Description
The present invention relates to a gas-liquid separator and a gas generator, and more particularly to a gas-liquid separator and a gas generator for efficiently separating each fluid from a multiphase flow of gas and liquid.
A gas-liquid separator is a device for efficiently separating each fluid (gas, liquid) from a multiphase flow of gas and liquid, and as an example, is used as a device constituting a gas generation device. . For example, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the gas generator electrolyzes a liquid to be decomposed such as pure water or an alkaline aqueous solution to produce hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, and the produced hydrogen gas and oxygen gas are mixed into a gas-liquid mixed phase. An

For such problems,
The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gas-liquid separator that can efficiently separate a gas from a mixed phase flow of the gas and the liquid. Another object of the present invention is to provide a gas generating device including such a gas-liquid separator.
A gas-liquid separator according to the present invention for solving the above-described problems has an external tank and an internal tank provided in the external tank, and the external tank has a gas discharge port provided in an upper portion thereof. A liquid discharge port provided in a lower portion, and the internal tank has a detour means for detouring the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid flowing in from the introduction tube through which an introduction tube for introducing the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid is drawn, and And an opening that allows the gas-liquid mixed-phase fluid after overflowing to overflow from above and flow down into the external tank.
According to this invention, the internal tank has the bypass means for drawing in the introduction pipe for introducing the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid and bypassing the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid flowing in from the introduction pipe. It does not overflow from the upper opening and flow down into the external tank. As a result, since the overflow of the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid from the opening is stabilized, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when the overflow occurs, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed.
In the gas-liquid separator according to the present invention, the bypass means is configured such that the leading end of the introduction pipe drawn into the internal tank is arranged vertically downward.
According to the present invention, since the tip of the introduction pipe drawn into the internal tank is arranged vertically downward as the bypass means, the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid flowing from the tip of the introduction pipe arranged vertically downward is After hitting the bottom of the internal tank, it goes upward and overflows from the upper opening. As a result, since the overflow of the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid from the opening is stabilized, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when the overflow occurs, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed.
In the gas-liquid separator according to the present invention, the internal tank is configured such that an outer wall surface of the internal tank continuous from the opening is an inclined surface.
According to this invention, since the outer wall surface of the internal tank continuing from the opening is configured to be an inclined surface, the opening is smaller than the horizontal cross-sectional area (for example, the fuselage cross-sectional area) of the internal tank. The inclined surface is configured to spread from the opening. Therefore, the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid overflowing from the internal tank is thin and stable while flowing on the inclined surface that spreads for a certain period of time, so that the gas contained in the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid is easily separated. As a result, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when it overflows, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed.
In the gas-liquid separator according to the present invention, the bypass means is configured such that the leading end of the introduction pipe drawn into the internal tank is arranged vertically upward, and an interference plate is provided above the leading end. To do.
According to the present invention, as the bypass means, the leading end of the introducing pipe drawn into the internal tank is arranged vertically upward, and the interference plate is provided above the leading end. The gas-liquid mixed phase fluid that has flowed in from the front end flows upward so as to avoid the interference plate after hitting the upper interference plate, and overflows from the upper opening. As a result, since the overflow of the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid from the opening is stabilized, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when the overflow occurs, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed.
In order to solve the above problems, a gas generator according to the present invention electrolyzes a liquid to be decomposed to produce hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, and separates the produced hydrogen gas and oxygen gas from a gas-liquid mixed phase fluid. An apparatus for obtaining a water electrolysis cell that electrolyzes the liquid to be decomposed to generate gas, and a gas-liquid separator that separates the generated gas from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid, The gas-liquid separator has an external tank and an internal tank provided in the external tank, and the external tank has a gas discharge port provided in the upper portion and a liquid discharge port provided in the lower portion. The internal tank has an inlet pipe for introducing a gas-liquid mixed phase fluid drawn therein, and bypass means for bypassing the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid flowing from the introducing pipe; Overflow from the inside of the external tank And having an opening for flow.
According to the present invention, the internal tank provided in the gas-liquid separator has the detour means for detouring the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid flowing in from the introducing tube into which the introducing tube for introducing the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid is drawn, and thus flows in The gas-liquid mixed phase fluid does not overflow from the upper opening as it is, and does not flow down into the external tank. As a result, since the overflow of the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid from the opening is stabilized, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when the overflow occurs, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed. Since the gas generator equipped with such a gas-liquid separator can reduce the gas contained in the liquid discharged from the liquid discharge port of the gas-liquid separator, the problem of contamination of other gases that occurs when the liquid recirculates. This can eliminate the decrease in purity of the gas to be obtained. Moreover, since the contained gas in the liquid discharged | emitted from the liquid discharge port of a gas-liquid separator can be reduced, the amount of mixed gas of hydrogen gas and oxygen gas can be suppressed, for example, and safety can be improved.
According to the gas-liquid separator according to the present invention, the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid that flows in does not overflow from the upper opening as it is, and does not flow into the external tank. Overflow stabilizes. As a result, the gas is easily separated from the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid when it overflows, and the gas-liquid separation is effectively performed.
According to the gas generator of the present invention, the gas contained in the liquid discharged from the liquid discharge port of the gas-liquid separator can be reduced, so that the problem of mixing other gases that occurs when the liquid recirculates is eliminated. It is possible to suppress a decrease in the purity of the gas to be obtained. Moreover, since the contained gas in the liquid discharged | emitted from the liquid discharge port of a gas-liquid separator can be reduced, the amount of mixed gas of hydrogen gas and oxygen gas can be suppressed, for example, and safety can be improved.
Hereinafter, a gas-liquid separator and a gas generator according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the following description and drawings.
[Gas-liquid separator]
The gas-liquid separator 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) according to the present invention efficiently separates each fluid (gas, liquid) from a mixed phase flow of gas and liquid (also referred to as “gas-liquid mixed phase fluid”). For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the apparatus includes an
In such a gas-
The gas-liquid separator according to the present invention can be divided into first to third embodiments shown in FIGS. This will be described in detail below.
(Gas-liquid separator of the first embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 2, the gas-
The
The
The
The
The
The
The gas-liquid
The size of the
The detour means in the gas-
As described above, according to the gas-
(Gas-liquid separator of the second embodiment)
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the gas-
As shown in FIG. 3, the detour means in the second embodiment includes a vertically
As shown in FIG. 5A, such an inclined surface is a curved
The inclination angle and length of the
As the length L of the

As described above, according to the gas-
(Gas-liquid separator of the third embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 6, the gas-
Unlike the first embodiment, the third embodiment includes a vertically
In the third embodiment, an
The
As described above, according to the gas-liquid separator 20C of the third embodiment, the
(Comparative gas-liquid separator)
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a gas-
The gas-

The gas-

The gas-liquid separator according to the present invention is applied to the
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the basic configuration of the gas-
