Description

The present invention relates to a washing machine having a rotating tub provided with a cylindrical portion that does not have water permeability during washing.

Conventionally, this type of washing machine has been considered for washing with water and laundry in a rotating tub (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The rotating tank has a cylindrical bottom wall with both bottoms arranged horizontally in the center of rotation, and both end faces are closed, but it is equipped with water and air feed paths for water supply, drainage and drying. An on-off valve is provided on the road. An inner lid for putting laundry in and out of the rotating tub is provided on the cylindrical peripheral wall of the rotating tub, and has a structure that is watertight when closed. The casing is provided with an outer lid, and when the rotation of the rotating tub stops, the laundry can be taken in and out of the rotating tub by opening both the outer lid and the inner lid. It is like that. At the time of washing, water is prevented from flowing out of the rotating tub by closing the above-described on-off valve and inner lid to seal the rotating tub.
JP 2005-177330 A

However, in the above configuration, since the inner lid is provided on the cylindrical peripheral wall portion, when the rotating tub is rotated during washing, the inner lid rotates so as to draw a cylinder around the rotation center axis of the rotating tub. It will be. For this reason, in order to allow the laundry to be taken in and out, it is necessary to rotate and position the rotating tub so that the positions of the inner lid and the outer lid coincide with each other and hold the position. For this reason, for example, when trying to add additional laundry in the middle of washing, it is necessary to wait for the time to perform rotation positioning and the operation of the rotation holding mechanism. .

Moreover, the rotating tub is hermetically sealed during washing, and even if the inner lid can be made of transparent glass or resin material, the inner lid rotates so as to draw a cylinder around the rotation center axis of the rotating tub. For this reason, the user cannot continuously check the washing state of the laundry in the rotating tub from the outside of the housing, and there is a problem that the usability is poor.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is easy for water supplied into a rotating tub provided with a cylindrical portion having no water permeability during washing to flow out of the opening of the rotating tub during washing. The purpose of this is to make it possible to prevent it with the configuration and to improve usability.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, a washing machine of the present invention is provided with a casing, an outer tub elastically supported in the casing, and rotatably provided in the outer tub. A rotating tub provided with a cylindrical portion that does not have, a rotating tub opening provided on one side end surface of the rotating tub for opening and removing laundry opened toward the front of the housing, and opening and closing the rotating tub opening The lid is provided in the casing or the outer tub, and water supplied into the rotating tub by the lid is prevented from flowing out from the opening of the rotating tub during washing. Is.

As a result, when the laundry is taken out, the rotating tub opening is immediately opened by opening the front lid provided in the housing or the outer tub regardless of the rotation stop position of the rotating tub. It is easy to use and removes the object, and when washing, the lid of the rotating tub can be closed by closing the lid. Can be prevented from flowing out. In addition, since the lid is provided in the housing or the outer tub, it does not rotate and does not require strength, so it can be made of transparent glass, resin material, etc. Since the rotating tub is always open, the user can always check the washing state of the laundry in the rotating tub from the outside of the casing through the lid, and the usability can be improved.

The washing machine of the present invention can perform washing with a small amount of water in a rotating tub provided with a cylindrical portion that does not have water permeability during washing, and the water in the rotating tub is washed from the opening of the rotating tub during washing. It can be prevented from flowing out and can be used conveniently.

The first invention includes a housing, an outer tub elastically supported in the housing, a rotating tub provided in the outer tub so as to be rotatable, and having a cylindrical portion that does not have water permeability during washing. A rotating tub opening provided on one end face of the rotating tub for opening / closing laundry opened toward the front of the housing, and a lid for opening / closing the rotating tub opening, By providing the casing or the outer tub and preventing the water supplied into the rotating tub by the lid from flowing out of the opening of the rotating tub during washing, at the time of taking out the laundry, Regardless of the rotation stop position of the rotating tub, the opening of the rotating tub is opened immediately by opening the front lid provided on the housing or outer tub, so that the laundry can be easily put in and out. Realize and close the lid when washing I, it is possible to close the rotating tub opening may be water water to the rotary tub is prevented from flowing out from the rotary tub opening when washed. In addition, since the lid is provided in the casing or the outer tub, it does not rotate and does not require strength, so it can be made of transparent glass, resin material, etc. Since the rotating tub is always open, the user can always check the laundry state of the laundry in the rotating tub from the outside of the housing through the lid, which is easy to use.

