However, in the conventional vehicle body structure, since the opening portion is provided in the floor portion of the vehicle body, the opening portion becomes fragile. For example, when a large impact is applied from the front and rear direction, the vehicle body is greatly deformed, There was a risk of damaging parts and the like.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle body structure that achieves both maintainability of electrical components and the like and rigidity of the vehicle body.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a vehicle body structure, wherein an opening is provided in a floor portion of the vehicle body, and an electrical component is disposed in a space accessible from the opening. A reinforcing portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body is provided.

According to the present invention, since the reinforcing portion that passes through the peripheral portion of the opening for accessing the electrical component is provided, for example, when the vehicle body receives an impact from the front and rear and deforms in the front and rear direction, The deformation of the opening is suppressed.

For this reason, the electrical component in the opening can be protected, and both the maintainability of the electrical component and the like and the rigidity of the vehicle body can be achieved.

Embodiments of a vehicle body structure for an automobile according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, the lower left indicates the vehicle body front side, and the upper right indicates the vehicle body rear side.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the vehicle body structure 100 includes a floor panel rear portion 11 </ b> B serving as a floor portion of a vehicle compartment 19 at the rear portion of the vehicle body 100 </ b> A and a body side sill 18 integrally formed at a side end of the floor panel rear portion 11 </ b> B. , 18 (partially not shown), rear side members 14 and 14 (see FIG. 8) provided on the lower inner wall surface of the body side sill 18 and 18 on the lower surface side of the floor panel rear part 11B, and the center of the rear surface of the floor panel rear part 11B Reinforcing members 17 and 17 serving as reinforcing portions attached to the floor, electrical components 15 disposed between the reinforcing members 17 and 17 on the back surface side of the floor panel rear portion 11B, and a motor 16 disposed on the lower surface side of the floor panel rear portion 11B. Etc. (see FIG. 7).

An opening 11Bc is formed in the center of the floor panel rear portion 11B (see FIG. 2). The opening 11Bc has a narrower opening width toward the front side of the vehicle body 100A, and the opening 11Bc extends to the vehicle body rear wall portion 22 of the passenger compartment 19.

Inverted L-shaped flanges 11Ba are formed on the edges on both sides of the opening 11Bc toward the inside of the vehicle compartment 19 (see FIG. 6), and the flanges 11Ba and 11Ba are equidistantly spaced from the upper wall portion 11BF. Bolt holes 11Bd,... Are formed.

The rear end of the flange 11Ba is in contact with the vehicle body rear wall 22. A connecting plate portion 11Be protruding to the side of the vehicle body 100A is formed at the rear end of the flange 11Ba, and the connecting plate portion 11Be is fixed to the vehicle body rear wall portion 22.

On the front end side of the floor panel rear portion 11B, a connecting portion 11Bb having a hat-like cross section is formed continuously to the front end of the flange 11Ba of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B.

The floor panel front portion 11A that forms the floor in the vehicle compartment 19 at the front of the vehicle body 100A extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle compartment 19 at the center and protrudes inside the vehicle compartment 19 and has a hat-shaped protrusion. Is formed, and this ridge portion is a tunnel portion 21 (see FIG. 5 of a cross section taken along the line AA in FIG. 1).

The tunnel portion 21 extends from the dash panel (front wall portion) 24 (see FIG. 3) on the front side in the vehicle compartment 19 toward the rear of the vehicle body 100A, and the rear end of the connecting portion 11Bb of the floor panel rear portion 11B. It is connected to the front end (see FIG. 2). Thereby, the space M1 in the tunnel portion 21 communicates with the space M2 in the opening of the floor panel rear portion 11B (see FIG. 2).
<Reinforcing member 17>
In these communicating spaces M1, M2, a pair of reinforcing members 17, 17 are supported by, for example, cross members 25,... Spanned in the lateral direction of the vehicle body 100A (see FIG. 3).

The reinforcing members 17 and 17 are arranged symmetrically in the front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle body 100A, and are attached to the back surfaces of the floor panels 11A and 11B, respectively.

Each reinforcing member 17 is an elongate member made of, for example, an aluminum alloy and having a long rail shape with an S-shaped cross section and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.

The reinforcing members 17, 17 pass through the periphery of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B (below the flange 11Ba), the inside of the connection portion 11Bb of the flange 11Ba, and the tunnel portion 21 at the front of the vehicle body 100A. It extends in the longitudinal direction of 100A.

The rear ends of the reinforcing members 17, 17 are fixed to the vehicle body rear wall portion 22, and the front ends are fixed to a dash panel 24 (see FIG. 3) on the front side of the vehicle compartment 19 (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the reinforcing member 17 is continuous with the base portion 17A, the joint portion 17a continuously formed on the upper portion of the base portion 17A and projecting to one side, and the lower portion of the base portion 17A. It has the junction part 17b which was formed and protruded to the other side.

