【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、デジタル放送受信装置に関し、特に広告、お知らせ等のコンテンツを再生するコンテンツ再生装置及び再生方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、テレビ放送では、広告や宣伝を目的としたいわゆるＣＭ（コマーシャルメッセージ）は、放送番組の途中や前後の決められたタイミングで放送されている。これにより、広告主は、視聴者にＣＭを強制的に視聴させることができ、宣伝効果を高めることができる。

又、近年急速に普及しつつあるデジタル衛星放送やケーブルＴＶ放送においても、広告主は視聴者にＣＭを視聴させるための様々な試みを行っている。
たとえば、放送中の広告商品についてリモコン操作で資料を請求したり、購入を申し込むことが可能な「双方向広告」やCMで放送された商品についての詳しい説明をデータ放送する「CM連動型データ放送」のサービスの試みが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような従来の方法においては、以下に示す問題が生じる。
第１に、視聴者にとっては、番組を継続して視聴したい時に、途中で番組が中断され、ＣＭが放送されるため、不快感を感じるという問題が生じる。

第２に、ＣＭは決ったタイミングで番組に連動して放送されるため、視聴者が席を外していても、そのままＣＭが放送されてしまい、広告主にとっては、宣伝効果が上がらないという問題が生じる。
本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑み、視聴者の邪魔にならない特定の期間に、ＣＭ等のコンテンツを再生するコンテンツ再生装置及び再生方法を提供することを第1の目的とし、視聴者に対し宣伝効果が期待できる特定のタイミングで、ＣＭ等のコンテンツを再生するコンテンツ再生装置及び表示方法を提供することを第２の目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記第1の課題を解決するために、本発明は、コンテンツ再生装置であって、広告コンテンツを記憶している広告コンテンツ記憶手段と、複数の放送番組を受信する受信手段と、受信された放送番組を再生し、モニタに表示させる第１再生手段と、放送番組再生中に広告コンテンツが再生されるべきでない放送番組を特定する番組特定手段と、放送番組が特定された放送番組でない場合に、前記広告コンテンツ記憶手段から広告コンテンツを読み出し、広告コンテンツを再生し、前記モニタに表示させる第２再生手段とを備える。

また、本発明は、広告コンテンツを記憶している広告コンテンツ記憶手段を備えるコンテンツ再生装置におけるコンテンツ再生方法であって、複数の放送番組を受信する受信ステップと、受信された放送番組を再生し、モニタに表示させる第１再生ステップと、放送番組再生中に広告コンテンツが再生されるべきでない放送番組を特定する番組特定ステップと、放送番組が特定された放送番組でない場合に、前記広告コンテンツ記憶手段から広告コンテンツを読み出し、広告コンテンツを再生し、前記モニタに表示させる第２再生ステップとを含むこととしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
（実施の形態１）
図１は、本発明の実施の形態におけるコンテンツ再生装置１００の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。

このコンテンツ再生装置１００は、映像や音声等で構成される番組データ（以下、「番組コンテンツ」という。）を受信し、受信した番組コンテンツを再生する装置であって、番組コンテンツとは別に、広告コンテンツを蓄積し、番組コンテンツ再生中に蓄積した広告コンテンツが再生されるべきでない番組を特定し、特定した番組に属する番組コンテンツが再生され、モニタに表示されている期間中に、広告コンテンツが再生されて上記モニタに表示されることを抑止することを特徴とするコンテンツ再生装置である。

ここで、「広告コンテンツ」は、商品やサービスの広告情報、イベントや新番組等のお知らせ情報、自治体情報等の地域情報、交通情報、気象情報等の生活関連情報などで構成されるデータであり、番組コンテンツ再生中に、ユーザーの意思に係らず、特定のタイミングで再生され、表示される。
具体的には、ＣＰＵ、ＲＯＭ、ＲＡＭ、ハードディスク、チューナー、復調器、フィルタ、デコーダ、USB（Universal Serial Bus）、RS-232C（Recommendation Standard−２３２C）、モニタ、リモコン、キーボード、モデム等からなり、番組コンテンツ受信部１０１、番組コンテンツ処理部１０２、番組コンテンツ蓄積部１０３、番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４、モニタ出力制御部１０５、テーブル記憶部１０６、広告コンテンツ受信部１０７、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８、広告コンテンツ蓄積部１０９、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０、ユーザーインターフェース部１１１、モニタ部１１２、操作部１１３、装置情報記憶部２０１、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２から構成される。ここで、モニタ部１１２と操作部１１３をコンテンツ再生装置１００の構成に含めず、別構成としてもよい。