Furthermore, the lid body is provided with a closing part for closing the rotating tank opening and a support part for rotatably supporting the closing part, and the closing part is rotated together with the rotating tank when the rotating tank opening is closed. Therefore, there is no relative rotational speed difference between the closed portion and the rotating tub opening, so that no wear or sliding noise is generated, and there is no gap between the closed portion and the rotating tub opening. Since it can eliminate, it can prevent reliably that the water supplied in the rotation tank flows out from an opening part of a rotation tank.

In the second invention, in particular, the lid of the first invention is configured such that the elastic body is disposed between the opening of the rotating tank and the opening of the rotating tank when the cover is closed. Since the gap between them can be reduced by an elastic body, when water supplied into the rotating tub is scattered to the rotating tub opening side during washing, it can be prevented from flowing out from the rotating tub opening, In addition, even when the lid and the rotating tub opening are eccentric, contact between the lid and the rotating tub opening is absorbed by the elastic body, so that damage to the lid and the rotating tub opening can be prevented. .

In the third invention, in particular, the lid according to the first or second invention includes a closing portion that closes the rotating tank opening, and a support that supports the closing portion so as to be movable forward and backward in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotating tank. By providing the part, the lid can be brought into contact with the rotating tank opening by moving the closing part toward the rotating tank opening during washing, and the water supplied into the rotating tank rotates. It is possible to reliably prevent outflow from the tank opening, and when the rotational speed of the rotating tank is high or when the lid and the rotating tank opening are eccentric, the blocking part is removed from the rotating tank opening. By separating, generation | occurrence | production of abrasion and a sliding sound can be suppressed, and damage to a cover body or a rotation tank opening part can be prevented.

In the fourth aspect of the invention, in particular, the lid of the third aspect of the invention closes the opening of the rotating tank when water is stored in the rotating tank, and separates from the opening of the rotating tank when water is not stored. As a result, when the laundry is stored in the rotating tub and the rotating tub is rotating at a low speed, the lid and the rotating tub opening are brought into contact with each other by moving the closing portion toward the rotating tub opening. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent water in the rotating tank from flowing out from the opening of the rotating tank. In addition, when dewatering the rotating tank at high speed after draining the water stored in the rotating tank, the closure part is separated from the opening of the rotating tank, thereby suppressing the generation of wear and sliding noise, and the lid by dehydrating vibration. And damage to the opening of the rotating tank can be prevented.

In the fifth aspect of the invention, in particular, since the rotating tub according to any one of the first to fourth aspects is inclined to the front high level, water in the rotating tub can easily go to the rear. It is possible to prevent outflow from the rotating tank opening.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an external view thereof, and FIGS. The outer tub 2 is elastically supported by the suspension 4 in the housing 1, and the vibration of the outer tub 2 during washing and dehydration is configured to be damped by a damping mechanism 5 provided below the housing 1. . A rotating tub 3 is provided in the outer tub 2 so as to be rotatable in a state in which its rotation axis is inclined to be higher forward than horizontal. A motor 10 is provided as a driving source for rotation of the motor.

The rotating tub 3 is connected to the motor 10 by the tub rotating shaft 11, and the control means 12 rotates and drives the motor 10 as necessary to wash and dehydrate the laundry in the rotating tub 3. The rotating tub 3 has a tapered cylindrical portion 3a whose inner diameter increases toward the front, and the axial center of the cylindrical portion 3a is substantially the same axis as the rotating shaft of the rotating tub 3, and both end surfaces thereof are These are provided so as to be arranged in the front-rear direction of the housing 1.

The front end face of the rotating tub 3 is provided with a rotating tub opening 8 that is largely open in a circular shape so that laundry can be taken in and out of the rotating tub 3. Similarly, the housing 1 and the outer tub 2 are provided with a circular housing opening 6 and an outer tub opening 7 that serve as openings for putting laundry into and out of the rotating tub 3. The casing opening 6, the outer tank opening 7, and the rotating tank opening 8 are open toward the front upper side of the casing 1 so as to be aligned on the same axis as the rotation axis of the rotating tank 3.

