前記電子メールデータの中に格納されている全ての電子メールを、受信日時、送信日時の昇順にソートし、ソート結果を、前記クライアントPCの画面上にデフォルト表示する手段と、
デフォルト表示以外の表示として、受信日時の降順、送信日時の降順、主題の昇順／降順、送信元の昇順／降順、送信先の昇順／降順、受信種別の昇順／降順、又は、添付ファイルの有／無でソートし、ソート結果を、前記クライアントPCの画面上に表示する手段と、
前記電子メールデータの中に格納されている全ての電子メールの主題、および本文に対して任意のキーワードで全文検索を行い、ヒットした電子メールが存在する場合は、ヒットした電子メールを、クライアントPCの画面上に表示する手段と、
前記電子メールデータの中に格納されている任意の電子メールに対して、電子メールのヘッダに格納されているヘッダ情報を抽出する手段と、
抽出したヘッダ情報に基づき、任意の電子メールに対して、該電子メールを含んだ、送信、受信、返信、および転送を含む電子メールの一連のやり取りの流れを構築し、当該やり取りの流れを前記クライアントPCの画面上に表示する手段と、
前記電子メールデータの中に格納されている任意の電子メールに対して、該電子メールの本文に含まれる文章の各行に対して、引用符「>」の抽出と文章の形態素解析を行う手段と、
引用符「>」の抽出結果と文章の形態素解析結果により、電子メール本文に含まれるキーワード群と各キーワードが含まれる行に付与されていた引用符「>」の個数である引用符数を抽出する手段と、
抽出したキーワード群と前記引用符数により、当該電子メール中の重要キーワードを決定し、該重要キーワードを前記クライアントPCの画面上に表示する手段と、
