Description
CT(Computed
The present invention relates to a chemical solution injection system for injecting a chemical solution of a chemical solution syringe into a subject with a chemical solution injection device, and in particular, CT (Computed
Tomography) The present invention relates to a chemical injection system for injecting a contrast medium into a subject whose fluoroscopic image is captured by a fluoroscopic imaging apparatus such as a scanner.
現在、被験者の透視画像を撮像する透視撮像装置としては、CTスキャナ、MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)装置、PET(Positron Emission Tomography)装置、超音波診断装置、CTアンギオ装置、MRA(MR
At present, as a fluoroscopic imaging apparatus that captures a fluoroscopic image of a subject, a CT scanner, an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) apparatus, a PET (Positron Emission Tomography) apparatus, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a CT angiographic apparatus, an MRA (MR
Angio) equipment, etc. When using the fluoroscopic imaging apparatus as described above, a chemical solution such as a contrast medium or physiological saline may be injected into a subject, and a chemical solution injection apparatus that automatically executes this injection has also been put into practical use.
Such a chemical solution injection device has, for example, a piston drive mechanism including a drive motor and a slider mechanism, and a chemical solution syringe is detachably attached thereto. The chemical syringe generally has a cylinder member and a piston member, and the piston member is slidably inserted into the cylinder member.
More specifically, the cylinder member has a cylindrical cylinder body, a conduit portion is formed at the center of the closed front end, and the rear end is opened. An annular cylinder flange is formed on the outer periphery of the rear end of the cylinder body, and a piston member is inserted into the inside from the rear end opening.
Such a chemical syringe includes a prefilled type and a post-filling type. The prefilled type chemical solution syringe is shipped in a state where the cylinder member is filled with the chemical solution and the whole is sealed with a packing material. In the post-filling type medical solution syringe, a cylinder member is filled with a desired chemical solution by a user. In addition, below, in order to demonstrate easily, it demonstrates on the assumption that a chemical | medical solution syringe is a prefilled type.
When injecting the chemical solution of the chemical solution syringe as described above into the subject, the operator prepares a chemical solution syringe filled with an appropriate chemical solution and takes out the chemical solution syringe from the packing material. When the chemical solution syringe is connected to the subject with an extension tube and mounted on the chemical solution injection device, the cylinder flange is held by the flange holding member. In such a state, since the chemical solution injection device pushes the piston member into the cylinder member by the piston drive mechanism in response to a predetermined operation, the chemical solution is injected from the chemical solution syringe to the subject.
In that case, when the operator determines the injection speed, the total injection amount, etc. in consideration of the type of the chemical solution and inputs it to the chemical injection device, this chemical injection device injects the chemical into the subject according to the input data. . For example, if a contrast medium is injected as a chemical solution, the contrast level of the subject changes, and a good fluoroscopic image is captured by the fluoroscopic imaging device.
In addition, there exists a product which can inject a physiological saline with a contrast agent into a test subject in a chemical | medical solution injection device. In that case, the operator inputs to the drug solution injection device together with the injection speed, the total injection amount, and the like to inject physiological saline in conjunction with the completion of the injection of the contrast agent as desired. Then, this chemical injection device automatically injects physiological saline after injecting a contrast medium into the subject corresponding to the input data. For this reason, the contrast agent can be boosted with physiological saline to reduce the consumption of the contrast agent, and the artifact can be reduced with the physiological saline.
Although the contrast medium has a high viscosity, the chemical liquid injector is suitable for injecting the contrast medium because the piston member can be pushed into the cylinder member of the chemical liquid syringe at a high pressure. However, in order to push the piston member into the cylinder member at a high pressure, it is also necessary to hold the cylinder member firmly.
For this reason, the chemical injection device implemented by the present applicant has a pair of left and right metal flange holding members, and the flange holding members are supported by a metal main body holding member so as to be freely opened and closed. . The main body holding member has a holding recess formed on the upper surface, and holds the cylinder body inserted from above by the holding recess. The pair of left and right flange holding members are formed with holding slits on the inner surfaces facing each other, and hold the left and right portions of the cylinder flange of the chemical syringe inserted from above in an open state in a closed state.

In addition, the chemical liquid injector that holds the cylinder flange with the pair of flange holding members that can be opened and closed in this way has been filed with various structures by the present applicant (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 5).
Patent Document 1: JP-A No. 2004-154238 Patent Document 2: JP-A No. 2004-154239 Patent Document 3: JP-A No. 2004-187849 Patent Document 4: JP-A No. 2004-243090 Patent Document 5: JP-A No. 2004-290454 In the chemical injection device as described above, the cylinder flange of the chemical syringe can be firmly held by the metal flange holding member. Therefore, a high viscosity contrast agent is formed by pushing the piston member into the cylinder member of the chemical syringe at a high pressure. Can be successfully injected into a subject. Moreover, since the openable / closable flange holding member is supported by the metal main body holding member, even if a great stress acts on the flange holding member from the chemical syringe, for example, the main body holding member may be deformed or damaged. I don't have to.
