Description

The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for a behind-the-ear hearing aid.

At present, we are using cochlear implants (cochlear implant processors) that are surgically worn due to deafness and hearing aids for hearing loss (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ear-eared hearing aids”). It is said that there are about 2 million people in Japan alone. The artificial inner ear is an artificial organ in which electrodes are placed in the inner ear and the surrounding auditory nerves are directly electrically stimulated to restore hearing.

When a hearing-impaired person or a hearing-impaired person is using the ear-type hearing aid, the ear-type hearing aid may come off the body and fall. In particular, a person wearing glasses often wears an ear-type hearing aid so as to overlap the temple of the glasses. For this reason, the hook-type hearing aid is easily detached from the ear. There is a problem that, when using the ear-type hearing aid, the ear-type hearing aid does not notice that the ear-type hearing aid has dropped from the ear, and the ear-type hearing aid tends to be lost.

Currently, as a part for preventing the fall of the ear-type hearing aid, a part for fixing the ear-type hearing aid itself to the temple of the glasses is used. However, it is rarely used because of its appearance and difficulty in use. A strap-like component fall prevention component is also known, but this is for the purpose of preventing loss, and does not have a function of suppressing the removal of the hook-type hearing aid from the ear.

The aging society is increasing, and the population that needs hearing aids is also increasing. According to the statistics of the Japan Hearing Aid Manufacturers Association in 2015, the number of hearing aids for the hearing impaired is 337,000. This number is about twice that of 10 years ago. Also, according to statistics from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in 2015, the number of deaf people is estimated to be 15 million. In Japan, where the proportion of hearing aids used is significantly lower than in developed countries in Europe and the United States, the use of hearing aids is expected to increase significantly in the future.

In the case of Japanese, it is said that about half of the total population uses glasses. Since elderly people over 65 years old need reading glasses, 90% or more are considered to use glasses. When a user of spectacles uses a behind-the-ear hearing aid, many people experience falling of the behind-the-ear hearing aid at the beginning of use. It seems that various devices are used to prevent the hearing aid from falling, but many people seem to get used to it even though they are concerned about the fall of the hearing aid. For this reason, there is a problem that many hearing aids are lost due to falling.

Ear-type hearing aids are expensive, and losing the hearing aid is a great burden on the user. A healthy person may think that if the hearing aid is removed from the ear, the sound will not be heard, so that the hearing aid should be noticed. However, a hearing-impaired person or a deaf person often uses the hearing aid by turning on the power to the hearing aid when necessary, and usually the power is turned off so that no sound can be heard. Therefore, the deaf and hard of hearing are not very uncomfortable even if they can no longer hear the sound. For this reason, the elderly often do not even realize that the hearing aid is disengaged from the ear.

Patent Document 1 discloses an earphone connector such as a portable audio device that is attached to a predetermined part of a temple of eyeglasses. The ear and horn cord receiver is formed into a S-shaped, C-shaped, U-shaped, W-shaped, Ω-shaped, etc. with a single thin plastic plate, thin aluminum plate, rubber, wire, etc. Has been. Furthermore, the ear horn cord receiver is loosely inserted with a mounting portion for fitting, hanging, hanging, etc. to a predetermined part of the temple of the glasses and an ear horn cord connected to a portable audio device, An ear horn cord holding part for hanging and the like is provided.

Utility Model Registration No. 3005599

It is a figure which shows an example of an ear hook hearing aid. It is a figure explaining the auxiliary tool of an ear hook hearing aid. It is a figure which shows the state which mounted | wore the right-ear hearing aid with the auxiliary | assistant tool of the ear-eared hearing aid. It is a figure which shows the state which mounted | wore the glasses hearing aid with the auxiliary tool.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Hereinafter, as an example of the behind-the-ear hearing aid, an behind-the-ear hearing aid will be described as an example. The auxiliary device according to the present invention can also be applied to a hook-type cochlear implant. In other words, the behind-the-ear hearing aid includes an behind-the-ear hearing aid and a cochlear implant.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of a hook-and-loop hearing aid. As shown in FIG. 1, the ear-hook hearing aid 1 generally has a hook 3 attached to a case body 2 provided with a microphone, an earphone, an amplifier, a battery, and various controls, and a snap tube 4 is attached to the hook 3. An earplug 5 is attached through the connector. The external sound amplified inside the case body 2 is sent into the ear hole through the sound path provided in the hook 3, the snap tube 4 and the earplug 5.

The in-ear hearing aid 1 has the weight of the case main body 2 with a built-in battery when the forward-bending posture is taken while wearing the in-ear hearing aid 1 or the body is moved by sports or the like. There is a case of dancing unstable around. When wearing spectacles, wearing the ear-mounted hearing aid 1 over the temple of the glasses may further cause the ear-mounted hearing aid 1 to be unstablely detached from the ear around the ear. Therefore, by using the auxiliary device according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the in-ear hearing aid 1 from dancing unstable around the ear.

FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an auxiliary tool for an ear-hugging hearing aid. FIG. 3 shows a front view, a top view, a left side view, a right side view, and a bottom view of the auxiliary tool 20. The assisting device 20 has a bent shape, and has an ear-mounted hearing aid mounting portion 21 that is attached to the hook 3 of the ear-hook hearing aid 1 at one end, and a temple mounting portion 22 that is attached to the temple 12 of the glasses 10 at the other end. Have The ear-mounted hearing aid mounting part 21 has a recess 24 formed by bending. Moreover, the temple mounting part 22 has the recessed part 23 formed by a bending process. As will be described later, it is desirable that the ear-mounted hearing aid mounting portion 21 and the temple mounting portion 22 are formed by bending and drawing.

