeling) to the user who adjusts the position of the pressing member, and the merchantability is improved.

Further, in the above aspect, the shaft portion is provided on the movable body, the cylinder portion is provided on the pressing member, and the shaft portion side locking portion is radially outward from a tip of the shaft portion. And it is the elastic piece (75A) which has the flexibility extended to a base end side, and it is good to allow the said internal thread part to pass through by bending.

According to this aspect, the assembly of the movable member and the pressing member is facilitated. The movable member and the pressing member are assembled to each other by inserting the shaft side locking portion into the cylindrical portion. After the insertion, the shaft side locking portion is restored and acts as a check claw, and separation of the movable body and the pressing member is restricted.

According to the above configuration, in the push-out latch device capable of adjusting the position, the parts are prevented from falling off during the adjustment.

As shown in FIG. 5, the movable body 7 has an axial shape extending in the front-rear direction, and has a rod front portion (shaft portion) 70, a flange portion 71, and a rod rear portion 72 in order from the front side. The flange portion 71 is wider in the radial direction than the rod front portion 70 and the rod rear portion 72. The rod front portion 70 that forms the front portion of the movable body 7 is inserted into the inner hole of the cylindrical member 60. The rod front portion 70 has a male screw portion 73 that can be screwed with the female screw portion 65 on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. When the female screw portion 65 is screwed (screwed) into the male screw portion 73, the screwing length between the female screw portion 65 and the male screw portion 73 increases, and the pressing member 6 moves backward with respect to the movable body 7. That is, the longitudinal length of the extrusion rod 4 is shortened.

The front portion of the flange portion 71 forms a stopper portion 74 that forms an annular plane orthogonal to the axis of the rod front portion 70. As shown in FIG. 3, the backward movement of the pressing member 6 with respect to the movable body 7 is restricted by the stopper portion 74 and the rear end of the pressing member 6 abutting against each other. At this time, the position of the pressing member 6 with respect to the movable body 7 is a position moved most backward, and this position is set as a retreat position.

As shown in FIG. 5, a shaft side locking portion 75 is provided at the front end of the rod front portion 70. The shaft side locking portion 75 is disposed inside the large diameter portion 62. The shaft portion side locking portion 75 is a check claw that has flexibility and includes at least one elastic piece 75 </ b> A that extends radially outward and rearward from the front end of the movable body 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the distal end portion of the elastic piece 75A is disposed at a position facing the cylindrical portion side locking portion 67, and the shaft side locking portion 75 and the cylindrical portion side locking portion 67 are engaged with each other. Is possible. In the present embodiment, the shaft side locking portion 75 has two elastic pieces 75 </ b> A that protrude in directions opposite to each other with respect to the rod front portion 70. In the initial state where no load is applied, each elastic piece 75A of the shaft-side locking portion 75 has a distance from the axis of the movable body 7 to the outer end in the radial direction of the elastic piece 75A. It is larger than the radius of and is elastically abutted against the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 62. On the other hand, each elastic piece 75A of the shaft side locking portion 75 is elastically deformed by receiving a load from the front or a radially inward load, from the axis of the movable body 7 to the outer end in the radial direction of the elastic piece 75A. Is smaller than the inner diameter of the female screw portion 65, and can pass through the small diameter portion 63.

When the female screw portion 65 is screwed with respect to the male screw portion 73, the screwing length between the female screw portion 65 and the male screw portion 73 is shortened, and the pressing member 6 moves forward with respect to the movable body 7. As shown in FIG. 6, the forward movement of the pressing member 6 with respect to the movable body 7 is restricted by the shaft portion side locking portion 75 and the cylinder portion side locking portion 67 abutting (locking) with each other. . At this time, the position of the pressing member 6 with respect to the movable body 7 is a position moved forward most, and this position is set as a forward movement position. At the advanced position, the screwing with the male screw portion 73 and the female screw portion 65 is released.

The movable body 7 is received in the support hole 32 of the case 3 so as to be displaceable back and forth. The flange 71 of the movable body 7 is provided with a movable body locking portion 76 that is a locking claw that projects outward in the radial direction and engages with the slit 34. The movable body locking portion 76 has flexibility. The rotation of the movable body 7 with respect to the case base 30 is restricted by the engagement between the movable body locking portion 76 and the slit 34. Further, the forward movement of the movable body 7 relative to the case 3 is restricted by the engagement between the movable body locking portion 76 and the front end edge of the slit 34. The movable body locking portion 76 and the front end edge of the slit 34 are engaged with each other, and the position of the push rod 4 when the push rod 4 is in the foremost position with respect to the case 3 is defined as a protruding position.

