Description
可撓性の透明基材と、前記透明基材の第1の面に形成された透明電極と、前記透明基材の前記第1の面に対して反対側の第2の面に形成された加飾層と、前記透明基材の前記第2の面側にて前記透明基材と光学透明粘着層を介して貼着された透明パネルと、を有し、
前記透明基材は1層で構成され、
前記第1の面に位置する前記透明電極は、透明入力領域に形成され、前記第2の面に位置する前記加飾層は、前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に形成されて、前記加飾領域が非透光性とされており、
前記透明電極の端部から前記第1の面側の前記加飾領域内に配線層が延出して形成されており、
前記透明パネルの前記光学透明粘着層に対向する面と反対側の表面が操作面とされていることを特徴とするものである。
ロール・ツー・ロールで可撓性の1層の透明基材を搬送しながら前記透明基材の第1の面に透明電極及び配線層を形成し、このとき、前記透明電極を透明入力領域に形成し、前記配線層を、前記透明電極の端部から、前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域内に延出して形成し、さらに、前記透明基材の第1の面とは反対側の第2の面であって、前記加飾領域に加飾層を形成する工程、
前記透明電極及び前記加飾層が形成された前記透明基材を個片化する工程、
個片化された各透明基材の第2の面側に、光学透明粘着層を介して、前記光学透明粘着層に対向する面と反対側の表面が操作面とされた透明パネルを貼着する工程、
を有することを特徴とするものである。
また本発明では、前記透明保護層は、ハードコート層が形成されたハードコートフィルムであることが好ましい。また、前記加飾領域には、前記透明電極と同じ透明導電材料からなる透明導電層が前記透明電極の端部から連続して形成され、前記配線層が前記透明導電層の表面に形成されていることが好ましい。
また、本発明における入力装置は、静電容量タッチパネルである構成にできる。
図3(模式図)に示すように、PETフィルム等からなる可撓性の透明基材11をロール状にし、ロール・ツー・ロール(Roll to Roll)で透明基材11を各工程へ搬送する。
まず矢印(4)の工程では、透明基材11の第2の面11bに加飾層3をスクリーン印刷する。図1,図2で説明したように、加飾層3を加飾領域1bに印刷形成する。
また、図4の工程を先に行った後、図3の工程を後に行うことも可能である。

Claims (15)
- 可撓性の透明基材と、前記透明基材の第1の面に形成された透明電極と、前記透明基材の前記第1の面に対して反対側の第2の面に形成された加飾層と、前記透明基材の前記第2の面側にて前記透明基材と光学透明粘着層を介して貼着された透明パネルと、を有し、
前記透明基材は1層で構成され、
前記第1の面に位置する前記透明電極は、透明入力領域に形成され、前記第2の面に位置する前記加飾層は、前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に形成されて、前記加飾領域が非透光性とされており、
前記透明電極の端部から前記第1の面側の前記加飾領域内に配線層が延出して形成されており、
前記透明パネルの前記光学透明粘着層に対向する面と反対側の表面が操作面とされていることを特徴とする入力装置。 - 前記第1の面には、前記透明電極の表面を覆う透明保護層が設けられている請求項1記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明保護層は、ハードコート層が形成されたハードコートフィルムである請求項2記載の入力装置。
- 前記加飾領域には、前記透明電極と同じ透明導電材料からなる透明導電層が前記透明電極の端部から連続して形成され、前記配線層が前記透明導電層の表面に形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明電極は、1層構造で構成される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明パネルはガラスパネルである請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明基材は、PETフィルムである請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記入力装置は、静電容量式タッチパネルである請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- ロール・ツー・ロールで可撓性の1層の透明基材を搬送しながら前記透明基材の第1の面に透明電極及び配線層を形成し、このとき、前記透明電極を透明入力領域に形成し、前記配線層を、前記透明電極の端部から、前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域内に延出して形成し、さらに、前記透明基材の第1の面とは反対側の第2の面であって、前記加飾領域に加飾層を形成する工程、
前記透明電極及び前記加飾層が形成された前記透明基材を個片化する工程、
個片化された各透明基材の第2の面側に、光学透明粘着層を介して、前記光学透明粘着層に対向する面と反対側の表面が操作面とされた透明パネルを貼着する工程、
を有することを特徴とする入力装置の製造方法。 - 前記透明電極を形成した後、前記第1の面側に前記透明電極の表面を覆う透明保護層を形成する工程を有する請求項9記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- ハードコート層が形成されたハードコートフィルムを、前記透明保護層として前記透明電極及び前記配線層の表面に貼着する請求項10記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記加飾領域に、前記透明電極と同じ透明導電材料からなる透明導電層を前記透明電極の端部から連続して形成し、前記配線層を前記透明導電層の表面に形成する請求項9ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明電極とガラスパネルとを貼り合わせる請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明基材にPETフィルムを用いる請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記入力装置を、静電容量式タッチパネルとして構成する請求項9ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
