Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle using electric energy as a driving power source.
In recent years, electric vehicles using a motor driven by electric energy stored in a battery as a travel power source have been developed for the purpose of environmental protection and the like. Such an electric vehicle is equipped with a charging connector to which an external charging connector connected to the external power source is attached and detached in order to charge a battery mounted on the vehicle with electric power from the external power source.
In a conventional electric vehicle, switching between a discharging state in which a battery is connected to a motor and a charging state in which the battery is connected to a charging connector is controlled by an internal system (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, according to such a configuration, a driver who is not accustomed to the operation cannot recognize that the charge / discharge switching has been performed, and there is a risk of erroneous operation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an electric vehicle that can prevent an erroneous operation of a driver.
In order to solve the above problems, an electric vehicle according to an aspect of the present invention includes an electric motor that generates driving power, a battery for supplying electric power to the electric motor, and an external charging device. An external power source connection unit connected to a power source, a control device for controlling switching between a travel control state in which the battery is connected to the electric motor and a charge control state in which the battery is connected to the external power source connection unit, and a travel position And an input device having an operation piece that can be moved by the user over a charging position provided at a position different from the travel position, and an output unit that outputs information indicating the position of the operation piece. When the operation piece is moved to the travel position, the travel control is permitted and the charge control is prohibited. When the operation piece is moved to the charge position, the charge control is permitted. To prohibit the cruise control to be.
According to the above configuration, when the operation piece is at the travel position, the vehicle cannot be charged simply by permitting travel, and when the operation piece is at the charge position, the vehicle cannot be traveled only by permitting charging. Therefore, the driver cannot switch the mode between the traveling operation and the charging operation unless the operation piece is actively moved. This allows the driver to recognize the current permission mode. Further, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from running without being operated by the driver and being charged from the running state.
The electric vehicle has a movement blocking device for blocking movement of the vehicle, and when the operation piece is moved to the charging position, the movement blocking device is operated to block movement of the vehicle. Good.
According to the said structure, the movement of the vehicle at the time of charge can be blocked | prevented. The movement may be prevented by locking the vehicle handle. For example, the handle may be locked by the power of the operation piece itself, or the handle may be locked using an actuator.
In the electric vehicle, the input device includes a cylinder lock, and the operation position is switched to the travel position and the charge position by rotating a mechanical key inserted in the cylinder lock. Good. According to the said structure, since the cylinder lock currently used for the conventional engine type vehicle can be diverted by using a cylinder lock for an input device, production cost can be suppressed.
In the electric vehicle, the mechanical key may be attachable / detachable at the charging position. According to the above configuration, by removing the mechanical key in the charged state, it is possible to prevent the other person from shifting to a state other than the charged state.
In the electric vehicle, the input device has a power supply stop position provided at a position different from the travel position and the charge position, and the operation piece extends over the travel position, the charge position, and the power supply stop position. When the user is configured to be able to move and the operation piece is moved to the power supply stop position, power supply to the control device may be stopped, and the travel control and the charge control may be prohibited.
According to the above configuration, by making the power supply stop position different from the charge position, it is possible to prevent charge control from being performed in the power supply stop state, and to control whether the power supply stop state or the charge preparation state Therefore, a special program or sensor for determination can be made unnecessary.
In the electric vehicle, the power supply stop position may be interposed during a process of switching from one position to the other position among the traveling position and the charging position. According to the above configuration, when switching between the discharge mode and the charge mode, the control device is reset through a state where power supply to the control device is once interrupted, so that control stability can be improved. it can.
In the electric vehicle, the input device has a movement preventing position provided at a position different from the traveling position, the charging position, and the power feeding stop position, and the operation piece is moved to the movement preventing position. Power supply to the control device may be stopped to prohibit charging and running control, and the movement blocking device may be operated to block vehicle movement.
According to the said structure, it becomes effective at the time of storage by setting a movement prevention position.

Once migrated, it prohibits the travel control as well as allow the charge control.
According to the above configuration, when the display unit is in the traveling display state, the vehicle cannot be charged simply by permitting traveling, and when the display unit is in the charging display state, the vehicle cannot be traveled only by allowing charging. Therefore, the driver cannot switch the mode between the traveling operation and the charging operation unless the display unit is actively moved using the operation unit. This allows the driver to recognize the current permission mode. Further, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from running without being operated by the driver and being charged from the running state.

The

FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration around the
The
Based on the signal given from the
The

When the connection state is switched, the program for executing each mode is switched in addition to the connection state. By switching to the new control mode after erasing the information stored in the RAM in the previous control mode, it is possible to prevent the information stored in the previous RAM from adversely affecting the new control mode. .

The
Based on the information given from the
The
The mechanical key is configured to be able to be inserted into and removed from the key hole at the power supply stop position, the movement prevention position, and the charging position, and the mechanical key inserted into the key hole is prevented from moving in the removal direction from the key hole at the traveling position. At the movement preventing position and the charging position, the lock bar operates to lock the handle. Further, unless the handle is rotated to the position where the handle is locked, the mechanical key may be prevented from moving to the movement preventing position and the charging position. Similarly, the charging position is arranged separately from the power feeding stop position, whereby charging control is performed in the power feeding stopped state. Thereby, it is not necessary to wait for the possibility of charging at the power supply stop position / movement prevention position, and a standby or determination program and a sensor for standby or determination can be dispensed with. Further, by arranging the key cylinder in a position near the meter and visible to the driver in the riding state, the driver can grasp the state without displaying the travel permission / charge permission state on the monitor. Since the driver needs to operate the keys for mode switching, the driver can easily recognize the mode switching.
Since the traveling
At the power supply stop position, the mechanical key can be attached and detached from the key hole of the

Next, the circuit state at each operation position of the

In the charging position (P), the
With such a configuration, when the operation key is in the travel position (ON), it is not possible to charge only by permitting travel, and when it is in the charge position (P), it is not possible to travel only by permitting charging. Therefore, the driver cannot switch the mode between the traveling operation and the charging operation unless the operation key is actively moved. This allows the driver to recognize the current permission mode. Further, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from running without being operated by the driver and being charged from the running state.

