Description
The present invention relates to a touch switch for detecting a touch with a user's fingertip or the like, and more particularly to a touch switch capable of preventing malfunction.
Conventionally, vehicles and buildings have been provided with switches that can be associated with predetermined operations (functions) such as switching on / off of interior lights and opening / closing of an electric power window. By selectively operating, a target operation is executed.
By the way, in recent years, touch switches (touch panels) that electrically detect a user's touch on a screen instead of a mechanical switch that mechanically detects a user's operation are rapidly spreading. Application to the operation of air conditioners in Japan is under consideration. This touch switch detects an electrical change when a user's finger, which is a conductor, contacts a button displayed on a flat screen. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-75656 discloses a touch switch. (Patent Document 1) and the like.
However, in Patent Document 1, since the button of the touch switch is displayed on a screen that is sufficiently large with respect to the size of the finger, the user may inadvertently touch when performing other work. As a result, there is a risk of unintended operations.
The present invention has been made in the background of the above-described circumstances, and its solution is a novel that can prevent an erroneous operation due to careless contact without interfering with the user's conscious operation. It is to provide a touch switch having a structure.
In the first aspect of the present invention, AC voltage is applied to the conductive member from a plurality of locations, and the presence / absence of contact of the detected conductor to the conductive member and the contact position based on the energization state of the conductive member in the touch switch for detecting the on the operation surface of the conductive member to be detected conductor contact, and partitioning projections are provided which are formed of an insulating material defining the operation surface, conductive members The portion of the operation surface that is not covered by the partitioning convex portion is a detection surface, while the partitioning convex portion and the detection surface of the conductive member are entirely covered with a dielectric layer. The operation through the dielectric layer on the detection surface of the conductor to be detected is detected .
According to the touch switch having the structure according to the first aspect, unintentional contact with the operation surface of the conductor is prevented by the partitioning convex portion formed of an insulating material, and the operation surface due to unintentional contact is obtained. Can be avoided. As a result, it is possible to selectively accept only a user's intentional operation and execute an operation corresponding to the operation.
Further , according to the first aspect, since the conductor to be detected is indirectly in contact with the conductive member via the dielectric layer, wear and deterioration of the conductive member are prevented, and durability is improved. Figured. In addition, even when the dielectric layer is interposed between the conductive member and the detected conductor by applying an AC voltage, the current is substantially reduced between the conductive member and the detected conductor based on the capacitance. And the presence / absence of contact and the contact position are detected effectively.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in the first aspect, a plurality of the detection surfaces are formed by partitioning a surface of the conductive member with the partitioning convex portions. is there.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in the first or second aspect, a value of an alternating voltage applied to the conductive member from a plurality of locations is measured, and the measured value is stored in advance. Contact confirmation means for determining the presence or absence of contact of the detected conductor with respect to the detection surface based on a comparison with a set threshold value, and the detected conductivity on the detection surface based on a ratio between the measured values An operation specifying means for determining a contact position of the body, and the operation specifying means detected by the operation specifying means on condition that the detected conductor is in contact with the detection surface detected by the contact confirmation means. The contact position of the conductor to be detected is output as a control signal.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in any one of the first to third aspects, a linear longitudinal groove extends on an armrest installed on an inner surface of a panel of an automobile door. The detection surface is provided on the bottom surface side of the longitudinal groove.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in any one of the first to fourth aspects, three or more partitioning convex portions having a linear ridge shape are provided on the conductive member. The detection surfaces are arranged in parallel on the operation surface, and each of the detection surfaces extending linearly between adjacent partitioning convex portions is provided.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the conductive member is formed of a conductive resin.
As shown in the sixth aspect, when the conductive member is formed of a conductive resin, the degree of freedom of the shape of the conductive member can be increased by molding. Accordingly, even when a three-dimensional shape is required for the conductive member, the conductive member can be easily formed into a predetermined shape.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the conductive member is formed of a conductive paint.
According to the 7th aspect, the electrically-conductive member of the shape requested | required can be easily formed by apply | coating a conductive paint to the surface of resin-made members etc. excellent in the moldability.
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the touch switch described in any one of the first to seventh aspects, a displacement amount and a displacement direction of the contact displacement of the detected conductor on the conductive member are: It is specified by continuously detecting the presence / absence of contact and the contact position.
According to the eighth aspect, since the movement of the conductor to be detected on the conductive member is detected, one operation can be performed by associating the operation with the change in the contact position as well as the presence or absence of the contact. More operations can be realized with the touch switch.
According to the present invention, the partitioning convex portion having electrical insulation is provided on the operation surface of the conductive member that comes into contact with the conductor to be detected, and the operation surface is partitioned by the partitioning convex portion. Thereby, in the touch switch according to the present invention, an unintended contact of the conductor with the operation surface is avoided, and an intentional operation (input) is selectively accepted.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
In addition, the
A first
The
Further, a
Further, the first and
Further, a partitioning
Furthermore, a
The upper surface of the partitioning
As shown in FIG. 4, when the
When currents I 1 and I 2 flow through the first and
Then, when contact of the
Note that the measurement of the voltage value by the first and
When the
On the other hand, when the human body including the
Thereby, in the
On the other hand, when the opening / closing of the car window is intentionally operated, the
In the present embodiment, in the capacitively coupled
Further, if the
In addition, since the
In the present embodiment, the example in which the vehicle window is opened and closed by sliding the
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited by the specific description .
Further, the shape of the partitioning convex portion is not particularly limited, and for example, a partitioning
Furthermore, for the partitioning convex portion, for example, a protruding shape such as a hemispherical shape can be adopted in addition to the plate shape or the ridge shape. In short, the shape of the partitioning convex portion is not particularly limited as long as it is made of an electrically insulating material and protrudes from the
Furthermore, as the partitioning convex portion, for example, a partitioning convex portion 82 such as the
In addition, the conductor to be detected that contacts the
In addition, the device controlled by the operation of the touch switch is not limited to the opening / closing device of the vehicle window. For example, an air conditioner, an audio system, a door lock opening / closing device, a control device for the vehicle interior light, etc. It may be controlled by operating a switch.