上記ROM又は上記ハードディスクユニットには、コンピュータプログラムが記憶され、上記CPUが、上記コンピュータプログラムに従って動作することにより、上記装置は、その機能を達成する。
番組コンテンツ受信部１０１は、放送局から送信されるディジタル放送波を受信し、受信した放送波をディジタルデータであるトランスポートストリームに復調し、トランスポートストリームからパケットを選択することで目的とする番組コンテンツ及び番組情報を分離し、番組コンテンツ処理部１０２に出力する。

ここで、「番組情報」とは、チャンネル、出力された番組コンテンツが属する番組名、放送時間帯等を含む情報のことをいう。図４に番組情報の例を示す。
番組コンテンツ処理部１０２は、番組コンテンツ受信部１０１から出力された番組コンテンツを番組コンテンツ蓄積部１０３に記憶させ、又番組コンテンツ受信部１０１から出力された番組情報を装置情報記憶部２０１に記憶させる。さらに、番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４からの指示に応じて、番組コンテンツ蓄積部１０３から番組コンテンツを読み出し、読み出した番組コンテンツをデコードし、番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４に出力する。又、番組コンテンツ受信部１０１から出力された番組コンテンツをデコードし、番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４に直接出力する。

番組コンテンツ蓄積部１０３は、番組コンテンツ受信部１０１から出力された番組コンテンツを記憶する。
番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４は、ユーザーインターフェース部１１１から出力されるユーザーの出力操作指示に応じて、モニタ出力制御部１０５への番組コンテンツの出力を制御する。ここで、「出力操作指示」とは、電源のオン・オフ、チャンネル選択の指示、音量や音声の変更の指示等の番組コンテンツの出力に関する指示のことをいう。

モニタ出力制御部１０５は、番組コンテンツと広告コンテンツのモニタ部１１２への表示態様を制御する。具体的には、選択されているチャンネルにおいて表示されている番組の現在の状態（以下、「放送番組」という。）が広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２によって、特定の状態であると判定された場合に、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０から出力される広告コンテンツを受け取り、テーブル記憶部１０６から放送番組と表示態様と再生オフ指示受取可否との対応関係を示すテーブルを読み出し、判定された放送番組に対応する表示態様を選択し、番組コンテンツと広告コンテンツを再生し、選択した表示態様でモニタ部１１２に表示させる。

ここで、「表示態様」には、大きさ、再生時間等が含まれる。ここで、「大きさ」とは、広告コンテンツがモニタ部１１２の画面に表示される比率を示す。例えば、「大きさ」が「１００」の場合には、広告コンテンツのみが表示されることを示し、「５０」の場合には、広告コンテンツがモニタ部１１２の画面の半分に表示され、番組コンテンツがモニタ部１１２の画面の残り半分に表示されることを示す。「再生時間」は、広告コンテンツが再生される時間を示す。

「再生オフ指示受取可否」は、広告コンテンツの再生を終了させる旨のユーザーからの指示（以下、「再生オフ指示」という。）がユーザーインターフェース部１１０から出力されたときに、再生オフ指示を受け付けるか否かについての指示を示す。
テーブル記憶部１０６は、放送番組と表示態様と再生オフ指示受取可否との対応関係を示すテーブルを記憶している。図２に、テーブルの例を示す。

広告コンテンツ受信部１０７は、放送局から送信されるディジタル放送波を受信し、受信したディジタル放送波をディジタルデータであるトランスポートストリームに復調し、トランスポートストリームからパケットを選択することで目的とする広告コンテンツを分離し、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８に出力する。
広告コンテンツ処理部１０８は、広告コンテンツ受信部１０７から出力された広告コンテンツを広告コンテンツ蓄積部１０９に記憶させる。さらに、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０からの指示に応じて、広告コンテンツ蓄積部１０９から広告コンテンツを読み出し、読み出した広告コンテンツをデコードし、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０に出力する。

