Claims (3)
- 粉鉄鉱石を含む鉄源原料、適宜、炭材、及び石灰を含む副原料を含む焼結鉱用の配合原料をバインダーを用いて湿式造粒した造粒物の表層に、硫酸アルミニウム、ポリ塩化アルミニウム、塩化第二鉄、硫酸第一鉄、マグネシウムイオン、カルシウムイオンを含む水溶液、アニリン−ホルムアルデヒド重複合物塩酸塩、ポリヘキサメチレンチオ尿素酢酸塩、ポリビニルベンジルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライド、アニオン性高分子凝集剤、ノニオン性高分子凝集剤、カチオン性高分子凝集剤の1つ、又は、これらを組合せた凝集剤、疎水剤、及び撥水剤のいずれか1又は2以上からなる強度低下抑制剤を付着させ、焼結機に供給する被覆造粒物とすることを特徴とする焼結用造粒物の処理方法。
- 請求項1記載の焼結用造粒物の処理方法において、前記造粒物に前記強度低下抑制剤を付着させる前に、前記造粒物を乾燥処理することを特徴とする焼結用造粒物の処理方法。
- 請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載の焼結用造粒物の処理方法において、前記バインダーは、粘着性バインダー、粘土系バインダー、及び分散性バインダーのいずれか1又は2以上であることを特徴とする焼結用造粒物の処理方法。
