Description
Claims (10)
- サーボトラックがディスクドライブのディスクに書き込まれている間に、前記ディスクドライブを支持するために構成および配置(arranged)されたディスクドライブ支持機構であって、
ディスクドライブを運搬する、取り外し可能なディスクドライブキャリアと;
相対的に大きなブロックと;
ディスクドライブを前記ブロックに開放可能なように締め付けるために構成および配置されたクランプ配置(arrangement)とを有し、
第1の方向の相対的な往復動用に前記ブロックがその内部に取りつけられたカゴを有し、
前記カゴは前記ディスクドライブキャリアを受け入れるための空間を有し、
前記クランプ配置は、前記ディスクドライブキャリアを介して前記ブロックへ、前記ディスクドライブキャリアによって運搬されたディスクドライブを締め付けるように、前記カゴを前記ブロックと相対的に動かすことができるアクチュエータを有することを特徴とする機構。 - 前記カゴが、前記ブロックと相対的に前記第1の方向にのみ動けるように、前記カゴおよびブロックが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の支持機構。
- 前記アクチュエータが、膨張式アクチュエータの膨張が前記カゴを前記ブロックと相対的に前記第1の方向に動かすように、前記ブロックと前記カゴとの間に配置された膨張式アクチュエータを有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の支持機構。
- 前記アクチュエータの作動により前記カゴが動かされた方向とは逆の方向に前記カゴを傾けるために構成および配置された偏倚配置を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかの請求項に記載の支持機構。
- 前記ブロックが、複数の振動減衰マウントにより支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかの請求項に記載の支持機構。
- 前記ブロックが、前記カゴの下に設けられたちょうど3個の振動減衰マウントにより支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の支持機構。
- 前記ディスクドライブキャリアが、ディスクドライブを前記ディスクドライブキャリアに締め付ける、複数のクランプを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれかの請求項に記載の支持機構。
- 前記複数のクランプが、前記ディスクドライブ上に設けられ、前記ディスクドライブの一方の表面から対向する表面へと貫通する、対応する複数の柱を介してディスクドライブを締め付けるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の支持機構。
- 前記ディスクドライブキャリアが、前記ディスクドライブキャリアを貫通し、前記ブロックに支えられている、複数のディスクドライブキャリア柱を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれかの請求項に記載の支持機構。
- ディスクドライブキャリアは複数のクランプアームおよびその間にディスクドライブを締め付け可能な、対向するディスクドライブキャリア柱を有し、前記ディスクドライブキャリア柱は前記ディスクドライブキャリアを貫通し、前記クランプ配置は、前記カゴのふたは各クランプアームの第1の面に支えられ、各クランプアームの第2の面は、前記ディスクドライブ上に設けられた複数のディスクドライブ柱の各々の第1の面に支えられるようにディスクドライブを締め付けるように構成および配置されており、前記ディスクドライブの一方の面から対向する面へ貫通し、かつ、前記各ディスクドライブ柱の第2の面は各々のディスクドライブキャリア柱の端に支えられ、前記ディスクドライブキャリア柱のもう一方の端は前記ブロックに支えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれかの請求項に記載の支持機構。