広告コンテンツ蓄積部１０９は、広告コンテンツ受信部１０７から出力された広告コンテンツを記憶する。
広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０は、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２から広告コンテンツの出力指示を通知されると、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８に広告コンテンツの出力を指示し、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８から広告コンテンツを受取り、受取った広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力する。

ユーザーインターフェース部１１１は、操作部１１３からユーザーによって入力される指示を受け取り、番組コンテンツ出力制御部１０４、モニタ出力制御部１０５に出力する。さらに、ユーザーによって操作部１１３から入力された番組視聴予約情報を装置情報記憶部２０１に記憶させる。
ここで、「番組視聴予約情報」とは、ユーザーが視聴予約したチャンネル、視聴予約日、視聴予約時間帯、視聴予約番組名等を含む情報のことをいう。図３に「番組視聴予約情報」の例を示す。

モニタ部１１２は、モニタ出力制御部１０５から出力された番組コンテンツ及び広告コンテンツを、モニタ出力制御部１０５によって選択された表示態様で表示する。
操作部１１３は、出力操作指示とそれ以外（例えば視聴予約指示）のユーザーからの指示（以下、操作指示という。）の入力を受け付ける。
装置情報記憶部２０１は、番組情報と番組契約情報と番組視聴予約情報を記憶する。

「番組契約情報」とは、各チャンネル毎に、番組コンテンツが属する番組種別（有料番組か無料番組か）と視聴契約の有無等を含む情報のことをいう。図５に「番組契約情報」の例を示す。
広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、日付と時刻を計測する時間計測部２０３を含み、放送番組を監視し、放送番組に応じて広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力する指示（以下、「出力指示」という。）を広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０に通知する。

具体的には、装置情報記憶部２０１から番組情報を読み出し、読み出した番組情報を参照することにより、選択されているチャンネルを特定し、以下に示す何れかの場合に出力指示を通知する。
（１）時間計測部２０３から時刻と日付（以下、時刻情報という。）を取得し、取得した時刻情報と特定されたチャンネルの番組情報を参照することにより、時刻情報の示す時刻における放送番組が番組放送休止中であること（テスト放送、カラーバー表示、「放送休止中」である旨を示す表示等がなされていること等）を検知した場合。

（２）特定されたチャンネルの番組契約情報を参照することにより、放送番組が有料番組であり、視聴契約されていないことを検知した場合。
（３）特定されたチャンネルの視聴予約情報を参照することにより、そのチャンネルが視聴予約中であり、時間計測部２０３から取得した時刻情報が示す時刻が、視聴予約開始時刻の直前又は視聴予約終了時刻直後の一定時間内（例えば１分以内）であることを検知した場合。

次に、放送番組に応じて、コンテンツ再生装置１００が行う広告コンテンツの再生を制御する処理について説明する。図６は、コンテンツ再生装置１００が行う広告コンテンツの再生を制御する処理を示すフローチャートである。以下図６のフローチャートを用いて、上記の処理について説明する。
広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、装置情報記憶部２０１から番組情報と番組契約情報を読み出し、読み出した番組情報を参照することにより、選択されているチャンネルを特定し、特定したチャンネルの番組契約情報を参照することにより、放送番組が有料番組であるか否かを判定する（ステップS1301）。

有料番組である場合（ステップS1301:Y）、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、それが視聴契約されているか否かを判定し（ステップS1302）、視聴契約されている場合（ステップS1302:Y）、時間計測部２０３から時刻情報を取得し、取得した時刻情報と番組情報の放送時間帯を比較することにより、放送番組が番組放送休止中の時間帯に該当しているか否かを判定する（ステップS1303）。

ステップS1302において、視聴契約がされていない場合（ステップS1302:N）、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０に出力指示を通知し、通知を受けた広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０は、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８から出力された広告コンテンツを受取り、受取った広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力し、モニタ出力制御部１０５は、出力された広告コンテンツを再生し、モニタ部１１２に表示させる（ステップS1307）。

