Description

The present invention relates to a composition for hair that enhances the penetration of hair protecting ingredients and has a high effect of preventing hair damage.

Currently, many women use hair colors and perms. Furthermore, in addition to these chemical treatments, damage to hair has progressed due to excessive brushing, severe damage to the hair tips such as many split ends and cut hairs, and loss of shine. Treatments that contain silicone or cationic surfactants (hair rinses, hair conditioners, etc.) are used for damaged hair, but they are symptomatic and not fully effective. is the current situation. It is important not only to repair damaged hair, but also to strengthen it to make it hard to damage. There is a demand for hair treatment agents that can maintain hair that is less susceptible to chemical and physical effects, such as hair color, perm, and brushing, and that is less susceptible to damage.

Hair penetration test A hair penetration test was performed using hydrolyzed pearl protein.
Add sodium carbonate-sodium bicarbonate buffer solution (pH 9) of hydrolyzed pearl protein freeze-dried product (freeze-dried pearl protein extract LA-J manufactured by Maruzen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to acetone solution of dansyl chloride (manufactured by SIGMA) And reacted at 50 ° C. for 30 minutes. After removing acetone, unreacted dansyl chloride was removed with octadecylated silica gel (ODS), and then lyophilized to obtain a fluorescent derivative.
The treatment agent which added hydrolyzed pearl protein fluorescent substance so that it might become 1% was prepared (Table 1). Human hair was dipped in this for 1 hour, rinsed lightly with water, then towel-dried and dried with a dryer. After cutting this with a thickness of 5 μm, the hair cross section was observed with a fluorescence microscope. As a comparative experiment, the same test was performed with an aqueous solution containing the same amount of the hydrolyzed pearl protein phosphor.

The results are shown in FIG. The cuticle (the outer periphery of the hair) is a tissue that protects the hair from chemical and physical irritation. However, according to the composition of the present invention, not only the cortex (inside the hair) but also the cuticle is firmly penetrated. Thus, the hair protecting component penetrated remarkably throughout the hair. On the other hand, simply using an aqueous solution of a hair protecting component has a weak penetrating ability into hair. Similarly, in the comparative product in which B and C were changed to purified water, the penetrating power was weak.

Effect of preventing hair damage Human hair was washed with a commercially available shampoo, immersed in the treatment agent shown in Table 2 for 1 hour, rinsed lightly with water, towel-dried and dried with a dryer. The hair was brushed 300 times and scored by evaluating the smoothness of the hair (as combed) and the hair tip disorder. Judgment was made by five people, and the average score was obtained. The evaluation criteria are as follows.

Evaluation criteria "Smoothness of hair""Disturbance of hair tips"
4 points: good little 3 points: slightly good slightly less 2 points: somewhat bad slightly more 1 point: bad more
Judgment criteria A : 3-4 points on average, ○: 2-3 points on average, Δ: 1-2 points on average, X: 0-1 points on average,

The experimental results are shown in Table 3. As a result, when A to C were used in combination, the smoothness of the hair was particularly good, the hair tips were less disturbed, and damage to the hair due to combing was remarkably suppressed. On the other hand, in the case of the comparative prescription in which components A, B and C were not used in combination, hair damage could not be suppressed.

Similar results were obtained when hydrolyzed pearl protein was replaced with hydrolyzed wheat protein. Moreover, when the test was conducted by changing the hydrolyzed pearl protein to purified water, the reduction of the conditioning effect was remarkable.

本処方例に用いたMPC重合体であるリピジュアNR(MPC重合体として5%)、リピジュアS(MPC重合体として100%)の構造はMPC(30%)/ステアリルメタクリレート(70%)である。 Next, the formulation example of the composition for hair of this invention is shown.