However, in the current general drug solution syringe, a flat portion is formed on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder flange in order to prevent unnecessary rolling and the like. This flat portion is usually formed in a shape obtained by partially cutting the circular outer peripheral surface of the cylinder flange into a straight line, and is formed in parallel so as to be paired with the opposing position of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder flange. Yes. Therefore, the above-described chemical liquid injector is formed in a structure in which a circular portion that is not a flat portion of the cylinder flange is held by a flange holding member. Therefore, the operator needs to hold the cylinder flange on the flange holding member at the position of the circular portion.
However, even when the flange holding member holds the cylinder flange at the position of the flat portion, it appears that the chemical syringe is appropriately held by the chemical injection device in appearance. In this case, since the area in which the flange holding member holds the cylinder flange decreases, there is a possibility that the cylinder flange may be damaged if the piston member is pushed into the cylinder member at a high pressure.
Furthermore, since there is a chemical syringe that is currently defined so that one of the pair of flat portions of the cylinder flange is upward, in this case, even if the cylinder flange is held by the flange holding member at the circular portion, the chemical syringe If the up and down direction is reversed, a problem occurs.
For example, in a chemical solution injection system filed by the present applicant as Japanese Patent Application No. 2004-110853 (WO2005 / 097232A1), a pattern having a predetermined shape when viewed from above through a cylinder member filled with a transparent chemical solution Is divided into the lower surface of the cylinder member and the inner surface of the holding recess of the main body holding member.
In this chemical solution injection system, the design is visually recognized as a predetermined shape from above the cylinder member only when the chemical solution syringe filled with the chemical solution is properly attached to the chemical solution injection device. With this visual recognition, it is possible to confirm both that the chemical syringe is appropriately held and that the cylinder member is filled with the chemical solution at a time.
However, in such a chemical liquid injection system, even if the cylinder flange is held by the flange holding member in a circular portion, if the vertical direction of the chemical syringe is reversed, the chemical liquid syringe is appropriately held, Neither can the cylinder member be filled with the chemical solution.
Furthermore, in the above-described chemical solution injection device, a chemical solution is injected from the chemical solution syringe into the subject. However, in order to inject an appropriate chemical solution, an operator needs to select an appropriate chemical solution syringe. However, since there are products having the same or similar appearance even if the types of the chemical liquids are different, there is a possibility that the chemical liquid syringe with an inappropriate chemical liquid may be mounted on the chemical liquid injector.
In addition, a product that is not a compatible product may be used as the chemical syringe, and a medical accident may occur due to an inappropriate performance such as pressure resistance. Further, the prefilled type medical solution syringe is discarded after being used once in order to prevent infection or the like, but the current medical solution injection device cannot prevent the used medical solution syringe from being used again.
Furthermore, as described above, it is necessary to input an injection speed, a total injection amount, and the like corresponding to the chemical solution to be used and the chemical solution syringe. However, this operation is complicated and difficult for unskilled workers, and it is impossible to prevent an inappropriate numerical value from being input. In particular, there are products in which the concentration of the active ingredient differs by several times in the current contrast agent. Therefore, several times or a fraction of the appropriate amount of the contrast agent is injected without considering this.
Similarly, there are cases where it is necessary to input data into the chemical injection device such as the injection speed of the chemical depending on the imaging region and the body weight of the subject. However, such an operation is complicated and an input error cannot be prevented. In particular, the applicant has filed that the contrast effect can be improved by changing the injection speed of the contrast agent (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-113475), but it is easy to input such a variable pattern into the drug solution injector. is not.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and provides a chemical injection system that can automatically prevent the piston drive mechanism from being driven in a state where the flange holding member does not appropriately hold the chemical syringe. The purpose is to provide.
The chemical solution injection system of the present invention includes a chemical solution syringe and a chemical solution injection device. A chemical | medical solution syringe has the cylinder member in which the cylinder flange is formed in the rear-end outer periphery of a cylinder main body, and the piston member inserted slidably from the cylinder member back. The chemical solution injection device injects a chemical solution into a subject by pushing a piston member into a cylinder member of a chemical solution syringe.
