Description

The present disclosure relates to a vehicle connector connecting component mounted on a vehicle.

In recent years, there has been proposed one that can cover the front surface side of a connection terminal provided in a part of an operation panel of a vehicle with an openable / closable lid (see Patent Document 1). In the device described in Patent Document 1, an in-vehicle electronic device including a lid portion is disposed on the inner side in the vehicle interior width direction than the handle disposed on the front side of the vehicle interior of the vehicle. The in-vehicle electronic device can reproduce CDs, DVDs, and the like, and is configured such that, for example, music data from a mobile phone is opened, a lid is opened, and, for example, a USB connector can be connected thereto.

An operation panel is provided on the front surface of the in-vehicle electronic device, and a connection terminal is provided on a part of the operation panel. A lid portion is provided on the surface side of the connection terminal via a hinge portion so as to be opened and closed. The hinge portion is formed in a belt-like shape and has two vertically extending locking pieces arranged vertically, and a through groove extending along the locking piece is formed between the two upper and lower locking pieces. . The distal end side ends of these locking pieces are connected to each other, and the proximal end side ends of the locking pieces are connected to the lid portion. These locking pieces are inserted into locking holes provided in the in-vehicle electronic device. The locking piece and the lid are made of an elastic material.

When covering the connection terminal with the lid, the lid can be attached to the operation panel by inserting the locking piece into the locking hole and pushing the lid into the operation panel. On the other hand, when a USB connector is connected to the connection terminal, for example, the lid is pulled out from the operation panel, and the locking piece is pulled out from the locking hole until it comes into contact with the retaining piece provided on the operation panel. Therefore, the front of the connection terminal is opened, and the USB connector can be connected to the connection terminal.

The lid that covers the conventional connection terminal is formed so that the vertical dimension on the side opposite to the side to which the locking piece is connected is larger than the side to which the locking piece is connected. For this reason, when the lid is opened, the lower locking piece of the upper and lower two-stage connecting pieces is shifted to the rear side from the upper locking piece, and the lid is separated from the connection terminal. It is in a state of being urged to the side. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the frequency with which the lid collides with the USB connector connected to the connection terminal due to vibration during vehicle travel.

However, when the vibration generated when the vehicle travels increases, the lid portion may rotate to the connection terminal side against the bias, and the lid portion may collide with the USB connector. Therefore, it becomes difficult to suppress the generation of abnormal noise.

In view of the above circumstances, at least some embodiments of the present invention provide a vehicle connector connecting component that can suppress the possibility that abnormal noise is generated due to a collision of the lid with the connector even when the vibration of the vehicle increases. The purpose is to provide.

Vehicle connector connection parts according to some embodiments of the present invention,
A main body that surrounds a connection terminal provided on the vehicle and can be mounted on the vehicle;
A lid portion that is attached to the main body portion and is openable and closable and has an elastic force that can expose the connection terminal;
The lid portion has a hinge portion that protrudes from one end side of the back surface thereof and is inserted into a hinge hole portion provided on one end side of the main body portion so as to be freely projectable and bendable. Vehicle connector connecting parts that can be opened and closed,
The other end side of the back surface of the lid portion is formed in a belt shape protruding in parallel to the hinge portion from both sides in the width direction of the lid portion and having a width in the width direction, and the width on the other end side of the main body portion A pair of lid locking pieces that can be locked in locking holes provided on both sides in the direction are provided,
The inner side surfaces of the pair of lid locking pieces are disposed on the outer sides of both end surfaces in the width direction of the connector connected to the connection terminal in a state where the lid portion is opened ,
When the connector is connected to the connection terminal in a state where the hinge portion is bent and the lid portion is opened, the lid portion pulls the connector from above by a repulsive force that the hinge portion tries to return to its original shape. The connector is arranged so as to cover and between the pair of lid locking pieces .

According to the above vehicle connector connecting part, the other end side of the back surface of the lid portion is engaged with the locking hole portions that protrude from both sides of the lid portion in the width direction and are provided on both sides of the main body portion in the width direction. A pair of lid locking pieces that can be stopped are provided, and the inner side surfaces of the pair of lid locking pieces are disposed outside the both end surfaces in the width direction of the connector connected to the connection terminal in a state where the lid portion is open. . For this reason, when the connector is connected to the connection terminal in a state where the lid portion is open, the lid portion covers the connector from above and the connector is positioned between the pair of lid locking pieces. For this reason, even if the lid vibrates as the vehicle vibrates, the vibration of the lid is regulated by the connector via the rear surface of the lid and the pair of lid locking pieces. Therefore, it is possible to realize a vehicle connector connecting component that can suppress abnormal noise generated when the lid collides with the connector.