The biasing member 5, which is a compression coil spring, is received in the support hole 32 of the case 3. The rear part of the collar part 71 forms a movable body side spring seat 77 facing rearward. A case-side spring seat 37 that protrudes radially inward is provided on the inner surface of the support hole 32. In the support hole 32, an urging member 5, which is a compression coil spring, is provided between the movable body side spring seat 77 and the case side spring seat 37. The urging member 5 is disposed on the outer periphery of the rod rear portion 72. The movable body 7 is urged forward with respect to the case 3 by the urging member 5.

The push / push mechanism 8 is disposed between the case 3 and the movable body 7 and switches between coupling and releasing of the case 3 and the movable body 7. A known configuration can be applied to the push-push mechanism 8. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the push-push mechanism 8 includes a heart cam groove 78 provided in the rod rear portion 72 and a locking pin 38 supported by the rear end wall 33 of the case 3. .

When the heart cam groove 78 and the locking pin 38 are engaged, the movable body 7 is locked to the case 3. At this time, the position of the push rod 4 with respect to the case 3 is defined as an immersion position.

When the push rod 4 is pushed backward at the retracted position, the engagement between the heart cam groove 78 and the locking pin 38 is released, and the push rod 4 is moved to the projecting position by the urging member 5. When the push rod 4 is pushed back again, the heart cam groove 78 and the locking pin 38 are engaged, and the push rod 4 is held in the retracted position. In this manner, the push / push mechanism 8 repeats coupling and release each time the push rod 4 is pushed.

The holder 1, the case 3, the cylindrical member 60 of the pressing member 6, and the movable body 7 are preferably formed from a resin such as polyacetal, for example. Moreover, the contact member 61 of the pressing member 6 is good to be formed from resin, such as an olefin type thermoplastic elastomer, for example.

Next, a method for assembling the push latch device 100 including the holder 1, the case 3, the pressing member 6, the movable body 7, the biasing member 5, and the push / push mechanism 8 will be described.

The push rod 4 is assembled by inserting the rod front portion 70 of the movable body 7 from the small diameter portion 63 side of the inner hole of the pressing member 6. At the time of insertion, each elastic piece 75A of the shaft side locking portion 75 is pushed by the thread of the female screw portion 65 and the inner wall of the small diameter portion 63 to bend radially inward, and can pass through the female screw portion 65 and the small diameter portion 63. become. The shaft portion side locking portion 75 is restored in the large diameter portion 62 after passing through the small diameter portion 63, and the tip of each elastic piece 75 </ b> A is disposed at a position facing the cylinder portion side locking portion 67. Thus, the shaft portion side locking portion 75 can be disposed at a position facing the tube portion side locking portion 67 simply by inserting the rod front portion 70 of the movable body 7 into the inner hole of the pressing member 6. . Further, when the rod front portion 70 is inserted into the inner hole of the pressing member 6 and the rod front portion 70 and the pressing member 6 are relatively rotated, the female screw portion 65 and the male screw portion 73 are screwed together.

In assembling the push rod 4 and the case 3, the locking pin 38 of the push / push mechanism 8 is first attached to the rear end wall 33 of the case 3 so as to be swingable. Subsequently, after the biasing member 5 is inserted into the support hole 32 of the case 3, the push rod 4 is inserted into the support hole 32 of the case 3 from the rod rear end side. When the push rod 4 is inserted into the support hole 32, the movable body locking portion 76 is pushed by the inner wall of the support hole 32 and elastically deforms, and when it reaches the slit 34, it is restored and engaged with the slit 34. . Thereby, the extruding of the extrusion rod 4 from the support hole 32 is regulated. Further, the biasing member 5 is locked to the movable body side spring seat 77 and the case side spring seat 37. In this way, the apparatus main body 2 is assembled.

The holder 1 is coupled to the top plate 112 by screws 114 that pass through the screw insertion holes 15 and are coupled to the top plate 112. The device main body 2 is coupled to the holder 1 by engaging the first holder locking portion 17 and the case locking portion 35 and sliding the device main body 2 rearward along the holder groove 13. As a result, the engaging convex portion 36 and the engaging concave portion 14 are locked to each other, the rear end edge of the slit 34 and the first holder locking portion 17 are locked to each other, and the case is inserted into the receiving hole 16 of the support wall. The rear end of the base 30 is inserted. In this way, the apparatus main body 2 is assembled to the holder 1.