The housing 1 is provided with a lid body 9 that opens and closes the housing opening 6, and the lid body 9 is made of a transparent resin material, glass, or the like. The user can open and close the laundry 9 by opening the lid 9, and by closing the lid 9, the rotation of the rotary tub 3 generated during washing or dehydration and the outer tub 2 is not touched.

With the above configuration, when the user puts in and out the laundry when the rotation of the rotating tub 3 is stopped, the rotating tub opening 8 is opened to the housing 1 when the lid 9 is opened regardless of the rotation stopping position of the rotating tub 3. Since it always opens toward the person standing in front of the door, it is possible to immediately work in an easy posture, and by rotating the rotating tub 3 by hand, the laundry in the rotating tub 3 can be easily taken out. It is easy to use. Moreover, since the user can always visually recognize the washing state in the rotating tub 3 through the transparent lid body 9 at the time of washing, it is possible to have a sense of security and convenience.

Above the outer tub 2, a detergent container water supply channel 13 for supplying water to the detergent container 14 containing the detergent is provided, and a water supply valve 15 for opening and closing the water channel is provided in the middle of the detergent container water supply channel 13. It has been. One end of a telescopic water supply hose 16 is connected to the lower side of the detergent container 14, and the other end is connected to a rotary tank water supply path 17 for supplying water into the rotary tank 3. As shown in detail in FIG. 3, one end of the rotary tank water supply path 17 is connected to the rear of the outer tank 2, and a plurality of water supply holes 18 provided near the tank rotation shaft 11 of the rotary tank 3 via the outer tank 2. Water is supplied into the rotary tank 3. No holes other than the water supply hole 18 are opened in the rear side end face of the rotating tub 3.

As shown in detail in FIG. 3, between the outer tank 2 and the rotating tank 3 in the vicinity of the tank rotating shaft 11, the outer tank has a connection portion to the outer tank 2 and the water supply hole 18 of the rotating tank water supply channel 17. Ring-shaped ribs centering on the tank rotation shaft 11 protrude from the two and the rotary tank 3 so as to face each other. A water-tight oil seal 21 is disposed between the outer tub side rib 19 and the rotary tub side rib 20, and even if the rotator 3 rotates during washing, It is comprised so that it may not leak to the outer side of the outer tank side rib 19. FIG.

With the above configuration, when the control means 12 opens the water supply valve 15 as necessary, the tap water passes through the detergent container water supply channel 13 and the detergent container 14 and then becomes washing water containing detergent, and the water supply hose 16 and the rotating tub. The water can be supplied into the rotary tank 3 through the outer tank 2 through the water supply path 17.

The cylindrical portion 3a of the rotating tub 3 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 22, and the rotating tub 3 containing the washing water and the laundry is rotated at a low speed, so that the laundry is hooked by the protrusions 22 and above. It is possible to carry out washing by giving an agitating action such as lifting and dropping by gravity. Further, a drain outlet 23 is provided at the rear end of the cylindrical portion 3 a of the rotating tub 3 for discharging water supplied into the rotating tub 3 to the outside of the housing 1 through the drain hose 30. .

As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the drain port 23 is provided with a drain valve 24 that opens and closes the drain port 23, and when the water is supplied to the rotating tub 3, the drain port 23 is closed in a watertight manner due to gravity and water pressure. It becomes. At the time of drainage, the control means 12 drives the drain valve driving means 25 provided at the lower part of the outer tub 2 to lift the drain valve 24 and open the drain port 23 by protruding the arm 25a to the drain port 23 side. Can do. However, since it is necessary to make the drain valve driving means 25 at the lower part of the outer tank and the drain valve 24 of the inner tank face each other at the time of drainage, the rotary tank 3 needs to be rotated and positioned, and a rotational position sensor (not shown) is also included. I have.

In addition, the cylindrical portion 3a of the rotating tub 3 having a tapered shape is provided with a plurality of dewatering ports 26 at the front end portion where the inner diameter is maximum. As shown in detail in FIG. 5, the dewatering port 26 is provided with a dewatering valve 27 that opens and closes the dewatering port 26. Normally, the dewatering port 26 is urged toward the rotating tub 3 by a spring 28 and the dewatering port 26 is closed in a watertight manner. Has been.