In some embodiments,
The hinge part is configured to be provided with a locking projection that can be locked with the hinge hole part by overcoming the hinge hole part by elastic deformation when inserted into the hinge hole part.

In this case, the hinge portion is provided with a locking projection that can be locked to the hinge hole by overcoming the hinge hole by elastic deformation when inserted into the hinge hole. For this reason, when the lid portion is closed with respect to the main body portion, the hinge portion can be locked to the hole portion with a sense of moderation if the locking projection portion gets over the hole portion due to elastic deformation. it can.

In some embodiments,
A claw portion that can be locked to the locking hole portion is formed at the front end portion in the protruding direction of each of the pair of lid locking pieces,
An engagement convex portion that can be engaged with the locking hole portion is formed from an intermediate portion in the protruding direction of each of the pair of lid locking pieces to a root portion.

In this case, a claw portion that can be locked in the locking hole portion is formed at each protruding direction front end portion of the pair of lid locking pieces, and from each intermediate direction of the pair of lid locking pieces. Engaging projections that can be engaged with the locking holes are formed over the base. For this reason, when the lid portion is closed with respect to the main body portion, the engaging convex portion is engaged while being elastically deformed when the claw portion inserted into the locking hole portion is locked to the locking hole portion. By being inserted into the hole, the pair of lid locking pieces can be locked to the locking hole with a sense of moderation.

In some embodiments,
It is comprised so that the protrusion direction of the nail | claw part of the said pair of cover latching pieces may differ from the protrusion direction of the said latching protrusion part.

In this case, since the protruding direction of the claw portion of the pair of lid locking pieces and the protruding direction of the locking projection portion are different, when the lid portion is locked to the main body portion, the lid portion is locked in two different directions. Is done. For this reason, even if a lid part vibrates with vibration of a vehicle, a possibility that a lid part may rattle with respect to a main part can be controlled more certainly.

In some embodiments,
The main body includes a flat portion formed in the center with a terminal hole that surrounds and exposes the connection terminal,
The lid portion includes a lid main body portion that has a larger area than the opening of the terminal hole portion and is disposed to face the flat portion,
The hinge portion protrudes and extends from an inner position than one end of the back surface facing the flat portion of the main body portion,
When the lid main body portion comes into contact with the flat surface portion of the main body portion, the lid main body portion covers the hinge hole portion, and the hinge portion is inserted into the hinge hole portion. Is done.

In this case, the hinge part protrudes and extends from an inner position with respect to one end of the back surface facing the flat part of the main body part. For this reason, when the lid main body portion comes into contact with the flat surface portion of the main body portion, the lid main body portion covers the hinge hole portion, and the hinge portion is immersed in the hinge hole portion. Therefore, the hinge portion is completely contained in the hinge hole portion, and the opening of the hinge hole portion is also covered by the lid main body portion, so that the hinge portion can be made invisible from the outside.

In addition, the vehicle connector connecting component according to some embodiments of the present invention,
The main body portion is provided with a main body locking piece that can be locked in a mounting hole provided in the vehicle.
The main body locking piece is elastically deformable in a width direction and a height direction perpendicular to the width direction with respect to a side surface of the main body body portion of the main body portion. A width direction claw portion for positioning in the width direction and a height direction claw portion for positioning in the height direction of the lid main body portion are configured.

According to the above vehicle connector connecting component, the main body is provided with a main body locking piece that can be locked in a mounting hole provided in the vehicle, and the main body locking piece is a side surface of the main body trunk of the main body. The width direction claw part which can be elastically deformed in the width direction and the height direction perpendicular to the width direction with respect to the mounting hole part, and the height of the lid body part. And a height direction claw portion for positioning in the direction. For this reason, when the main body portion is mounted in the mounting hole portion, the width direction claw portion of the main body locking piece is elastically deformed and the flat portion of the width direction claw portion urges the inner surface of the mounting hole portion. Locked to the mounting hole. Therefore, the main body can be mounted on the mounting hole with no backlash.

According to at least some embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle connector connecting component that can suppress the possibility of a lid portion colliding with a connector even when the vibration of the vehicle increases.