Next, the operation at the time of using the push latch device 100 will be described. When the push rod 4 in the protruding position is pushed into the retracted position against the biasing force of the biasing member 5, the heart cam groove 78 and the locking pin 38 of the push / push mechanism 8 are locked to each other, and the push rod 4 is Held in an immersive position. When the pressing member 6 is further pushed backward from the immersion position, the locking pin 38 is detached from the heart cam groove 78, and the pushing rod 4 is moved to the protruding position by the urging force of the urging member 5.

When the pressing member 6 is rotated about its axis with respect to the movable body 7, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the screwing length of the female screw portion 65 and the male screw portion 73 is changed or the screwing is released. Then, the pressing member 6 moves between the retracted position and the advanced position with respect to the movable body 7. That is, the longitudinal length of the push rod 4 changes and the tip position of the push rod 4 changes.

As shown in FIG. 7, the shaft portion side locking portion 75 and the inner peripheral protrusion 66 are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction around the axis of the push rod 4, and therefore the movable body 7 of the pressing member 6. Unintentional rotation with respect to is restricted. In order for the pressing member 6 to rotate with respect to the movable body 7, an operating load (rotational force) is applied to the pressing member 6 to such an extent that the shaft portion side locking portion 75 can elastically deform radially inward and exceed the inner peripheral projection 66. ) Needs to be added. Further, the shaft side locking portion 75 and the inner peripheral protrusion 66 can give a moderation feeling (click feeling) to the user's adjustment operation.

The effect of the push latch device 100 configured as described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the push-out latch device 100 is configured so that when adjusting the tip position of the push-out rod 4, even if the screwing of the male screw portion 73 and the female screw portion 65 is released, Since the cylinder portion side locking portion 67 is locked with each other, the pressing member 6 does not fall off the movable body 7. Further, when the shaft portion side locking portion 75 and the tube portion side locking portion 67 are locked with each other, the screwing with the male screw portion 73 and the female screw portion 65 is released, so that the pressing member 6 is movable body 7. To idle. Therefore, the rotational force applied to the pressing member 6 by the user during adjustment work is not applied to the movable body 7, and damage to the push latch device 100 and the storage box 110 to which the push latch device 100 is attached is prevented.

In the present embodiment, the shaft portion side locking portion 75 engages with the tube portion side locking portion 67 and also with the inner peripheral projection 66, and has two functions. Therefore, the structure can be simplified and the size can be reduced as compared with the case where the engaging portion that engages with the tubular portion side locking portion 67 and the inner peripheral projection 66 and the engaging portion are provided separately. . Moreover, since the axial part side latching | locking part 75 can pass the internal thread part 65 by elastically deforming at the time of the assembly of the movable body 7 and the press member 6, an assembly operation is easy.

Although the description of the specific embodiment is finished as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be widely modified. For example, in the above-described embodiment, each inner peripheral protrusion 66 is configured to extend to the cylinder portion side locking portion 67. However, as shown in FIG. A clearance may be provided between the engaging portion 67 and the circumferential surface portion 80 where the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 62 is exposed in the circumferential direction may be formed. The length of the circumferential surface portion 80 in the axial direction is such that when the shaft portion side locking portion 75 is engaged with the tube portion side locking portion 67, the shaft portion side locking portion 75 is detached from each inner protrusion 66. It is set to the length to get. According to this configuration, when the male screw portion 73 and the female screw portion 65 are disengaged and the shaft portion side locking portion 75 and the tube portion side locking portion 67 are engaged, the shaft portion side locking portion 75 is engaged. Detaches from the inner peripheral projections 66, so that a feeling of moderation does not occur when the pressing member 6 rotates with respect to the movable body 7. Thereby, the user can recognize that the pressing member 6 is in the forward movement position from the disappearance of the moderation feeling.

A magnet that generates an attractive force may be provided on one of the contact member 61 and the contact portion 113, and a member that is attracted to the magnet may be provided on the other. In this way, unintended opening of the door 111 is suppressed. When the contact portion 113 is not provided, the door 111 may be provided with a magnet or a member that is attracted to the magnet. In addition, the contact member 61 and the cylindrical member 60 may be formed as an integral member.

Further, the shaft side locking portion 75 does not have to be in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 62, and may be any size as long as it can contact the inner peripheral protrusion 66.
