Claims (8)
- ブラシレスモータと、該ブラシレスモータに接続され相互に回転可能に軸支された打撃機構と、該打撃機構の出力により先端工具を打撃するインパクト工具において、
前記打撃機構は、打撃面を有するハンマと、被打撃面を有し前記ハンマにより打撃される出力軸を有し、前記ハンマは連続回転が可能であり、前記ハンマと前記出力軸は相互に360度未満の相対回転だけが可能であり、
締め付け初期段階では前記ブラシレスモータを正転方向に連続駆動させ、負荷が大きくなると前記ブラシレスモータの回転数を脈動させ、更に負荷が大きくなると前記ブラシレスモータの正転と逆転を繰り返すように駆動することにより締め付けを行うことを特徴とするインパクト工具。 - 前記インパクト工具は、ドリル制御とインパクト制御の2つの制御レベルを有し、
前記ドリル制御においては正転の連続駆動のみで前記ブラシレスモータを駆動し、
前記インパクト制御においては前記ブラシレスモータの正転方向への連続駆動と、回転数を脈動させる駆動と、正転と逆転を繰り返す駆動を切り替えながら締め付けを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ブラシレスモータに所定の駆動電流を供給するためのインバータ回路と、該インバータ回路の駆動制御を行う制御部を設け、
前記制御部が前記ブラシレスモータの回転方向及び回転速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ブラシレスモータの回転数を脈動させる断続駆動は、前記インバータ回路をパルス制御することにより行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記連続駆動から脈動させる駆動への移行、及び、前記脈動させる駆動から正転と逆転を繰り返す駆動への移行は、前記ブラシレスモータに流れる電流値、又は、前記ブラシレスモータの回転速度の変化、又は前記打撃機構の出力軸に発生する衝撃トルク値を用いて前記制御部が行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記正転及び逆転の断続駆動において、前記ブラシレスモータを所定の逆方向回転速度になるまで逆転させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインパクト工具。
- 前記ブラシレスモータに流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路を設け、
前記ドリル制御において、検出された電流値が所定の電流閾値以上になった場合に、前記制御部は前記ブラシレスモータを停止させることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載のインパクト工具。 - 前記ドリル制御と前記インパクト制御を切り替える切替ダイヤルを設け、
前記ドリル制御において、モータの回転を停止させるトルク値を設定するための複数段の設定位置を前記切替ダイヤルに設けたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインパクト工具。