At the time of dehydration in which the rotating tub 3 is rotated at high speed, the dehydration valve 27 is set to open against the urging force of the spring 28 by centrifugal force. With the above configuration, the cylindrical portion 3a of the rotating tub 3 has a structure that does not have water permeability during washing. The control means 12 drives the drain valve driving means 25 or rotates the rotating tub 3 at high speed as necessary. By switching, it is switched to a drainable state or a dewaterable state.

With the above configuration, the water supplied into the rotating tub 3 does not flow out of the rotating tub 3 from other than the rotating tub opening 8 described above during washing. During washing and dehydration, the rotating tub 3 rotates and vibrates with the outer tub 2, so that contact occurs between the lid 9 and the rotating tub opening 8, and wear and sliding noise are generated. In order not to break or break, it is necessary to provide a gap between the lid 9 and the rotary tank opening 8. The water in the rotary tank 3 may flow out of this gap, but in order to prevent this, the lid body 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 are polymerized with a predetermined length in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotary tank 3. Specifically, polymerization is performed such that the lid body 9 enters the inside of the rotary tank opening 8.

As a result, the gap can be made as small as possible, and when the water in the rotating tub 3 scatters to the rotating tub opening 8 side during washing, the scattered water is applied to the lid 9 to return it to the rotatory tub 3 again. It is possible to prevent the outflow from the rotary tank opening 8. Furthermore, since the rotation tank 3 is provided so that the rotation axis is higher toward the front than the horizontal, the scattered water easily flows backward, so that the rotation tank 3 flows out from the rotation tank opening 8. Is more effectively prevented.

A bellows 29 formed of a flexible elastic body capable of absorbing vibration is disposed between the housing opening 6 and the rotary tank opening 8. When the lid body 9 is closed, one end of the bellows 29 is formed on the inner surface thereof. Is pressed. For this reason, even if water scatters from the gap between the lid 9 and the rotating tub opening 8 to the outer tub 2 side, the water does not flow out of the housing 1.

In the configuration as described above, an example of the operation sequence of the washing machine will be described below. First, in the washing process, the control means 12 opens the water supply valve 15, guides tap water into the detergent container 14, and then supplies the washing water containing the detergent through the water supply hose 16, the rotating tank water supply path 17, and the outer tank 2. To feed water into the rotary tank 3. The control means 12 closes the water supply valve 15 and stops water supply at a water level such that the water in the rotary tank 3 does not reach the lower end of the rotary tank opening 8.

Next, by rotating the rotating tub 3 containing the laundry and the washing water at a low speed, the laundry is lifted upward by the protrusion 22 and then dropped, and the laundry is washed. During this time, the lid 9, the drain valve 24, and the dehydration valve 27 are in a closed state, preventing the water in the rotating tub 3 from flowing out to the outer tub 2 side. After continuing the above operation for a predetermined time, the control means 12 controls the rotation of the motor 10 in accordance with information output from a rotational position sensor (not shown) and the drain valve driving means 25 and the drain valve 24 face each other. The rotary tank 3 is stopped.

Next, the control means 12 drives the drain valve driving means 25 to protrude the arm 25a to the drain port 23 side, thereby lifting the drain valve 24 and opening the drain port 23 to wash the washing water in the rotary tub 3. The water is drained and discharged out of the housing 1 through the drain hose 30. When the drainage of the washing water in the rotary tub 3 is completed, the control means 12 drives the drain valve driving means 25 to pull the arm 25a back to the original position. Thereafter, the control means 12 rotates the rotating tub 3 at a high speed and causes the laundry to stick to the cylindrical portion 3 a of the rotating tub 3.

The washing water remaining in the laundry is separated from the laundry by centrifugal force and moves to the wall surface of the cylindrical portion 3a. The washing water that has moved to the wall surface moves to the front end of the cylindrical portion 3a where the inner diameter with the largest centrifugal force is maximized. At the front end of the cylindrical portion 3a, the dehydration valve 27 is opened by centrifugal force, and the dehydration port 26 is opened. For this reason, the wash water that has moved to the front end of the cylindrical portion 3 a of the rotating tub 3 is discharged from the dewatering port 26 to the outer tub 2 side and is discharged out of the housing 1 through the drainage hose 30.