A width direction claw portion 25a for positioning the lid portion 40 in the left-right direction (width direction) with respect to the hole portion 93 (see FIG. 5B), and a height direction for positioning the lid portion 40 in the height direction. And claw portions 25b.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the height direction claw portion 25 b protrudes outward at the front end portion of the main body locking piece 25, and protrudes from the inner side of the front end portion of the main body locking piece 25 to the front side. The protruding portion 25b1 is formed with a wall portion 25b2 extending in the vertical direction connecting the inclined portion of the height direction claw portion 25b and the protruding portion 25b1. FIG. 5B shows a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to a VV arrow view when the lid 40 shown in FIG. 5A is in a closed state. As shown in FIG. 5B, the height direction claw portion 25 b moves up and down toward the upper side surface 21 and the lower side surface 22 when the main body barrel portion 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 93. It is elastically deformed in the direction and serves as a mounting guide for the mounting hole portion 93, climbs over the inclined portion of the height direction claw portion 25 b, and the wall portion 25 b 2 at the front end of the height direction claw portion 25 b is the rear end of the mounting hole portion 93. The projecting portion 25b1 comes into contact with the rear end portion of the mounting hole portion 93 in a vertically biased state. Further, the main body side stepped portion 20a formed on the front side of the main body barrel portion 20 comes into contact with the hole side stepped portion 93a formed in the intermediate portion in the depth direction of the mounting hole portion 93, and the main body side stepped portion 20a and the height direction. It is sandwiched between the wall portions 25b2 of the claw portion 25b and fixed to the mounting hole portion 93 in the front-rear direction. For this reason, while the main body trunk | drum 20 is positioned in the front-back direction, the backlash of an up-down direction can be suppressed via the protrusion part 25b1 of the height direction nail | claw part 25b of the main body latching piece 25. FIG.

Moreover, the width direction nail | claw part 25a of the main body latching piece 25 is formed in the end surface of the width direction outer side of the main body latching piece 25, and is arrange | positioned in the up-down direction of the main body trunk | drum 20 as shown in FIG.3 (c). Inclined surface portion 25a1 that inclines so as to extend outward in the width direction beyond the widthwise ends of upper side surface 21 and lower side surface 22 and is formed on the left and right sides of main body barrel portion 20 connected to the front end portion of inclined surface portion 25a1. And a flat surface portion 25a2 extending substantially parallel to the left side surface 23 and the right side surface 24. That is, the flat portion 25a2 is located outside the corresponding side surface left 23 and side surface right 24. Since the main body 10 is integrally molded with ABS resin or the like, the main body locking piece 25 can also be elastically deformed. For this reason, when the main body barrel 20 is mounted in the mounting hole 93 (see FIG. 5B), the main body locking piece 25 is mounted in the mounting hole 93 as shown in FIG. 6 (plan view). Sometimes, the inclined surface portion 25a1 of the width direction claw portion 25a serves as a mounting guide for the mounting hole portion 93, elastically deforms inwardly of the mounting hole portion 93 and gets over the inclined surface portion 25a1, and the flat surface portion 25a2 becomes the mounting hole portion 93. And is elastically deformed to the corresponding side upper 21 side and side lower 22 side, and the flat surface portion 25a2 of the width direction claw portion 25a urges the mounting hole portion 93, thereby The part 20 is mounted in the mounting hole 93. Therefore, the main body portion 10 is positioned in the left-right direction with respect to the mounting hole portion 93 and is mounted with no backlash.

As shown in FIG. 9B (perspective view), the hinge portion 41 is removed from the hinge hole portion 12 provided in the contact plate portion 11 at the center portion in the left-right direction on the front side 21 on the side surface 21 of the main body barrel portion 20. A retaining projection 27 is formed to prevent it from being removed. The retaining protrusion 27 includes a retaining pin 29 that projects from the side surface 21 and a guide that extends from the upper end of the retaining pin 29 to both sides in the width (left and right) direction of the side surface 21 to guide the movement of the hinge portion 41 in the front-rear direction. And a pin 30. The guide pin 30 is provided at a position having a gap with respect to the upper surface of the hinge portion 41.

As shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C, the contact plate portion 11 is formed at the front end portion of the main body trunk portion 20, and extends beyond the periphery of the main body barrel portion 20. It is formed as follows. The contact plate portion 11 is formed in a rectangular shape extending in the vertical direction when viewed from the front, and a planar portion 11a formed in a planar shape is formed on the front surface thereof. A rectangular hole 11b extending in the vertical direction is formed at the center of the contact plate portion 11. A connection terminal 91 (see FIG. 1) is disposed in the hole 11b. The shape of the hole 11b is set according to the external shape of the connection terminal 91 and the USB connector 80 connected to the connection terminal 91.

