Claims (6)
- カテーテルシャフトは互いにスライド可能な内筒と外筒とで構成され、
前記内筒の先端と前記外筒の先端との間には、収縮拡張可能な弾性バルーンが設置され、
前記バルーンの前方ネックは前記内筒に被さり、前記バルーン内の陽圧時には間隙は開き、陰圧時には相接して閉じる逆止弁を形成し、
前記バルーン内には高周波通電用電極が設置され、
前記高周波通電用電極は、前記カテーテルシャフト内の通電線にて高周波発生器に接続され、
前記外筒と前記内筒により形成され前記バルーン内部に連絡する送液路には、冷却液を送る液流ポンプが接続され、
前記内筒の先端部に小孔を開けることで、前記内筒と前記外筒とのスライドにより、前記内筒の先端部の小孔と前記前方ネックとの重なり具合を変えて、前記バルーン内からの冷却液の放出量を調整する構成とし、
前記小孔が前記前方ネックに対向すると、前記バルーン内の冷却液が前記間隙から前記バルーンの外部に送り出され、前記小孔が前記前方ネックに対向しなくなると、前記バルーン内の冷却液が前記間隙だけでなく、前記小孔から前記内筒の中空部を通して前記バルーンの外部に送り出される構成としたことを特徴とする高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。 - 前記バルーン内には温度センサーや圧力センサーが設置され、通電線により温度測定器や圧力測定器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記バルーンの前後の前記カテーテルシャフト上には電極が設置され、通電線を介してインピーダンス測定器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記小孔は、前記高周波通電用電極よりも前記内筒の先端側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記小孔は、前記内筒の先端部の基端側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記外筒に対して前記内筒を前方にスライドさせたときに、前記小孔が前記前方ネックに対向し、前記外筒に対して前記内筒を後方にスライドさせたときに、前記小孔が前記前方ネックに対向しなくなる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波バルーンカテーテルシステム。