The chemical syringe has a vertically and horizontally symmetrical cylinder flange , and an RFID tag is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body. The RFID tag has a circuit chip and a planar loop antenna connected to the circuit chip, and wirelessly transmits recording data by electromagnetic induction.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the chemical liquid injector includes a main body holding member, a flange holding member, a piston drive mechanism, an RFID reader, an operation control means, first and second antenna sheets, an electromagnetic shielding sheet, and a reader. A support member. The main body holding member is made of metal, and holds the cylinder main body inserted from above in a state where the axial direction is parallel to the front-rear direction by the holding recess. The flange holding member is made of metal and holds the cylinder flange, which is supported by the main body holding member and is inserted from above, at a specific rotational position where a portion of the structure to be vertically moved is positioned vertically . The piston drive mechanism pushes the piston member into the cylinder member held together with the cylinder flange. The RFID reader wirelessly receives the recording data of the RFID tag by electromagnetic induction. The operation control means controls the operation of the piston drive mechanism in response to the wireless reception of the recording data. The antenna sheet has an elongated loop antenna. The electromagnetic shielding sheet blocks electromagnetic induction. The reader support member is formed of a non-conductive material and a non-magnetic material, and a support recess having a shape substantially continuous with the holding recess is formed.
The liquid syringe, RFID tag is arranged at a position of the side of the cylinder member held by the flange holding member at a rotational position of a specific. In the chemical liquid injector, a through hole facing the RFID tag is formed in the main body holding member in a shape that continues from the left to the right of the held chemical liquid syringe. A reader support member is integrally mounted in the through hole of the main body holding member in a state in which the support recess is substantially continuous with the holding recess, and the RFID reader is embedded in the lower part of the inner surface of the support recess of the reader support member. The right end of the first antenna sheet disposed on the left side of the inner surface of the support recess with the longitudinal direction parallel to the left-right direction faces the RFID reader, and the inner surface of the support recess with the longitudinal direction parallel to the left-right direction. The left end of the second antenna sheet disposed on the right side faces the RFID reader, and the upper surfaces of the RFID reader, a portion other than the left end of the first antenna sheet, and a portion other than the right end of the second antenna sheet are It is shielded by an electromagnetic shielding sheet.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the chemical injection device has a flange holding member, a main body holding member, a piston drive mechanism, an RFID reader, an operation control means, first and second antenna sheets, and an electromagnetic shielding sheet. is doing. The main body holding member is formed of a non-conductive material and a non-magnetic material. The upper surface of the RFID reader is positioned on the bottom surface of the holding recess of the main body holding member, and the right end of the first antenna sheet arranged on the left side of the inner surface of the holding recess with the longitudinal direction parallel to the left-right direction is the RFID reader. Opposite. The left end of the second antenna sheet disposed on the right side of the inner surface of the holding recess with the longitudinal direction parallel to the left-right direction faces the RFID reader.
For this reason, in the chemical injection system according to the present invention, electromagnetic induction between the RFID tag and the RFID reader via the antenna sheet is possible only when the chemical syringe is appropriately attached to the chemical injection device.
The RFID tag and the antenna sheet as described above can be formed in a substantially rectangular sheet shape, for example. The antenna sheet can be formed as a structure corresponding to an RFID tag from which a circuit chip is omitted. Such RFID tags and antenna sheets are approved as communication devices of a unified standard and are mass-produced as off-the-shelf products.
The various means referred to in the present invention need only be formed so as to realize the function. For example, dedicated hardware that exhibits a predetermined function, a data processing apparatus provided with a predetermined function by a computer program It can be realized as a predetermined function implemented in the data processing apparatus by a computer program, a combination thereof, or the like.
Further, the various constituent elements referred to in the present invention do not have to be individually independent, and a plurality of constituent elements are formed as one member, and one constituent element is formed of a plurality of members. It is also possible that a certain component is a part of another component, a part of a certain component overlaps a part of another component, and the like.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the front / rear, left / right, and upper / lower directions are defined, but this is defined for convenience in order to briefly explain the relative relationship of the components of the present invention. The direction at the time of manufacture and use is not limited. Further, the left / right end of the antenna sheet in the present invention means a portion from the outermost edge in the longitudinal direction to an arbitrary range, and may be, for example, a substantially square portion.
In the chemical injection system according to the present invention, electromagnetic induction between the RFID tag and the RFID reader via the antenna sheet is possible only when the chemical syringe is properly attached to the chemical injection device. It can be detected easily and reliably whether it is properly mounted.