A rectangular hinge hole 12 extending in the left-right (short-side) direction of the contact plate portion 11 is provided on the upper portion of the contact plate portion 11 (see FIG. 3B). The hinge part 41 formed in the lid part 40 is inserted into the hinge hole part 12 (see FIG. 1). An insertion port 12 a that communicates with the hinge hole 12 and has an opening larger than the opening of the hinge hole 12 is formed on the front side of the contact plate part 11 in which the hinge hole 12 is formed. A tapered inclined surface is provided from the insertion opening 12a toward the hinge hole 12 and serves as a guide when the hinge 41 is inserted. Although the size of the hinge hole 12 will be described in detail later, the hinge 41 can be inserted freely, and the locking protrusion 41a (see FIG. 7C) provided on the hinge 41 has been elastically deformed. It has a size that allows the hinge hole 12 to be inserted in the state. A pair of rectangular locking holes 14 are provided on both sides of the lower part of the contact plate 11 in the left-right (short) direction. A lid locking piece 43 (see FIG. 7A) provided on the lid 40 is inserted into the locking hole 14.

As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 7 (a) (side view), FIG. 7 (b) (front view), and FIG. 7 (c) (plan view), the lid 40 has a main body 10 (FIG. 3 (c)). ))), The hinge body 41 protruding from the upper side of the rear surface of the lid main body portion 45, and a pair of lids protruding from the lower side of the rear surface of the lid main body portion 45. The locking piece 43 is provided.

The lid 40 is molded from an elastomer (resin) that is an elastic member. For this reason, the cover part 40 is elastically deformable. The lid body portion 45 is formed in substantially the same shape (rectangular shape) as the contact plate portion 11 of the body portion 10 in a front view, and has a design surface in a state where the USB connector 80 is not connected to the vehicle connector connecting part 1. Forming. On the lower side of the lid main body portion 45, a grip portion 45a that is inclined to the front side and facilitates gripping the lid portion 40 is formed. At the center of the rear surface of the lid main body 45, when the lid 40 is closed with respect to the main body 10, a fitting protrusion that can be fitted into the hole 11b provided in the flat surface 11a of the main body 10 is provided. A portion 45b is provided. The fitting protrusion 45b is formed in a rectangular shape having substantially the same size as the hole 11b. For this reason, when the cover part 40 is closed, the connection protrusion 91 (refer FIG. 1) in the hole part 11b can be protected by the fitting protrusion part 45b fitting and covering the hole part 11b.

The hinge portion 41 is formed in a band shape that protrudes perpendicularly to the lid body portion 45 at a position having a predetermined distance from the upper end of the rear surface of the lid body portion 45 to the rear side and has a width in the left-right direction. A long hole portion 41 b extending from the front side to the rear side of the hinge portion 41 is formed at the intermediate portion in the width direction of the hinge portion 41. The retaining pin 29 of the retaining protrusion 27 described above is inserted into the long hole portion 41b (see FIG. 7A), the hinge portion 41 moves forward, and the retaining pin 29 is disposed at the rear end portion of the long hole portion 41b. By abutting, the hinge part 41 is prevented from being removed from the hinge hole part 12 (see FIG. 9C), and the guide pin 30 of the retaining protrusion 27 extends to the upper surface side of the hinge part 41 so as to be hinged. The movement of the part 41 is guided (see FIG. 9B). The length of the hinge part 41 in the front-rear direction is such that when the hinge part 41 is bent and the lid part 40 is opened (see FIG. 1), the lid body part 45 contacts the contact plate part 11 of the body part 10. The lid body 45 has a size that can be opened with a predetermined angle (for example, 90 ° to 120 °) with respect to the contact plate 11.