In the front part of the vehicle body 100A where the floor panel front part 11A is provided, the joint part 17a of the reinforcing member 17 is spot welded 23 to the back surface of the tunnel part 21, and the joint part 17b is the front part of the floor panel in the vicinity of the tunnel part 21. Spot welding 23 is performed on the back surface of 11A.

The substantially square closed cross sections I and J are formed on the left and right as shown in FIG. 5 by the left and right side portions of the tunnel portion 21 of the floor panel front portion 11A and the left and right side portions of the upper wall portion and the reinforcing members 17 and 17. .
On the other hand, in the rear part of the vehicle body 100A where the floor panel rear part 11B is provided, the joint part 17a of the reinforcing member 17 is spot welded 23 to the upper wall part 11BF of the flange 11Ba, and the joint part 17b is the rear part of the floor panel in the vicinity of the flange 11Ba. Spot welding 23 is performed on the back surface of 11B.

The flange 11Ba of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B and the reinforcing member 17 form a substantially rectangular closed cross section K, L.

By forming the substantially square closed cross-sections I to L, the impact resistance in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 100A is enhanced.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, the pair of reinforcing members 17 and 17 have bent portions (curved portions) 17c and 17c formed so as to expand rearward of the vehicle body 100A. The bent portions 17c and 17c are curved so as to surround an electrical component 15 described later. Further, the bent portion 17c is spaced from the rear side member 14 of the body side sill 18 by a predetermined distance, and the height positions in the vertical direction of the vehicle body substantially coincide with each other.

As described above, the reason why the spaces are separated from each other by a predetermined distance is to secure a room that can be deformed when the rear side member 14 or the reinforcing member 17 bends by absorbing the impact when receiving an impact from the front-rear direction. is there.

The fixing described above is not limited to spot welding 23 and may be fixed by another fixing method. Further, a bead portion may be provided on the reinforcing member 17 to further increase the rigidity. Further, the reinforcing member 17 may be integrally formed so as to form at least one side of the tunnel portion 21.
<Electrical component 15 and motor 16>
2 and 7, the motor (electrical component) 16 is attached to and supported by the back surface of the floor panel rear portion 11B at the rear portion of the vehicle body 100A (not shown). Between the back surface of the rear part 11B, it is buffered by an elastic member (not shown) such as rubber.

A pair of support frames 28 are provided above the motor 16, and the support frames 28 support the electrical component 15 such as an electronic drive unit.

In this state, the motor 16 is disposed at a position in the accessible space M2 that can be maintained from the opening 11Bc (shown in FIG. 7) of the floor panel rear portion 11B.

In addition, an electrical harness 27 (see FIG. 2) extends from the electrical component 15 along the tunnel portion 21 at the front of the vehicle body 100A for wiring to other parts (such as an ECU) of the vehicle body 100A.

In this way, high voltage components such as the electrical harness 27 and the electrical component 15 may be disposed and protected in the central portion of the vehicle body 100A in consideration of safety when the vehicle body 100A receives an impact from the front-rear direction. In many cases, the electric harness 27 and the electrical component 15 are surrounded by the reinforcing members 17 and 17 and further protected.
<Maintenance hatch (cover member) 12>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the maintenance hatch 12 is configured by a U-shaped casing 12 </ b> A whose rear surface and lower surface (the lower side in FIG. 2 and the upper side in FIG. 4) are opened.

The front end portion 12a of the housing 12A is formed such that its height decreases and its width decreases as it goes forward of the vehicle body 100A. Therefore, the front end portion 12a of the maintenance hatch 12 has a shape that is expanded rearward similarly to the bent portions 17c and 17c (see FIG. 3) of the reinforcing members 17 and 17.

Further, a flange 12fc is formed at the tip of the upper wall portion of the tip portion 12a, and flanges 12fa and 12fb projecting sideways are formed at the lower end of the side wall portion 12Aa of the housing 12A. A flange 12fd is formed at the rear end of the housing 12A.

The flange 12fa and the flange 12fb are integrated continuously via the flange 12fc.

Further, a plurality of bolt holes 12d,... Are formed at equal intervals in the flanges 12fa, 12fb, 12fc, and among these, the flanges 12fa, 12fb are located above the flange 11Ba of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B. It is joined to the wall portion 11BF and bolted (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 comparison, see FIG. 6 and FIG. 7).

Thereby, the maintenance hatch 12 is attached to the opening portion 11Bc via the flange 11Ba and closes the opening between the flanges 11Ba and 11Ba. The flange 12fc is bolted to the vehicle body rear wall portion 22.

That is, the maintenance hatch 12 is fixed to both the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B and the vehicle body rear wall portion 22.

Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment will be described.

Since the reinforcing member 17 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 100A through the peripheral edge of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B is provided, even if the vehicle body 100A is deformed when the vehicle body 100A receives an impact from the front and rear, for example. The electrical component 15 can be protected by suppressing deformation of the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B.

Further, since the motor 16 is disposed at a position in the accessible space M2 that can be maintained from the opening 11Bc (shown in FIG. 7) of the floor panel rear portion 11B, the motor 16 can be easily accessed from the opening 11Bc. Can be maintained.