[Configuration of the embodiment]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The rear end of the
The
An
Further, when the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
In the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
More specifically, the main
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the main
The
Moreover, the
In the
Since the
In the
Therefore, as will be described in detail later, when the
Furthermore, in the
Further, portions of the first and
Since FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram, the outer peripheral surface of the
In the
The
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
コンピュータユニット140は、いわゆるワンチップマイコンであり、CPU(Central Processing Unit)141、ROM(Read Only Memory)142、RAM(Random
As shown in FIG. 8, in the
(Access Memory) 143, I / F (Interface) 144, and the like. In the
The
The
The
More specifically, in the
If the wirelessly received identification data is not registered, a guidance message such as “This product is not registered as a usable syringe, please confirm that it can be used” is displayed on the
Further, the
Further, in the prefilled type
In this case, the
The
More specifically, the
Further, when the control data of the
Further, when the pressure resistance is recorded in the
The various means of the chemical

[Operation of the embodiment]
In the configuration as described above, when the chemical
At this time, as described above, the
Then, since the
Then, in the
As the confirmation condition, since the identification data of the
For this reason, for example, if a
If the collated serial numbers match, a guidance message such as "This syringe has been used in the past. Please use a new product" will be output as a confirmation warning on the
On the other hand, the recorded data wirelessly received by the
The
Furthermore, the control data such as “pressure resistance”, “capacity”, and “variable pattern that changes the injection speed of the contrast agent over time” are recorded in the recording data wirelessly received from the
As described above, when the chemical
As shown in FIG. 12, the
In the
And in the
Furthermore, in the
Therefore, it is possible to maintain the optimum contrast level well, and to reduce the physical burden on the subject by reducing the injection volume of the contrast medium to the minimum necessary. However, it is not necessary to register a complicated variable pattern in advance in the drug
Furthermore, when the
If the injection pressure becomes an abnormal pressure, a confirmation warning is output and the injection operation is forcibly stopped (step S23), so that it is possible to prevent a medical error in which the drug solution is injected with an abnormal pressure. Moreover, in order for the
In the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6A, when the
Even when the
In addition, a guidance message such as “Syringe omission detected.-Please confirm the syringe installation” is displayed on the
When the
For this reason, in the
In addition, the mechanism for detecting the appropriate mounting of the
In particular, when the
Further, the first and
It should be noted that the
Further, since the occurrence of the abnormality is also transmitted to the other side (steps S25, T15), the occurrence of the abnormality is also output (steps T16, S26) on the other side (steps T10, S24). In addition, since one operation stop is also transmitted to the other (steps S27, T17), the other operation that received the data (steps T13, S31) executes the operation stop (steps T18, S28).
When an operation stop is input on one side (steps S29 and T11), the operation stop is executed (steps S28 and T18) and also transmitted to the other side (steps S27 and T17). On the other side of receiving the data (steps T13 and S31), the operation is stopped (steps T18 and S28).
When the operation completion is detected on the one hand (steps S32 and T14), the operation end is executed (steps S33 and T19), and the operation end is transmitted to the other side (steps S34 and T20). On the other hand, when the data is received (steps T12 and S31), the operation is stopped (steps T18 and S28).
In the
In the
Moreover, since the
Further, a
Note that the
Further, although the
However, in the
[Modification of Embodiment]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are allowed without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the
However, by sticking stickers with guidance messages such as “Please use this as the upper side” and “Do not use this as the upper side” to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body 211 (not shown) The
In this case, for example, the
In such a chemical injection system (not shown), even if the
Moreover, when the up-down direction of the chemical |
Furthermore, when the vertical direction of the
Moreover, in the said form, antenna sheet |
In this case, since the
In other words, it is unnecessary to detect whether or not the chemical syringe is held at a specific rotational position centered on the axis, and the RFID tag is to be wirelessly communicated with the RFID reader in a state where the RFID tag is located in the lower half of the chemical syringe. Then, as described above, it is preferable to omit the
Further, in the above embodiment, the reader antenna is located on the upper surface of the
Further, in the above embodiment, the first and
Further, the end portions of the first and
In the above embodiment, because of the relationship between the shape and size of the holding
However, when the
Moreover, in the said form, it illustrated that the resin-made
Furthermore, in the said form, since the freedom degree of the shape of the resin-made
Moreover, although the chemical | medical
Further, in the above embodiment, the recording data detected by the
In this case, when the
In the above embodiment, the fixed holding
Further, as shown in FIG. 16, a pair of left and right
Moreover, in the said form, it illustrated that the
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the
It is also possible to form a magnetic material with high permeability such as ferrite in the form of a sheet having substantially the same shape as the
Furthermore, in order to simplify the description in the above embodiment, it is assumed that the size of the chemical
In such a chemical solution injection system, the
In this case, the
Moreover, since the
In the chemical solution injection system as described above, the
Further, in the above embodiment, in order to restrict the use of the
However, the
In this case, since it is not necessary to register an enormous production number in the
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the chemical liquid injection control data and the like are also received wirelessly from the
For example, as described above, a time-varying pattern of chemical solution injection is recorded in the
In the above embodiment, it is assumed that the
Further, when the
