Claims (7)
- 自車両位置に応じた支援制御を実行する支援制御装置を搭載する自車両の測位に関する測位情報を更新する車両用測位情報更新装置であって、
前記支援制御と前記測位情報を更新する更新条件との関係を規定したマップを参照して、前記支援制御装置による前記支援制御の特徴又はレベルに基づいて、自車両における前記更新条件を、自車両に実際に搭載されかつ実行が許可されている前記支援制御に対応したものに設定する更新条件設定手段と、
前記更新条件設定手段により設定された前記更新条件に従って前記測位情報の更新を行う更新実行手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用測位情報更新装置。 - 前記更新条件設定手段は、自車両に実際に搭載されかつ実行が許可されている前記支援制御が複数あるときは、自車両における前記更新条件を、該複数の前記支援制御のうち要求される測位精度が最も高い前記支援制御に対応したものに設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。
- 前記支援制御装置は、自支援制御装置に要求される前記測位情報の更新条件を表す更新条件情報を出力する出力手段を有し、
前記更新条件設定手段は、前記出力手段により出力される前記更新条件情報を受信して、前記測位情報の更新条件を設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。 - 前記測位情報が、自車両の地図データベースに格納するデータであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。
- 前記測位情報が、マップマッチングにより得られる自車両位置であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。
- 前記測位情報の更新条件が、該更新の実行頻度であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。
- 前記測位情報の更新条件が、自車両に搭載されている前記支援制御装置に対応して規定される地図データベースの更新領域であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載の車両用測位情報更新装置。
