Abstract
【解決手段】一実施形態に係る情報処理システムは、1以上の施設により提供される1以上の特典を示す特典リストをユーザ端末に送信する提供部と、ユーザ端末においてユーザにより特典リストから選択された特典をユーザ端末から受信する受信部と、選択された特典に対応する施設である対応施設の送電装置をユーザに対応する移動体のために予約するための予約要求を、該対応施設に向けて送信する要求部とを備える。

Description
実施形態に係る情報処理システム1は、移動体のバッテリの充電を支援するコンピュータシステムである。情報処理システム1は、送電装置を有する1以上の施設から提供される1以上の特典を示す特典リストをユーザに提供する。ユーザがその特典リストの中から特定の特典を選択すると、情報処理システム1は選択された特典に対応する施設(これを「対応施設」という)に対して、該ユーザに対応する移動体のために該対応施設の送電装置を予約するよう要求する。対応施設はその予約要求に応じて、該ユーザのために送電装置を予約する。その後、ユーザまたはその関係者は移動体をその施設(選択した特典に対応する施設、すなわち対応施設)まで移動させ、その施設の送電装置を用いて該移動体を充電することができる。
図2は情報処理システム1の構成の一例を示す図である。情報処理システム1(サーバ10)は機能要素として特典管理部11および予約要求部12を備える。特典管理部11は、ユーザ端末41に特典リストを送信し、ユーザによりその特典リストから選択された特典を受信する機能要素である。予約要求部12はその選択された特典に対応する施設に、送電装置を予約させるための予約要求を送信する機能要素である。特典管理部11は判定部、提供部、および受信部として機能し、予約要求部12は要求部として機能する。特典管理部11および予約要求部12は、必要に応じてデータベース群20にアクセスしてデータを読み出したり書き込んだりする。
情報処理システム1の動作を説明するとともに本実施形態に係る情報処理方法について説明する。図4は情報処理システム1の動作の一例を示すシーケンス図である。図4を参照しながらの説明では、説明の簡潔のために、一人のユーザ40のユーザ端末41と、そのユーザ40により選択された特典に対応する施設30とのみを示す。
以上説明したように、本開示の一側面に係る情報処理システムは、1以上の施設により提供される1以上の特典を示す特典リストをユーザ端末に送信する提供部と、ユーザ端末においてユーザにより特典リストから選択された特典をユーザ端末から受信する受信部と、選択された特典に対応する施設である対応施設の送電装置をユーザに対応する移動体のために予約するための予約要求を、該対応施設に向けて送信する要求部とを備える。
