Description
The present invention relates to a dressing material used for fixing, for example, a catheter or the like and sticking to a wound part.
For the purpose of fixing a catheter used for infusion or the like, protecting a wound part, and the like, dressing materials to be applied to the skin are widely used.
The dressing material generally includes a base material, an adhesive layer formed on one side of the base material, and a release paper that covers the adhesive layer. A thin polyurethane film or the like is used for the base material of such a dressing material because it is flexible and adapts well to the skin after application and hardly causes discomfort.
However, since such a flexible and thin base material has insufficient rigidity, when the release paper is peeled off from the surface (adhesive surface) of the adhesive layer, the adhesive surfaces are bonded together or wrinkled. Easy to handle and poor handling at the time of sticking.
Therefore, a rigid carrier film is peelably laminated on the surface of the base material where the adhesive layer is not formed.
When a dressing material provided with a carrier film is applied to the skin, the carrier film is released from the substrate after the release paper is peeled off and the exposed adhesive surface is attached to the skin.
When applied in such a procedure, since the carrier film is still laminated to the dressing material when applied to the skin, the rigidity of the dressing material is maintained by the carrier film, and there are inconveniences such as adhesion between adhesive surfaces Less likely to occur and excellent handleability when applied.
However, when such a dressing material is applied and the catheter is fixed to the skin, for example, the peeling force when peeling the carrier film from the dressing material is applied to the fixed catheter, which adversely affects the indwelling state of the catheter. There was a thing.
Therefore, recently, a dressing material in which a carrier film has been devised has been proposed as suitable for fixing a catheter (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the
When the
In such a method, after the
However, such a dressing material was not good in handling at the time of sticking.
For example, in the above-described work, when the dressing material once placed on the workbench is picked up again, the dressing material is flat and thin, so it is difficult to get caught by the fingertip and difficult to remove from the workbench. In addition, when the peripheral part of the carrier film is peeled off from the substrate after the dressing material has been applied, it is difficult to grasp the peripheral part of the carrier film and to start peeling. Furthermore, since these operations are performed while wearing gloves, the handling difficulty becomes even more remarkable.
Further, since the carrier film of the dressing material is divided into two parts, a central part and a peripheral part, the number of garbage when the carrier film is discarded becomes two, which is not preferable in terms of waste disposal. It was.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has an object of providing a dressing material that is excellent in handling at the time of sticking, is preferable from the viewpoint of dust disposal, and is suitably used for fixing a catheter or the like.
The dressing material of the present invention is a dressing material in which an adhesive layer is formed on one surface side of a film base material adapted to the skin, and a carrier film is laminated on the other surface side so as to be peelable from the film base material. Is composed of a central portion which is a continuous region including the center of gravity of the carrier film and is not divided , and a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion, and the central portion and the peripheral portion are at least one place. It is a dressing material that is connected at a non-partitioned portion and is divided at a parting line other than the non-partitioned portion, wherein the parting line has a curved portion, and the curved portion is on the plane of the carrier film, It extends in substantially the entire area of the position opposed to the non-divided portion, when separate the said central portion from the film substrate and the dividing portion as a boundary, the central portion, and the stand of the dressing Wherein the act Te.
In the dressing material of the present invention, a release paper that can be peeled off from the adhesive layer is provided on the side of the adhesive layer opposite to the film substrate, and is further separated on the side of the release paper opposite to the adhesive layer. A mode in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and release paper that can be peeled are sequentially laminated is also preferable.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of the dressing material of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of the dressing material of FIG.
The dressing material 10 </ b> A of this example has a
The
Other materials suitable for the film substrate include polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylidene chloride, and the like. It is about 5-50 micrometers.
The pressure-sensitive
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, for example, those mainly composed of acrylic resin, natural rubber, water-based polymer emulsion, thermoplastic rubber, polyurethane, polyacrylic ester copolymer, silicone resin and the like can be used. The material and thickness of the
As the
In this example, as shown in FIG. 2, the
On the other surface side of the
Thus, the
The peel strength between the
In this example, polyurethane is used for the
Also, as the material of the carrier film, for example, a resin such as polyethylene is adopted, and the film base material and the carrier film are pseudo-adhered by co-extrusion of polyurethane and polyethylene to produce a laminate that is laminated and adhered in a peelable manner. This can also be used as a dressing material. When polyurethane is used for the film substrate, the material of the carrier film is preferably polyester other than paper, polyolefin such as polyethylene. As the carrier film, a laminate film in which a plurality of films are laminated (for example, a laminate film of a polyester film and another film, etc.) can be used.