The thickness of the hinge portion 41 is smaller than the width in the short direction of the hinge hole portion 12 provided in the contact plate portion 11, and the width direction dimension of the hinge portion 41 is smaller than the width in the longitudinal direction of the hinge hole portion 12. . For this reason, the hinge part 41 can be inserted into the hinge hole part 12. Further, locking projections 41 a wider than the width in the longitudinal direction of the hinge hole 12 are provided on both sides in the width direction on the front side of the hinge portion 41. The locking projection 41a is formed with an inclined portion that extends at least from the rear end to the front, that is, in the left-right direction toward the lid 40, and has a substantially triangular or trapezoidal shape, for example. The locking projection 41 a overcomes the hinge hole 12 by elastic deformation when opening and closing with the hinge hole 12, and creates a feeling of moderation when opening and closing with the hinge hole 12. That is, when inserting the hinge portion 41, the locking projection portion of the hinge portion 41 is first passed through the insertion port 12 a having an opening larger than the opening of the hinge hole portion 12 provided on the front surface side of the contact plate portion 11. 41a has a tapered inclined surface from the insertion opening 12a toward the hinge hole 12 as a guide, and the locking projection 41a gets over the hinge hole 12 and is locked.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the hinge portion 41 protrudes from the inner position with respect to the upper end of the back surface of the lid main body portion 45 facing the flat surface portion 11 a of the main body portion 10, in the front-rear direction. Therefore, when the lid main body 45 is brought into contact with the flat surface portion 11a of the main body 10 in a non-contact state (see FIG. 5C) (see FIG. 5B), the lid The main body 45 covers the hinge hole 12, and the hinge 41 is immersed in the hinge hole 12. Accordingly, the hinge portion 41 is completely accommodated in the hinge hole portion 12 and the opening of the hinge hole portion 12 is also covered with the lid body portion 45, so that the hinge portion 41 can be made invisible from the outside.

As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a pair of lid locking pieces 43 are formed on the left and right sides below the rear surface (back surface) of the lid portion 40. The lid locking piece 43 is formed in a belt shape protruding in parallel to the hinge portion 41 from the rear surface and having a width in the left-right direction. The upper surface of the front end portion (rear end portion) in the protruding direction of the lid locking piece 43 can be locked to a pair of locking hole portions 14 provided at a distance from the length in the short direction of the hole portion 11b. A claw portion 43a is formed to protrude. In addition, an engaging convex portion 43b that can be engaged with the locking hole portion 14 is formed on the opposite side of the claw portion 43a from the middle portion to the base portion in the protruding direction of the lower surface of the lid locking piece 43, and the remaining lower surface protruding direction A concave shape is formed from the intermediate portion toward the front end portion (opposite side of the claw portion 43a) in the protruding direction, which facilitates the opening of the lid portion 40. That is, the claw portion 43a is formed on the upper surface of the lid locking piece 43, and the engaging convex portion 43b is formed on the lower surface, so that it is locked to the locking hole portion 14 in the vertical direction. The claw portion 43a is formed upward so as to intersect with the locking projection portion 41a provided in the width direction (orthogonal in the present embodiment), causing a sense of moderation when the lid portion 40 is opened and closed, In particular, when the lid portion 40 is pushed into the contact plate portion 11 and closed, a sense of moderation is generated by the claw portions 43a and the locking projection portions 41a provided so as to intersect with each other. The engaging convex portion 43 b secures the rigidity of the lid locking piece 43 and creates a sense of moderation when the lid portion 40 is opened and closed.

As described above, according to the vehicle connector connecting component 1 of the present embodiment, the pair of lid members that can be locked to the locking hole portion 14 provided in the main body portion 10 is provided on the lower end side of the rear surface of the lid portion 40. A connecting piece in the hole 11b is provided in a state in which a stopper 43 is provided, and the inner surfaces of the pair of lid locking pieces 43 facing each other are bent from the upper part of the USB connector 80 by bending the hinge part 41 to open the lid part 40. The USB connector 80 connected to 91 is arranged so as to be located outside both ends in the width direction. For this reason, when the USB connector 80 is connected to the connection terminal 91 with the lid 40 opened, the lid 40 is connected to the USB connector 80 by a repulsive force that causes the bent hinge 41 to return to its original shape. The USB connector 80 is positioned between the pair of lid locking pieces 43 while covering from above. For this reason, even if the lid portion 40 vibrates as the vehicle vibrates, the vibration of the lid portion 40 is restricted by the USB connector 80 via the rear surface of the lid portion 40 and the pair of lid locking pieces 43. Therefore, it is possible to suppress abnormal noise generated when the lid 40 collides with the USB connector 80.

Note that the pair of lid locking pieces 43 may be disposed so as to come into contact with both ends in the width direction of the USB connector 80 with the lid 40 opened. In this way, it is possible to further suppress abnormal noise that occurs when the lid 40 collides with the USB connector 80.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention.
