Claims (18)
- 入力及び出力を有する信号伝送路と、
前記入力及び前記出力の間で前記信号伝送路に沿って配置された複数のノードと、
前記複数のノードと接地との間をそれぞれ延びる複数の共振ブランチと、
前記共振ブランチ内にそれぞれ配置された複数の共振素子と、
前記共振素子をともに結合して、前記共振素子のそれぞれの周波数に対応する複数の伝送零点と、前記伝送零点同士の間の少なくとも1つのサブバンドと、を有する阻止帯域を形成する一連の非共振素子であって、前記共振素子にそれぞれ並列に結合された第1の複数の非共振素子と、前記共振素子にそれぞれ直列に結合された第2の複数の非共振素子と、前記ノードをそれぞれ直列に結合する第3の複数の非共振素子とを含み、前記阻止帯域内の少なくとも反射零点を選択的に誘導して前記少なくとも1つのサブバンドの選択された1つに通過帯域を形成するための少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子を含む、一連の非共振素子と、
動作温度を受信して、受信した前記動作温度に基づき前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子を調整することによって、前記阻止帯域に沿って前記少なくとも1つの反射零点を選択的に移動させて、選択された前記サブバンド内で前記通過帯域を移動させる電気コントローラと、を備える無線周波数(RF)フィルタ。 - 前記動作温度を計測するように構成された温度センサをさらに備え、前記電気コントローラは、計測された前記動作温度を前記温度センサから受信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 複数の基準動作温度と、異なる前記動作温度にそれぞれ対応する複数の一連の調整設定と、を含むルックアップテーブルを記憶するメモリをさらに備え、前記電気コントローラは、計測された前記動作温度を前記ルックアップテーブルの前記複数の基準動作温度と比較して、計測された前記動作温度に最も近い前記基準動作温度に対応する前記一連の調整設定を選択し、前記一連の調節設定に従って前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子を調整する、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子は、前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子の各々のリアクタンスを調整することによって調整される、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ(10)。
- 前記電気コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子を調整して前記阻止帯域内に前記少なくとも1つの反射零点を選択的に導入し、前記サブバンド内に前記通過帯域を形成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非共振素子の各々が、互いに並列に結合されて容量性回路を形成する複数のコンデンサ(C1−C3)と、前記コンデンサ(C1−C3)の少なくとも1つに結合される少なくとも1つのスイッチ(S1,S2)と、を有しており、前記電気コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つのスイッチ(S1,S2)を作動させることによってそれぞれの前記非共振素子のリアクタンスを変動させ、前記容量性回路から少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(C1−C3)を選択的に含む又は除いて前記容量性回路のキャパシタンスを変化させ、それによって、前記阻止帯域内で前記反射零点を移動させて、選択されたサブバンドで前記通過帯域を移動させる、請求項5に記載のRFフィルタ。

- 前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子は複数の可変非共振素子を備える、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記動作温度により、前記通過帯域が前記選択されたサブバンド内の名目上設計された位置から前記選択されたサブバンド内の異なる位置に移動し、前記電気コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子を調整することによって、前記阻止帯域に沿って前記少なくとも1つの反射零点を選択的に移動させて前記選択されたサブバンド内の異なる位置から前記選択されたサブバンド内の前記名目上設計された位置に前記通過帯域を戻すように構成される、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記電気コントローラは、受信した前記動作温度に基づき前記共振素子の少なくとも1つを調整することによって、前記阻止帯域に沿って前記少なくとも1つの共振素子の各周波数に対応する前記伝送零点を選択的に移動させ、前記選択されたサブバンド内の異なる位置から前記選択されたサブバンド内の前記名目上設計された位置に前記通過帯域を戻すように構成される、請求項13に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子は調整可能なリアクタンスを有する、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可変非共振素子は、可変コンデンサ、低損失スイッチ、バラクタ及びスイッチドキャパシタのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記共振素子の各々は薄膜集中素子構造を含む、請求項1に記載のRFフィルタ。
- 前記薄膜集中素子構造は高温超電導体(HTS)を含む、請求項17に記載のRFフィルタ。