The auxiliary tool 20 is formed by processing a thin plate metal plate such as a thin plate stainless plate, a thin plate copper plate, or a thin plate aluminum plate, or a raw material such as a thin plate plastic plate or rubber. The thin plate member made of a material has rigidity and elasticity. The assisting device 20 is formed by punching out a substantially L-shaped plate-like member based on one thin plate-shaped material, and having an ear-hook hearing aid mounting portion 21 at one end and a temple mounting portion 22 at the other end. Formed.

The ear-mounted hearing aid mounting part 21 is formed by bending the other end of the substantially L-shaped plate member. The temple mounting portion 22 is formed by bending one end portion of the substantially L-shaped plate member. The temple mounting portion 22 can be mounted on the temple 12 by hooking.

Since the auxiliary tool 20 can form a thin metal plate by bending or molding such as rubber, it is extremely easy to manufacture and has a simple structure. You may provide the auxiliary | assistant tool 20 with the hole 25 which lets a string pass. One end of a string for preventing loss can be tied to the hole 25. One end of a string (not shown) is tied to the hole 25 and the other end is tied to the clothing of the wearer of the glasses 10. Thereby, even if the temple mounting portion 22 is detached from the temple 12, the ear-mounted hearing aid mounting portion 21 is mounted and fixed to the hook 3, so that the ear-mounted hearing aid 1 can be prevented from falling to the ground and being lost. .

It is desirable that the end surface 26 of the auxiliary tool 20 has a curved surface by deburring. Since the end surface has a curved surface, it is possible to prevent the wearer of the glasses 10 from being damaged. Note that the end face 26 is an example, and it is desirable that the other end faces be similarly curved. A processing method for processing the curved surface can be appropriately selected. It is desirable that the end portion which is the corner portion 27 of the auxiliary tool 20 has an R surface by chamfering. Since the corner portion 27 has the R surface, it is possible to prevent the wearer of the glasses 10 from being damaged. In addition, the corner | angular part of illustration is an example, Comprising: It is desirable to chamfer the other corner | angular part similarly.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the auxiliary device for the ear-hook hearing aid is attached to the right-ear hearing aid. Moreover, FIG. 4 is a figure which shows the state which connected the hearing aid to the temple of the spectacles using the auxiliary tool. The recess 24 of the ear-mounted hearing aid mounting portion 21 of the auxiliary device 20 is mounted and fixed to the hook 3 of the ear-mounted hearing aid 1. In a state where the assisting device 20 is mounted and fixed on the ear-hook hearing aid 1, the recess 23 of the temple mounting portion 22 of the assisting device 20 is mounted on the temple 12. As shown in FIG. 4, the ear-mounted hearing aid mounting part 21 and the temple mounting part 22 may be formed by bending and drawing.

The in-ear hearing aid mounting part 21 grips the hook 3 in the recess 24 with elasticity, so that the in-ear hearing aid 20 is attached and fixed to the auxiliary device 10. Furthermore, the ear-mounted hearing aid mounting part 21 can be fixed to the hook 3 by bending and drawing. By providing the drawing unit 30 , it is possible to prevent the ear-mounted hearing aid wearing unit 21 from being detached from the hook 3 and the fixing part from being displaced due to the swinging of the body of the wearer of the glasses 10.

The temple mounting portion 22 is mounted to grip the temple 12 in the recess 23. The temple mounting portion 22 is also preferably formed by bending and drawing. The temple mounting portion 22 can be freely moved in the longitudinal direction 32 of the temple 12, and the drawing processing portion 31 is provided so that the temple mounting portion 22 can be moved by the body swinging of the wearer of the temple 12 or the glasses 10. The temple mounting portion 22 is mounted on the temple 12 so as to prevent the temple 12 from falling off. The temple mounting portion 22 can be easily attached to and detached from the temple 12.

Thus, since the temple mounting portion 22 does not impair the movement of the temple 12, even when the glasses 10 are swung, the rocking motion is not transmitted to the auxiliary tool 20 and is not transmitted to the ear-hit hearing aid 1. is there.

The angle 28 formed by the two end surfaces of the assisting device 20 may be set as appropriate, for example, by making an acute angle so that the assisting device does not contact the earlobe. Similarly, the angle 29 may be set to an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

The thin plate member made of a material has rigidity and elasticity. When the temple 12 is attached to the auxiliary tool 20, the concave portion 23 of the temple attachment portion 22 can be attached to a predetermined part of the temple 12 by hooking. In addition, the auxiliary hearing aid 20 itself can be easily removed from the temple 12 of the glasses 10 with the in-ear hearing aid 1 attached as needed.

In FIG. 4 , the auxiliary tool 20 is attached to the temple 12 of the eyeglass 10, but it may be attached to a predetermined part of one temple 12 corresponding to the ear to which the ear-mounted hearing aid 1 is attached. Moreover, as long as the function as an auxiliary tool is not impaired, the auxiliary | assistant tool 20 may employ | adopt the shape which improves decorating, and may give coloring.