After continuing the said operation | movement for the predetermined time, the control means 12 stops rotation of the rotation tank 3, opens the water supply valve 15, and supplies the rinse water which does not contain a detergent in the rotation tank 3 this time. The control means 12 performs the same control as in the subsequent washing and rinses the laundry. Thereafter, rinsing and dehydration are repeated several times, and after the final dehydration, the operation of the washing machine is terminated.

In addition, in the structure of this Embodiment, although it is set as the washing machine which made the rotation tank 3 inclined, it is not limited to this, Even if it is a washing machine from which the rotating shaft of the rotation tank 3 becomes a horizontal direction Even if the degree is different, the same effect can be expected. Moreover, although the cover body 9 is provided in the housing | casing 1, this may be provided in the outer tank 2, In that case, the rotation tank 3 and the outer tank 2 vibrate substantially integrally at the time of washing and dehydration. Therefore, even if the gap provided in the lid 9 and the rotating tub opening 8 is made smaller, there is no fear of contact, and therefore the effect of preventing the outflow of water from the rotating tub opening 8 can be further expected.

(Embodiment 2)
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The same constituent elements as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 6, the lid body 9 is provided so as to protrude from the rotary tank opening 8 inward of the rotary tank 3, and enters the rotary tank 3. For this reason, when the rotating tub 3 is rotated at the time of washing, the water scattered in the rotating tub 3 is suppressed by the lid 9 on the rear side of the rotating tub opening 8. For this reason, the water in the rotary tank 3 is less likely to scatter to the vicinity of the rotary tank opening 8, and the water hitting the lid body 9 is returned to the rotary tank 3 along the inner surface of the lid body 9. The water in the rotating tub 3 can be more effectively prevented from flowing out from the rotating tub opening 8.

(Embodiment 3)
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The same constituent elements as those in the first or second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 7, the lid body 9 is provided in the outer tub 2 so as to open and close the outer tub opening 7 and the rotating tub opening 8. The casing 1 is provided with an outer lid 31 that opens and closes the casing opening 6, and closing this prevents the user from touching the vibration of the outer tub 2 that occurs during washing or dehydration. I have to.

When the laundry is put in and out of the rotating tub 3, the rotating tub opening 8 is placed in front of the housing 1 when the outer lid 31 and the lid body 9 are opened regardless of the rotation stop position of the rotating tub 3. Since it always opens toward the standing person, it is possible to work in an easy posture immediately. Moreover, the convenience which can bring the laundry in the rotation tank 3 in the state which is easy to take out by rotating the rotation tank 3 by hand is implement | achieved.

The lid 9 is provided with a low-friction elastic body 32, and is set so that when the lid 9 is closed, the elastic body 32 is positioned between the lid 9 and the rotary tank opening 8. Due to the elastic body 32, there is almost no gap between the lid body 9 and the rotating tub opening 8 or the contact state. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the water in the rotating tub 3 from flowing out of the rotating tub opening 8 almost certainly during washing.

When the rotating tub 3 is rotated during washing and dehydration, the lid 9 vibrates together with the outer tub 2 and the rotating tub 3 because it is provided in the outer tub 2. For this reason, compared with the case where the lid body 9 is provided in the housing 1, the eccentricity between the lid body 9 and the rotating tub opening 8 is considerably suppressed, but the amount of laundry in the rotating tub 3 and the unbalance are also reduced. In such a case, a slight eccentricity may occur between the lid 9 and the rotary tank opening 8. Even in such a case, since the contact between the lid body 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 is absorbed by the elastic body 32, the lid body 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 are not broken.

In addition, in the structure of this Embodiment, although the cover body 9 is provided in the outer tank 2, the structure where the outer tank 2 and the rotation tank 3 do not vibrate largely, or the elastic body 32 can absorb even a big vibration. If it is such a structure, the outer lid | cover 31 may not be provided, but the cover body 9 may be provided in the housing | casing 1, and the same effect is acquired. Moreover, although the elastic body 32 is provided in the cover body 9, the same effect is acquired even if it is provided in the rotation tank opening part 8. FIG.