On the other hand, if it is determined that the key hole is in the CHG position and the operation key is in the charging position, the charging control program is read from the memory in the
In the charge control mode, it is determined whether or not a predetermined charging start operation by the user is completed. Specifically, a warning is given when it is determined that the charging start operation has failed. Preferably, an increase in the number of parts is prevented by giving a warning using an output device (headlight, turn signal, brake lamp, instrument display, horn, etc.) used for running the vehicle. Preferably, a charging error can be determined even at a position away from the vehicle body by using a display other than the instrument display. Examples of charging failures include a charging connector, but when power is not supplied from the outside, a charging connector is inserted, but when the key is in the running position, the key is turned to the charging position, but the charging connector A warning is given when the driver intends to charge the battery, but has forgotten something. The warning is preferably stopped after a certain time. Furthermore, the operation error content may be displayed on a monitor so that the driver can easily eliminate the operation error. Conversely, a notification that the start of charging has been normally performed may be output.
The driver often leaves the vehicle body after the start of charging, and is difficult to notice if an operation error occurs. If the operator does not notice the operation error, a time loss due to charging failure is large. By reporting the presence or absence of the start of charging as in the above configuration, it is possible to recognize either a charging error or normal operation at the start of charging, and to prevent the driver from leaving the vehicle body with a charging error. .

Also, by turning off the power supply to the
(Second Embodiment)
In the first embodiment of the present invention, after the power supply to the
The basic configuration of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, when the
In addition, when the
Further, regarding the reset operation, not only the
Further, a reset switch (corresponding to a kill switch in a gasoline vehicle) may be provided at a position where the driver in the riding state can operate, for example, at a steering wheel position. Thus, the operation may be recovered by operating the kill switch when the system is abnormal. The same effect can be obtained even if the driver manually performs an operation for resetting the power supply during the switching between the driving and charging modes. Note that the reset switch may invalidate the power feeding reset operation when traveling and validate the power feeding reset operation when traveling is stopped.
The switch for instructing the travel permission can be shifted to the travel permission at the driving position by being disposed at a position where the driver who has boarded the driving position can operate. In addition, since the switch for permitting charging is provided at a position that does not reach from the driving position, it is possible to shift to charging permission while getting off the vehicle. In this way, the switch for permitting operation and the switch for permitting charging may be separated.
In this embodiment, in a state where the control unit controls to open the
Moreover, although the
In the above embodiment, the power supply is reset even when switching from the discharge mode to the charge mode and from the charge mode to the discharge mode. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The reset may be performed only by switching one of the discharge mode to the charge mode and the charge mode to the discharge mode. By adopting a configuration in which only one of them is reset, the memory capacity of the system RAM can be reduced by using a common storage area for both discharging and charging.
In the embodiment described above, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the opening operation of the switch that opens and closes the power supply path to the main controller is input by the cylinder lock as the input device. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the discharge mode and the charge mode may be switched by a switch button or a toggle switch, and the system power may be turned off inside the system.
The operation position of the keyhole is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 4, and the charging position may be set at a position different from the traveling position. Preferably, it is easy for the driver to recognize the mode switching by giving the charging permission with the same operation piece as the driving permission.
Further, the LOCK position and the CHG position may be made common. Thereby, the structure can be simplified. The LOCK position and the CHG position may be reversed. By placing the frequently performed position between the LOCK position and the CHG position at the end in the rotation direction, the key can be inserted and removed while rotating to the rotation stop position in the frequently performed mode, improving convenience. it can.
A CHG position and a LOCK position may be arranged on both sides of the ON position. Since the LOCK position and the CHG position are separated from each other, the movement to the LOCK position and the movement to the CHG position can be made different so that the driver can easily recognize the movement. Similarly, a CHG position and a LOCK position may be arranged on both sides of the OFF position. It is not necessary to prevent movement at the CHG position. In this case, the vehicle body can be easily brought close to the charging area. Other key hole arrangements such as ACC (accessory power supply) and hazard lighting may be set. Further, the ACC and CHG may be shared. Thereby, a keyhole position can be reduced. Further, blocking the movement of the vehicle may be realized by means other than the handle lock, and the rotation of the wheels may be blocked.
The display unit displays either travel permission or charge permission by image display, but is not limited to this. For example, since either driving permission or charging permission is determined by movement of the mechanical key (operation piece), the mechanical key itself may be used as the display unit.
Further, the switching instruction may be given by an operation piece different from the cylinder lock. Even in this case, a separate operation is required to switch between running permission and charging permission. It may be realized by a seesaw type switch, a switch that moves the knob linearly, or a switch that inserts and removes the knob in the axial direction. As described above, two operation permission switches that allow charging and prohibit travel are provided as operation units that switch between travel permission and charge permission, and a travel permission switch that permits travel and prohibits charging.
Moreover, the number of changeover switches may be one. When realized with one switch, the charging permission mode and the travel permission mode may be alternately switched every time the switch is operated. At this time, it is preferable that a display indicating whether one of the travel permission and the charge permission is selected is provided separately from the switch. This makes it easier for the driver to grasp the current mode.
In switching the mode, when an input device having a different travel position and charging position is used, the power supply reset by the