Moreover, as a method of adopting the above-mentioned resin as the material of the carrier film and laminating the film substrate and the carrier film so as to be peelable, there are laminating, coating, vapor deposition and the like in addition to coextrusion.
In this example, as shown in FIG. 2, the
And the
The
In this example, the dividing line L is formed from a straight line portion Lα extending from one end portion La of the dividing line L and a curved line portion Lβ other than the straight line portion Lα. In addition, the end portion of the curved portion Lβ that is not connected to the straight portion, that is, the other end portion Lb of the dividing line L is a curved portion Lβ ′ that is curved toward the

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Next, after the
Next, after placing a catheter in the vein of the patient's arm and connecting an infusion tube to the catheter, the fingertip of the other hand is held between the work table T and the
Next, the dressing
In this way, only the
In such a method, after the
When the dressing
Furthermore, after applying the dressing
Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 1, the curved portion Lβ of the dividing line L has a curved portion Lβ ′ that is curved toward the
As described above, the dressing
Further, the
The thickness of the
In addition, as for the area ratio of the
The area of the
In addition, the number of straight portions Lα and curved portions Lβ in the dividing line L, the ratio of the lengths, and the like can be set as appropriate. As in this example, one straight line portion Lα and one curved line portion Lβ connected to the straight line portion form a dividing line L, and the length ratio of the straight line portion Lα and the curved line portion Lβ is 1: 4 to 20 Within the range, the configuration of the dividing line L is simple, and the above-described effect by providing the curved portion Lβ, that is, the peeling of the
The dividing line L may be U-shaped or U-shaped.
The dressing
First, the dividing line L is formed on a
When forming the carrier film and the film substrate by coextrusion, insert the mold from the carrier film side to the depth reaching the interface between the carrier film and the film substrate. By doing so, a parting line can be formed. Thereafter, the adhesive layer and the release paper may be sequentially formed in the same manner as described above.
As the dressing material of the present invention, the form shown in FIG. 6 in which the form of the center part of the carrier film is different from the examples of FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 6, the dressing material 10 </ b> B extends until the
In the case of the example of FIG. 6, for example, when the left and right end portions in the drawing are respectively grasped with the right hand and the left hand, and the
The length of the part Q of the outer edge is preferably a length corresponding to 0.5 to 20% of the entire circumference of the
Examples of the form in which the
In the above example, a case where one undivided portion is provided is shown as a preferable example, but a plurality of undivided portions such as two locations may be provided. However, in that case, it is necessary to consider the formation positions of a plurality of undivided parts so that only the center part of the carrier film can be peeled off.
Moreover, there is no restriction | limiting in the shape in planar view of a dressing material.
Further, the dressing material is not limited to the single-wafer type as exemplified above, and a plurality of dressing materials may be continuous and formed in a scroll shape. In that case, it is good also as a release paper unnecessary type by carrying out release coating of the outer surface of a carrier film.
Furthermore, depending on the use of the dressing material, the wound layer, release paper, that is, the adhesive surface of the adhesive layer, may be used to protect wounds, absorb body fluids, maintain a moist environment, promote healing, reduce pain, etc. Depending on the purpose, pad materials such as gauze, non-woven fabric, cotton, sponge, chitin, alginate, silicone rubber, and self-adhesive pad materials (eg polyurethane foam, hydrocolloid, hydrogel, hydropolymer, silicone gel, aqueous gel, etc.) .) May be provided.
In addition to the adhesive, the adhesive layer may contain a component having anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, and may be a poultice type dressing material.
Furthermore, depending on the use of the dressing material, as shown in FIG. 9, the release paper (first release paper) 13 covering the adhesive layer (first adhesive layer) 12 formed on one surface side of the
As described above, the