(Embodiment 4)
A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The same constituent elements as those in the first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 8, the lid body 9 is rotatable to the support portion 34 so as to be on the same axis as the support portion 34 provided in the outer tub 2 that opens and closes the outer tub opening 7 and the tub rotation shaft 11. The rotary shaft 35 is provided on the rotary shaft 35, and the closed shaft 33 is attached integrally with the rotary shaft 35 and opens and closes the rotary tank opening 8.

An elastic body 32 is provided at the periphery of the closing portion 33, and the elastic body 32 is set between the closing portion 33 and the rotary tank opening 8 when the lid body 9 is closed. Due to the elastic body 32, there is no gap between the closing portion 33 and the rotating tank opening 8. For this reason, it can prevent reliably that the water in the rotation tank 3 flows out of the rotation tank opening part 8 at the time of washing.

When the rotating tub 3 is rotated during washing and dehydration, the support portion 34 is provided in the outer tub 2, so that the closing portion 33 vibrates together with the outer tub 2 and the rotating tub 3. For this reason, the eccentricity between the closing portion 33 and the rotary tub opening 8 is considerably suppressed, but when the amount of laundry in the rotary tub 3 and the unbalance are large, the lid 9 and the rotary tub opening Some eccentricity may occur between the portion 8 and the portion 8. Even in such a case, since the contact between the lid body 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 is absorbed by the elastic body 32, the lid body 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 are not broken.

Here, the closing portion 33 and the rotating tub opening 8 are always in contact via the elastic body 32, but the closing portion 33 rotates together with the rotating tub 3 by this frictional force. For this reason, since a relative rotational speed difference does not generate | occur | produce between the obstruction | occlusion part 33, the rotation tank opening part 8, and the elastic body 32, it can prevent generating a wear, a sliding noise, etc.

In addition, in the structure of this Embodiment, although the support part 34 is provided in the outer tank 2, the structure where the outer tank 2 and the rotation tank 3 do not vibrate largely, or the elastic body 32 can absorb even a big vibration. If it is such a structure, the support part 34 may be provided in the housing | casing 1, and the same effect is acquired.

In addition, the elastic body 32 is positioned between the closing portion 33 and the rotary tank opening 8 with the rotary tank opening 8 closed, but the outer tank 2 and the rotary tank 3 do not vibrate. If there is no elastic body 32, the lid 9 and the rotary tank opening 8 are not broken even if the closing part 33 and the rotary tank opening 8 are in direct contact with each other. An effect is obtained.

(Embodiment 5)
A fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The same constituent elements as those in the first to fourth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 9, the lid 9 includes a support portion 34 provided in the outer tub 2 that opens and closes the outer tub opening 7, and a drive shaft 36 that extends and contracts in the axial direction on the same axis as the tub rotation shaft 11. The closed portion 33 is attached integrally with the drive shaft 36 and opens and closes the rotary tank opening 8. A low-friction elastic body 32 is provided at the periphery of the closing portion 33, and the elastic body 32 is positioned between the closing portion 33 and the rotating tank opening 8 when the rotating tank opening 8 is closed. Is set.

When water is stored in the rotating tub 3, the control means 12 extends the drive shaft 36 rearward, and completely closes the gap between the closing portion 33 and the rotating tub opening 8 via the elastic body 32. Is not stored, control is performed such that the drive shaft 36 is contracted forward and the closing portion 33 is separated from the rotary tank opening 8. For this reason, at the time of washing in which water is stored in the rotating tub 3, it is possible to reliably prevent the water in the rotating tub 3 from flowing out from the rotating tub opening 8. At this time, the closing portion 33 and the rotating tub opening 8 are always in rotational contact via the elastic body 32, but since they are rotating at a low speed, no large wear or sliding noise is generated.

Further, when the rotating tank 3 is rotated at a high speed after draining the water stored in the rotating tank 3 as during dehydration, the closing part 33 is separated from the rotating tank opening 8, so that the closing part 33 and the rotating tank opening are opened. It is possible to prevent wear and sliding noise from occurring with the portion 8 and to prevent the lid body 9 and the rotating tank opening 8 from being broken by dehydration vibration.

As described above, the washing machine according to the present invention can perform washing with a small amount of water in the rotating tub and can prevent the water in the rotating tub from flowing out of the opening of the rotating tub during washing. Since it can be improved, it is useful as a drum-type washing machine.