ステップS1303において、放送番組が休止中でない場合（ステップS1303:N）、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、番組の視聴予約がされているか否かを判定し（ステップS1304）、視聴予約されている場合（ステップS1304:Y）、時間計測部２０３から時刻情報を取得し、取得した時刻情報の示す時刻が視聴予約開始時刻の直前又は視聴予約終了時刻直後の一定時間内か否かを判定し（ステップS1306）、一定時間内である場合（ステップS1306:Y）、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０に出力指示を通知し、通知を受けた広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０は、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８から出力された広告コンテンツを受取り、受取った広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力し、モニタ出力制御部１０５は、出力された広告コンテンツを再生し、モニタ部１１２に表示させる（ステップS1307）。

ステップS1306において、一定時間内でない場合（ステップS1306:N）、モニタ出力制御部１０５は、継続して番組コンテンツのみを再生し、モニタ部１１２に表示させる（ステップS1305）。
ステップS1301において、放送番組が有料番組でない場合（ステップS1301:N）、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２は、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０に出力指示を通知し、通知を受けた広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０は、広告コンテンツ処理部１０８から出力された広告コンテンツを受取り、受取った広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力し、モニタ出力制御部１０５は、出力された広告コンテンツを再生し、モニタ部１１２に表示させる（ステップS1307）。

次に、図６のフローチャートに従って、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２により判定された放送番組に応じて、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０から広告コンテンツが出力された後に、モニタ出力制御部１０５が行う広告コンテンツの表示態様を制御する処理について説明する。図７は、モニタ出力制御部１０５が行う広告コンテンツの表示態様と表示時間を制御する処理を示すフローチャートである。以下図７のフローチャートを用いて、上記の処理について説明する。

通知された出力指示に応じて、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０が広告コンテンツをモニタ出力制御部１０５に出力すると（ステップS1401）、モニタ出力制御部１０５は、テーブル記憶部１０６から、放送番組と表示態様と再生オフ指示受取可否との対応関係を示すテーブルを読み出し、図６のフローチャートにおいて、広告コンテンツ出力通知部２０２により判定された放送番組に対応する表示態様を選択し（ステップS1402）、選択した表示態様で、番組コンテンツと広告コンテンツを再生し、モニタ部１１２に表示させ（ステップS1403）、ユーザーインターフェース部１１０から再生オフ指示の出力があるか否かを判定する（ステップS1404）。

再生オフ指示の出力を検知した場合(ステップS1404：Y)、上記放送番組に対応する再生オフ指示受取可否の示す指示が「可」であるか「不可」であるかを判定し(ステップS1405)、「可」である場合（ステップS1405:Y）、広告コンテンツの再生を終了する（ステップS1407）。
一方、「再生オフ指示受取可否」の示す指示が「不可」である場合（ステップS1405:N）、再生時間が経過したか否かを判定し（ステップS1406）、経過した場合（ステップS1406:Y）、広告コンテンツの再生を終了する（ステップS1407）。再生オフ指示の出力を検知しない場合(ステップS1404：N)、再生時間が経過したか否かを判定し（ステップS1406）、経過した場合（ステップS1406:Y）、広告コンテンツの再生を終了し（ステップS1407）、経過しない場合（ステップS1406:N）、ステップS1404に戻り、処理を繰り返す。
（実施の形態２）
次に、本発明の実施の形態２について説明する。

図８は、本発明の実施の形態におけるコンテンツ再生装置２００の構成を示す機能ブロック図を示す。
このコンテンツ再生装置２００は、番組コンテンツを受信し、受信した番組コンテンツを再生する装置であって、番組コンテンツとは別に広告コンテンツを蓄積し、蓄積した広告コンテンツを再生するタイミング及び表示態様を、ユーザーの操作指示に基づいて制御することを特徴とするコンテンツ再生装置である。

モニタ出力制御部１０５は、番組コンテンツと広告コンテンツのモニタ部１１２への表示態様を制御する。具体的には、ユーザーインターフェース部１１１に入力されるユーザーからの指示（以下、「操作指示」という。）が、「登録操作指示」である場合に、広告コンテンツ出力制御部１１０から広告コンテンツを受け取り、テーブル記憶部１０６から登録操作指示と表示態様と再生オフ指示受取可否との対応関係を示すテーブルを読み出し、入力された登録操作指示に対応する表示態様を選択し、番組コンテンツと広告コンテンツを再生し、選択した表示態様でモニタ部１１２に表示させる。