For this reason, it is possible to achieve both the maintainability of the motor 16 and the electrical component 15 in the opening of the opening 11Bc and the rigidity of the vehicle body 100A.

Further, since the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B is reinforced by the reinforcing members 17 and 17, the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B is not deformed by the attachment / detachment by the maintenance hatch 12. Moreover, not only the opening part 11Bc of the floor panel rear part 11B but also the rigidity around it can be enhanced.

Since the reinforcing member 17 is inserted from the vehicle body rear wall portion 22 to the dash panel 24 at the front end of the vehicle compartment 19 at the front of the vehicle body 100A, the strength of the vehicle body 100A as a whole can be increased.
In the passenger compartment 19, the reinforcing member 17 extends from the front part to the rear part. For example, even if the vehicle body 100A is deformed when the vehicle body 100A receives an impact from the front and rear, it is reinforced by the reinforcing member 17. Therefore, the deformation of the passenger compartment 19 can be suppressed.

The reinforcing member 17 may be formed so as to form at least one side of the tunnel portion 21. Since the tunnel portion 21 is a part of the floor panel front portion 11A, and the floor panel front portion 11A is a part of the vehicle compartment 19, by configuring in this way, the vehicle body 100A can be reduced in weight and the vehicle compartment. 19 deformation is further suppressed.

The reinforcing members 17 and 17 are provided in a pair on the left and right sides, and bent portions 17c and 17c, which are at least a part of the pair of reinforcing portions 17 and 17, are widened to the rear of the vehicle body 100A, and the opening of the floor panel rear portion 11B. Since the portion 11Bc is sandwiched, when the vehicle body 100A receives an impact from the front-rear direction, the received impact is transmitted to the bent portions 17c and 17c via the reinforcing members 17 and 17, as shown in FIG.

Since the bent portions 17c and 17c of the reinforcing members 17 and 17 are expanded rearward of the vehicle body 100A, the bent portions 17c and 17c of the reinforcing member 17 are projected outwardly from the vehicle body 100A due to this impact. Transforms into That is, the reinforcing members 17 and 17 are deformed so as to move away from the electrical component 15.

For this reason, the peripheral part of the opening 11Bc is difficult to contact the electrical component 15 and the motor 16, and the electrical component 15 and the motor 16 are protected. At this time, the rear side member 14 is slightly curved and deformed so as to protrude toward the inside of the vehicle body 100A.

Since the rear side members 14 and 14 and the reinforcing members 17 and 17 substantially coincide with each other in height, the curved deformation of the rear side members 14 and 14 makes contact with each other. The absorbency increases and the impact resistance against the applied impact increases. Thus, the impact force toward the electrical component 15 and the motor 16 can be dispersed and diverted.
It is good also as a structure which expands the bending part of the reinforcement members 17 and 17 ahead of the vehicle body 100A.

Since the pair of reinforcing members 17 and 17 are provided symmetrically in the front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle body 100A, the impact received by the vehicle body 100A can be evenly distributed.

The reinforcing members 17 and 17 are long members having a substantially S-shaped cross section extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 100A, and are substantially square-shaped closed cross sections I to K (FIG. 5 to FIG. 5). The impact resistance strength of the vehicle body 100A is further increased.

The shapes of the closed sections I to K may be 5 to 8 polygons. By doing in this way, the impact strength of the vehicle body 100A can be further increased.

Since the maintenance hatch 12 is provided in the opening 11Bc of the floor panel rear portion 11B, the fixing rigidity (support rigidity) of the maintenance hatch 12 is increased.
Since the maintenance hatch 12 is detachably provided in the opening 11Bc, the maintenance hatch 12 can be removed, and the electrical component 15 protruding from the opening between the flanges 11Ba and 11Ba of the opening 11Bc can be easily maintained.

Hereinafter, other effects of the vehicle body structure according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

Since the front end portion 12a of the maintenance hatch 12 also has a shape that expands rearward, when the vehicle body 100A receives an impact from the front and rear, it is separated from the electrical component 15 in the same manner as the bent portions 17c and 17c of the reinforcing members 17 and 17. Thus, it curves so as to protrude outward from the vehicle body 100A and contributes to protection of the electrical component 15, and also contributes to suppression of deformation of the vehicle body 100A.

Since the reinforcing member 17 extends along the tunnel portion 21 at the center of the floor panel front portion 11A, the electrical harness 27 passed through the tunnel portion 21 can be protected.
Further, since the reinforcing member 17 is fixed to the back surface of the tunnel portion 21 and provided inside the tunnel portion 21, the space in the vehicle compartment 19 is not unnecessarily occupied, and the design in the vehicle compartment 19 is also improved. There is no loss.

Since the central portion of the vehicle body 100A is reinforced by the reinforcing member 17, the weight of the vehicle body 100A can be reduced and more efficiently reinforced than when the left and right sides of the vehicle body 100A are reinforced.

Although the vehicle body structure according to the present invention has been described based on the above-described embodiments, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the gist of the invention according to each claim of the claims.
